We requested azure for the amenities but the caretaker have refused to let them use the pool claiming they need to pay her extra 2K Php to access it and when reported to the owner, she claimed to have conducted an orientation to which they weren't listening, an orientation that according to the girls, never happened. When I discussed this to the owner, she was as surprised as I was and told us to just use the visitor passes to access the pool, which was already too late as the pool was closed the following day and it was the day they were supposed to check out. The property itself was nice, but our stay was ruined by the caretaker (Fe) with her incredibly awful attitude and I'm afraid she's prying on seemingly gullible guests to try and take some additional payments for her own benefits. I would recommend this property as in general it was nice, on the condition that any future guests should be cautious with the caretaker and deal with the owner directly. That caretaker is a complete fraud who ruined our stay."

- "The check-in was a nightmare. The guards at the front gate will not let us in!! We hit a dead end. There was no help desk. There was no communication between the property owner and expedia. We were required a QR code, which were not provided to us prior. We have a pay an extra night to get a temporary unit for the night, it was so late. The security officer suggested to get us a condo from a 3rd party seller. I have travelled the world, Europe, USA and central America. This is the worst check in ever! The next morning, I got wifi from the current unit and got hold of the previous booking. The phone number found in expedia is not the same as the owners’. No matter how many times I called, it was unattended. Expedia operator finally gave me the owner’s contact and got the QR code. The first 24 hours was spent on moving, our stuff from the temporary unit to the other. Expedia can improve by providing a QR code at least 2 days prior to check in, or the owner themselves, which did not seem to care, we were stuck at the gate! And 4-5 armed men stopped our exhausted selves. AZURE NEEDS A HELP DESK! These people acted like it never happened before.. which I’m sure happened a thousand times! Beautiful Amenities… Clean and picturesque. No available visitor parking…hit or miss"

My niece did not registered the guest names as instructed and my family from Bicol were on their way to Manila. I called the caretaker and he gave me the contact of the owner to get the QR code. However, I wasn’t able to talked to him because we’re on different time zone. To make the story short, my niece showed up at the place without the rest of the family and the caretaker help my niece registered everyone without issues. He was very helpful and accommodating. We are looking a good service." - "The property was NOTHING like what is on the photos. Upon entry to the gate of the venue, there was a putrid smell coming from surrounding area. Checked in to reception & couldn't even see the receptionist as she was hidden behind a fish tank in her PJ's (this was 9pm at night we checked in) after some brief instructions upon check in we got taken to our rooms in another building. Both rooms were run down & had a smell. We actually felt dirty just to sit at the table. We didn't have either our toilet tissue or towels so had to wait for them to be delivered. Once delivered the towels were still damp as they obviously werent' dried properly. Bedding was filthy & we just slept in our dirty clothes as it was cleaner than the beds. We checked out early even though our flights weren't till late in the afternoon as we didn't want to be in the room any longer :("

My place is fully furnished 1 bedroom with balcony located at Miami Tower, Azure Urban Resort Residences, Km 16 West service Road, Brgy Marcelo Green Paranaque. Ideal for couple or friends who wants to experience the azure sanctuary and iconic man made beach view without living the metro

The unit is equipped with 43” Smart TV, Basic kitchen utensils, Double size bed, Air conditioner, 2 seater sofa, closet, Rice cooker, Electric Kettle, Microwave, Induction cooker, Private bathroom with shower heater

Guest requirements:
Guests must submit a soft copy of their valid IDs atleast 3 days prior to check-in date. We will send this to the admin for guest approval. Once approved, we will send it to guests and this will serve as their gate pass.

For foreign guest, a copy of passport is required. Government ID for primary guest and ID’s required for adult guest. Please send me a copy of the above to attach with the GAF and bring the original copies to show to concierge on arrival for confirmation of identification.

Please be honest with your number of guest to avoid any inconvenience.
Guest visitors of any age are not allowed. Only registered persons on the Guest Advisory Form can enter the building. All unregistered guests will not be allowed to enter. Life guard blow the whistle at 12:00NN to clear both areas for cleaning preparatory to the Afternoon shift at 2:00PM. All morning shift swim bands must be surrendered by 12:00NN

House Rules:
Please note check-in is 2PM and check-out is 11AM. We require advance notice for late Check-in and will incur additional convenience fee of 500 pesos.

500 pesos per hour charge for late check-out. Strictly 11AM check out time because we only have 3 hours window time to clean the room to accommodate the incoming guests to check in at 2pm the same day. Please adhere to check out time.

For longer stays we charge extra additional P600 fee if you want the unit to be cleaned in between your

Guests are expected to clean up before check out. We appreciate if you throw your trash / bins or empty your garbage daily into the garbage chute near the elevator to maintain cleanliness of the unit.

No smoking inside the unit, if smoke is detected in the furniture: Penalty P5,000

Lost keys will be charged for the bolt change, cost and labor.

Possession of illegal substances anywhere inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result to immediate expulsion from the property.

I will not require any security deposit so I will expect all guests to take care of my place and belongings. In case of accidental damage, lost/ missing items will be paid with the value in its brand new state/ packing or repair value. if guest will not settle this before check out, this will be reported to Airbnb.
