The space
This luxury apartment is located in a beautiful area with stunning views of 'Game of Thrones' Belmore, 'Stairway to Heaven' Cuilcagh and Benmore Mountains. The apartment is fully kitted out to a luxury level (see list 'amenities') from coffee machine, to HDMI leads for mirror screening from your laptop onto the TV and Netflix. Luxury hotel standard bedlinen and towels are provided. Our grand piano and guitars are in the studio for you to enjoy during your stay. We can also provide the option of bringing your horse on holiday as we can accommodate them in our stables allowing you to hack out in beautiful areas around nearby Florencecourt National Trust estate (needs to be pre arranged)

Large lawn area for ball games, parking area with level access to first floor, barbecue area, balcony area with seating, gardens and all area around the studio - the area you can access is simply between wooden fences on three sides and laneway parallel to roadway. Downstairs is our photography studio and it has full disabled access bathroom with open shower area etc. Those with disabilities, such as autism or other special needs are welcome to message us with any special requirements, information or connections needed prior to visit. The building is surrounded by sheltered smooth concrete area, and some visitors enjoy to use it to run laps, small people like to ride tricycles around the building. We live nearby where we keep horses and photography.

Other things to note
Images from photoshoot will be uploaded onto a private passworded login on our website - where you can choose to order any image in any size or format, international digital image orders can be emailed or sent via drop box. UK print order can go directly to our professional printers on UK mainland and are sent by them directly to you. Your cost includes accommodation and photoshoot session (worth £70), but everyone to decide which, how many and how they would like their images produced so that is not included. You can choose from digital to prints, canvas, albums, framed artwork, aluminium etc - samples are available in the studio. We will create beautiful products for you to remember from your stay, and celebrate your journey with family or friends.

There are high glide lighting holders on the ceiling ( lights removed during your stay for health and safety reasons) Subject to availabiity, we offer you the opportunity for a professional photoshoot mini session during your stay. This is fantastic opporuntiy to make some extra special memories with family or friends. Depending on age / stage can bring in a wide variety of props etc as needed. You will find everything you need in the fully fitted kitchen, and tea, coffee, bread, jam and butter are provided to get you started.

You have full use of the ground floor of the luxury studio space for your stay as well as the garden with swing set in front of the studio, paths around the studio, outdoor patio dining and seating area. The upper floor of the studio is also available on a seperate listing on this booking portal - so you can bring up to 10 in group if you wish. Each space is entirely separate and self contained.

Children under two sleeping in a cot are free. Children who need a bed are £17 per night each - as we need to provide for them as like any other guest.
