- "Our family would like to thank Sir Vincent for providing us a comfortable place to stay in Laiya San Juan, Batangas. Location is really far as it is the last resort along the highway I think. The room was clean as what you see in the website, plus the terrace where the dining area is. Caretaker is so nice, accommodating and ready to assist to whatever we need in the location. Beach was too crowded at the time of our visit, since its a weekend. Activities are available everyday like island hopping, banana boat and the like. We asked for late check-out during our last day and they allowed us. Sir Vincent also shouldered the parking fee that we actually forgot to pay when we left because we thought that my aunt paid their parking fee (they left one day ahead of us). We really felt sorry that we didn't pay and the caretaker just texted us that we forgot to give it and no one asked when we left, we are already 20mins away from the beach house. We were thinking to deposit it thru the bank but when my sister messaged Sir Vincent, he said right away that there's no problem with it. That was so nice and kind trait to show your guests. Thank you for a comfortable stay. God bless"
