A couch that rearranges to become a bed will seat you comfortably across the 50” smart flat screen TV. Three bulb lamp with bluetooth led bulbs, connect with your phone to select the lighting arrangement you desire. The balcony facing 109st features a BBQ for your grilling needs (propane tank not provided), and a candle lantern to set the mood while you breathe in the open air. On each side of the living room are the bedrooms. Master Bedroom is equipped with a 45” smart TV and a queen size bed. Two closets on each side of the bathroom entrance. Master Bathroom itself is a full bathroom with bathtub and newly installed shower head unit. Across the living room from the master bedroom is the guest room with a bunk bed and a designated workspace. This bedroom features a contemporary furnishing scene with hints of it throughout the rest of the suite. Minimally furnished with a desk and office chair to make the best of the space available whilst containing a double and twin bunk bed.

- "We were in town to visit my wife’s father, who is admitted at the Cross. We were lucky enough to find this gem of a place to stay. We have rented vehicles before, when flying into Edmonton to go visit him in Lloydminster. This time, we just took the 747 bus and LRT, and it was very convenient. It was about a 20 minute walk to the hospital.The house itself is excellent. The unit we stayed in was very nicely renovated, and very comfortably and tastefully furnished. It has everything that you would want, aside from laundry. The check-in process was very smooth, the host got back to us immediately with answers to questions. There was a very complete binder of information about the property, and local attractions/restaurants, although we didn’t notice it immediately because I put some of my stuff down on top of it. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, the towels and linens were excellent. The kitchen had anything you might need, including coffee and a coffee maker, complementary. We could sometimes hear the people in the floor above us moving around, but the house was quiet, and the neighbourhood is also quite quiet. It is close to some of the university residences. There was really no traffic noise. For those who have a vehicle, there is parking out back.
