It is a 2-bedroom unit located at Cordova tower, Marquinton Residences in the heart of Marikina City. The unit is built with quite big windows in the living room and the bedrooms that give you enough natural lighting.

The space
About the Place:

All the bedrooms, including the living room, have sheer and black-out curtains, so you have the option if you want to soak in the sunlight or sleep more throughout the day.

The unit can sleep 5 adults comfortably having 1 queen bed in the master’s bedroom, 1 bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom and 1 daybed in the living room.

The unit is equipped with high-speed internet / wi-fi for you to get connected uninterrupted! You can also enjoy watching your favorite series, dramas, and anime with our 55-inch Smart TV with pre-installed NETFLIX.

The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary cooking equipment such as induction cooker, rice cooker, microwave oven, toaster oven, electric kettle, basic cookware and dining plates. There is also a refrigerator with freezer so you can keep your food fresh before you cook it!

Basic toiletries such as shampoo, body soap, hand soap, toilet paper and 1 bath towel per guest are provided. The shower is also equipped with a water heater that you control according to your liking.

NEED A PARKING SPACE? We have 1 slot that you can rent for a minimal fee. (Please check with us for parking availability). Else, the vicinity of the condo has pay parking.
