Just toasted a slice of bread on the skillet. Maybe a basic toaster could be added. The refrigerator is a perfect size. Was provided with dish soap, but maybe a brand new dish sponge would be better. I replaced the dish soap as I used it all up. The place was clean and comfortable. The only downside was it had stairs to the rooms. Not suitable for my elderly mom to go up & down. I informed the property owner regarding busted lights & slow to drain sink on the second floor bathroom. But since it was a weekend it wasn’t fixed right away. Not a big deal. But the owner responded quickly. The staff of the building were courteous & attentive specially the lady guards. Highly recommended place to stay in BGC area!!!"

- "Unvaccinated BEWARE. I didn’t know when I booked this place that they require a pcr test 48hrs before check-in, and they would not accept a rapid antigen test. You are required to send a photo ID and negative test result prior to the day of check-in. I had already been in The Philippines for two weeks and decided to stay a night in BGC just to see the area, and then I received an email regarding the check-in procedure. The pcr test would have cost as much as the 1 night stay but luckily I was able to change my reservation until after my return from Bangkok which would require me to take a rapid antigen test to enter the country. Fortunately, they accepted this test for my booking so I didn’t need to take another test. But the whole testing issue prior had already ruined my stay before I even got there. I even considered eating the bill and bailing just because of the booking experience. But, the place was nice and clean, and the property is in a good area. I would still recommend the place to vaccinated travelers but their original lack of flexibility with accepting a rapid antigen test instead of a pcr test demonstrates the type of business practice I would rather not give my money to. Since this experience, I have become more diligent in reading the fine print before booking any stays here in the Philippines."

Our location is in a commercial area, so access to a wet market, laundry shops, grocery stores, refilling stations, cafes, and many more will be fine. There are also supermarkets like Hypermarket, Puregold, and Landers that are one tricycle ride.
