We requested azure for the amenities but the caretaker have refused to let them use the pool claiming they need to pay her extra 2K Php to access it and when reported to the owner, she claimed to have conducted an orientation to which they weren't listening, an orientation that according to the girls, never happened. When I discussed this to the owner, she was as surprised as I was and told us to just use the visitor passes to access the pool, which was already too late as the pool was closed the following day and it was the day they were supposed to check out. The property itself was nice, but our stay was ruined by the caretaker (Fe) with her incredibly awful attitude and I'm afraid she's prying on seemingly gullible guests to try and take some additional payments for her own benefits. I would recommend this property as in general it was nice, on the condition that any future guests should be cautious with the caretaker and deal with the owner directly. That caretaker is a complete fraud who ruined our stay."
