I asked my husband and daughter they said they were sweating. so we moved to a new room in the 5th floor. we had to move rooms several times in total i saw 5 rooms. we were tired, they could have checked the messages if theres a new check in customer. Yes place is big. only 3 parking space available. staff are helpful with our stuff putting in the car when we left."
