We tried to contact the host for almost an hour with no response, calls and texts. The only way we found the property was to throughly inspect the pictures for identifying details. When we got there the oven burner was broken. We did contact the host about this and it was fixed the next day but only after it was suggested that we could just use broil to cook all our food. This property has quiet hours from 11:00pm-7:00am. We stayed at this place for two weeks and I think there was only 4 mornings that the upstairs neighbours weren't yelling at each other and stomping around before 5:30am. My girlfriend was working from home during our stay and there was constant screaming and swearing coming from upstairs. The ad states that this place is professionally cleaned. If that is the case they need new cleaners. There was food crumbs in the fridge, on the counters, and on the floor. Not to mention the layer of dust that I swept up under the bed. The owner left the windows wide open with no screens on them allowing flys and other bugs to enter the suite. The upstairs tenants left laundry in the washing machine for the entire two weeks. I would also say that it did not feel like we had our personal space there is another suite less than 3 steps out the door if this place. Other than that we had a great stay!"

FOOD/ TRASH: We ask guests to kindly dispose of food in the available trash can. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. If garbage disposal is damaged or clogged by guest, Guest agrees to be charged for a plumber’s time to un-clog or install a new garbage disposal (if needed). No eating of food in either bedroom.
There’s a small trash bin and recycle bin located in the kitchen. Our housekeeping staff is happy to sort them out after your check out.

CHANGING OF LOCKS: Guest shall not re-key or change outdoor locks/ door hardware under any circumstances.

COMPLAINTS FROM NEIGHBORS: We want all of our guests are to be respectful of neighbors, and shall keep noise to a minimum while in back or front yards. Quiet time is ‪10pm to 8am‬. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from Property. No refund will be given for the unused portion of the guests stay.

USAGE OF UTILITIES: The Total Occupancy Rate assumes and includes a reasonable usage of utilities. Your Kilowatt consumption allowance is 155 KWH a day. Anything over this amount will be billed to the guests at $0.17 cents per KWH.

KITCHEN ITEMS: All items in kitchen including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest.

LINENS: Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Housekeeping will wash all laundry. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest.

MOVING FURNITURE: Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. Dragging chairs/tables on hardwood floors will leave scratches on hardwood.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES: At sole discretion of host, an additional cleaning fee of $100 can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
