Our lovely pet dog, Punna lives on the property. She is around 7 years 3 months (May 2025).
She is very frienly to humans and playful. They might jump on you the moment they see you. But they would never hurt you, at least has never happened.
If you are one of those who doesn't get comfortable with dogs, let us know.

The dogs are here, not for luxury, but because they needed care once. They were abandoned on streets as little puppies, sick and hungry, and we made them our family members. Keep your room doors closed when you are away. The dogs sometimes like to be comfortable if got a chance. Thanks for your love for Anna-Punna.

Our home stay is located almost at the center of Kathmandu. The Flat Accommodates 5 people. We are located very close to the airport which is accessible by taxi (~10 min) or by walk (2.2km/30min). A 2-3 minute walk from our home will get you to a bus stop or a taxi from the main road. Our place is quite, safe, spacious, and has a sizable garden where you can spend time and relax. We can assist you in your tour in negotiating costs for activities that you wish to do while making it reasonable and memorable. SIM cards can be provided to you on your request (cost to be bear by you). A furnished kitchen/common space is available for your convenience on the 1st floor of building. A microwave-oven is provided with microwave-oven utensils. which is there for your own use. A water boiler is provided for hot water to drink. Eating utensils like plates cups, glasses, spoon and forks are provided. Please be sensible while using the oven and any other appliances. Besides the room, you have access to garden to relax and have fresh air. If you have a habit of smoking, you are requested to use areas outside of the house to smoke. Rooftop access is closed but can be accessed on request. The Main gate is open between 6 am to 11 pm. If you are coming late do call us on the number which will be provided to you.
The kitchen has a micro-oven, utensils for cooking and washing dishes, freeze, toaster. We also have a cycle, treadmill and a yoga mat for those who are interested in exercising. The Apartment is on 1st floor and the toilet located is on same floor accessible to only this apartment isn't shared with anybody except the guest staying there and is dedicated to this apartment.
