Situated in the northwest of Ireland, Rathmullan is a seaside village with picturesque views and walks. Enjoy this charming studio flat located at the heart of Rathmullan for a peaceful getaway. Restaurants, pubs, shop and beachfront within a 5 minute walking distance.
The space:
Small but perfectly formed, our newly refurbished guest suite offers privacy, independence, comfort and style - just what you need for a peaceful getaway!
The bright and spacious main area includes a very comfortable king size bed with top quality pillows and duvet, sofa area and a stove which can be lit to make the space extra cosy!
A separate room with a table for breakfast (or work). The area includes an air fryer, mini-fridge and kettle for those who prefer to dine at home from one of our local gourmet takeaways.
The suite is furnished in a clean, contemporary style, with original artworks and many unique design touches. There's good high-speed internet access and TV, though our selection of guidebooks may tempt guests to ditch the screen and immerse themselves in the Donegal experience!

A unique apartment re-incarnated from the old restaurant “An Bonnan Bui”. Retaining many features such us the restaurant counter, kitchen, fireplace and balcony. Bespoke artwork mixing with a modern and stylish living space spilling out onto the balcony overlooking the heart of Rathmullan.
You may have dined there in its previous life, now enjoy its new one.
A little description of our place:
• Original wooden floor, a commercial kitchen space, ensuite toilet, large balcony and lovely secluded stone walled garden to enjoy the warm and sunny Rathmullan days.
• For those days when sitting in the garden is not possible, the covered balcony allows you to remain outside and dry and still able to enjoy the local views.
• Lounge in front of the solid fuel stove to read, relax or just doze off after a busy day of exploring the picturesque Fanad peninsula, which is located on the Wild Atlantic Way (WAW) and beyond.
• Before heading out to the local pubs and eateries, with many within a 5 minute walk of your door.
• On the first floor we also have our Studio flat - An Bonnan Bui. If needed, you can book this for extra space.

The Barnhouse Apartment is in a converted hundred year old building which until 1992 was used as a working barn. The new self-contained apartment is located in quiet countryside with uninterrupted views of the surrounding area from it's own private balcony. It has its own separate entrance and guests also have access to the property's large garden.
The space
The Barnhouse Apartment is situated beside the host's holiday home. Guests can be assured that the main property is used occasionally by the host's family and is not a rental property.
Other things to note
Please note that if you are bringing your dog, there may be cattle in the field beside the apartment during your stay. We are only able to accommodate one dog per booking.
