Since we paid more than the double of normal rate, owner told us to stay two days for the same money. They came behind us to a bus and asked for full money for two days and told they do not know hotels.com. They behave very bad at the bus and I paid additional Taka 3700 to safe me and my family. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow. Next morning during check out they charged me for broken door knob and broken water tube. I requested to cancel up-coming next two reservations. They charged even though I didn't stay. I will try to work out with Hotel.com. Please be careful with them..."

My house is in Sector 10, Road 11. Uttara North Metro station is 3.9KM from my house, approx. 15 minutes by Car. Within 1 km radius, there are lot of restaurants like Lake View, Pizzaburg, Madchef, local restaurants like Jafran and Haji restaurants, Zam Zam Tower and a good number of malls like Agora, Meena Bazar, Shopno and others.

Air Conditioners

We have 2 master beds with AC. Child bed room with AC but it doesn't have bed to sleep. The living room has Air condition so as the Kitchen. 5 air conditions in total.

Security:

1. We have 2 Security guards for 24/7
2. CC camera coverage for the full building
3. There are not a single incident happened so far
4. It is at the corner, so it is always surrounded by people, not a remote place
5. All my guests felt safe
