- "The air conditioning unit was not working properly because there is at least 2 inches of dust inside the filter. I fixed the shower as the head fell out and the knob to turn the water on broke. And I also fixed the toilet hose and the little chain that is used to flush broke. So I changed that. Also screwed back the soap holder as it was not even attached to the wall anymore. And there is a very strong mold smell coming from the bathroom ceiling as it’s Sheetrock… on top of a shower. On the positive side. The restaurant on the rooftop have excellent food and the view is amazing. There is also all you can eat chicken wings for an hour. "
