- "Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow. Next morning during check out they charged me for broken door knob and broken water tube. I requested to cancel up-coming next two reservations. They charged even though I didn't stay. I will try to work out with Hotel.com. Please be careful with them..."
