Executive acreage with 4000 square foot home just minutes from Sherwood park! Easy access off Highway 21 and quick connections to Highway 16, and Anthony Henday. We are 30 minutes or less to Edmonton, Fort Saskatchewan and Edmonton International Airport.
This is the primary rental suite at the Dragonfly Inn. Base price is for 2 guests. The loft suite is a fully independent legal suite with its own entrance, kitchen, laundry, heating, bedroom and TV room. The suite has its own heating and cooling systems. The loft suite can comfortably sleep 4 adults. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and queen sofa bed in the TV room. Twin bed's can also be set up for kid(s) instead of the sofa bed (max 200lbs). We also have pack and play for toddlers. Due to space limitations a maximum of two beds can be used in living room (Sofa Bed & 1 Twin or 2 Twins).
Robes in winter and towels provided in summer. Shared access to 1800sq ft tiered deck w/hot tub tv/stereo system, outdoor fire pit, cedar sauna, gas fire table at seating lounge area, BBQ. Swings, teeter totter, jungle gym, play structure for kids.
The default guest limit is 5 people including children (max 4 adult), but we will review and approve additional guests on a individual basis. Guests have full access to all outdoor amenities such as decks, yard and hot tub and sauna.

The purple Martin houses appeared to have full occupancy as did the swallow boxes scattered through out the property. There are a couple of trails around the property. We saw deer and coyotes. The house is cozy, clean and efficient. The large windows face the courtyard. The hosts were right next door beyond the private courtyard if we needed anything. Elk Island is just minutes away. I would certainly recommend this vacation spot and we certainly plan on coming again."

A Touch of Country Guest Suite has 2 bedrooms and one day (sleigh) bed. One room has a queen size bed and the second a double size bed. There is a washroom with a shower, a washer/dryer, full kitchen with most kitchen essentials including a Nutribullet blender, a varieties of teas and a French Press and a "pour over" coffee pot for fair trade coffee. Our suite is decorated in authentic western style furniture and wall art!

Enjoy this cozy private suite in the charming centrally located neighbourhood of Inglewood. This basement suite is a BRAND NEW BUILD and features many amenities. This beautifully designed 1 bed, 1 bath suite has its own private entrance making it completely separate from the main floor. It comes equipped with all the necessary kitchen items such as all tableware, glasses, tubberware, cooking tools and necessities, coffee pot, kettle, coffee, decaf coffee, tea, etc. Features a washer and dryer, dishwasher, Wifi, and a SMART TV with Telus Optik TV! It is within walking distance to Kingsway Mall (about 10 minutes or so) and is a short drive (or scooter/uber) to downtown! The bedroom features a large comfortable queen size bed and a spacious walk-in closet! There is also potential for a 3rd guest to stay on the cozy couch as well. All necessities are taken care of with toilet paper, paper towel, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher pods, dish soap, etc all supplied in set quantities! If you are seeking a stay with no noise outside, this home would not be a good fit for you.
This home has quiet hours in accordance with city noise observance from 2200-0700hrs / 10pm-7am. Sound must be kept within a reasonable and respectful level so as not to disturb neighbors.

The unit provided as much privacy as we wanted yet we found ourselves outside enjoying their company, the neighborhood, and everything else that it had to offer. You can choose other vacation rentals, but you'll never get the same respect and comfort as you will by choosing to stay here. I should mention that it is also fully secured, key codes for all doors, and offers storage space if needed. The neighborhood is so kind and friendly you won't feel the need for the extra security but it's there nonetheless. Also the amenities are top notch with litteraly everything you would ever need to feel the comfort of home. All brand new, super clean, and very convenient. – Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay.

– Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.

My house is located in SW Edmonton just off Anthony Heyday ring road. It is convenient for people who is visiting Edmonton by car, not so much if you don't have wheels. Lots of stores from Superstore, Walmart, to restuarants in 5mins drive. The room is on the 2nd floor. You will have a full bathroom just to yourself. The house is clean and welcoming. You have access to the kitchen and living room. There are also plenty parking on the street.

No drug, no smoking, no heavy drink , no improper behavior inside the house.
Keep quiet during the sleeping time from 11pm to 7 am. If you checkout earlier before 7am or check in later than 10pm, try your best to be quiet. Please don't book if you cannot keep quiet during the quiet hours.
The bedding flat sheet, pillow covers and mattress cover will be replaced each time guest checked out. The comforter will not be changed each time. Please use the flat sheet under the comforter when sleeping.
Please don’t eat in bed for your safety and cleanness.
The check out time is 11am. The host some times hires cleaners to get the place cleaned. Late checkout fee applies at $20 for the first hour, $30 will be charged for additional hour. Precautions are still required to keep you and beloved healthy after you checked in.
In regard to Covid-19 prevention, host would like to share a story with you. If you have any interest in it you can go through the following. Otherwise just stop here.
TJ, saw a video before on using onion to treat flu. He didn’t believe at the beginning. After the pandemic broke out he checked the chemicals in onion smell and realized it has something that worth to pay attention to. The chemicals in the smell are sulphur containing substances. They are easy to be oxidized and become anion ions. They can neutralize the positively charged viruses and reduce the infection. Our cells in the upper respiratory tract would have more negative potential when expose to cold shock. The positive charged viruses are easy to get in. This is the first precaution step in the prevention of virus diseases. When we smell chopped onion we feel “hot” in nose. That means it also changes the cell status. If the sulphur containing substances enter cell with hydrogen ion, the respiratory tract would alkalize, making the virus less positively charged, it would further reduce the infection risk.
Wearing a mask is not just for holding the viruses by filtration. It helps reduce the temperature variation and let our respiratory system have a bit longer time to adjust to the cold shock.
One day TJ got running nose and sour eyes midnight. He tried to smell the chopped onion. He held the chopped onion in hand and use another hand to make a cylinder shape. He smelled with nose and then with mouth. He held the breathe for about 20 seconds. Repeated for a couple of times. He went to bed and fell into sleep. To his surprise he didn’t have any symptoms next morning he got up.
Viruses are different. The running nose and sour eyes can be symptoms of cold, flu or Covid-19. But if it helps control symptoms it may cure the disease related to the symptoms.
This is not a public approved treatment procedure. But it is an economical way to treat and prevent cold and may be the Covid-19.
Another way to beware of is reducing the temperature variation as previously discussed. Sudden change in temperature is called cold shock or heat shock. When you come out from a warm room to minus temperature outside you experience a 20 to 50 degree difference in temperature within a second. Such a big cold shock will dramatically induce a more negative cell membrane potential. The positively charged viruses are easy to get in. Wearing a mask with a scarf surrounding the mask helps reduce the temperature change. Face mask is even better.
TJ is a research scientist. He wants to share this with you. Follow these procedures may help save lives.
He has successfully predicted what would happen to the pandemic and the difference in death rate between men and women. He optimistically predicted it would have be controlled by mid June in 2020. It did not, but we got lowest reported new cases in middle June in Canada.
New update on August 2, 2021: The addition of several basic amino acids makes the isoelectric point of the mutant virus increase, the positive charges of the virus in the respiratory tract fluid will be more, making it easier to bind to the receptor cells. Small temperature differences can intensify the virus invasion. Women may be more susceptible to infection, but women are more resistant and have lower mortality rates. Wearing mask that effectively reduces temperature variation, block particles in the air, is still the best way to prevent the spread of the virus. When come home from outside smell chopped onion can neutralize positive charge carried by the virus help reduce the infection. Sniffing alcohol may also work.
Do not have cold drinks (ice cream, iced drinks), don't go outside when the temperature is low in the morning and evening. Wear a mask if possible, do not be too tired, and so on, can reduce the risk of infection. Eating reducing agent-rich foods exacerbates infection risk, but it has an effect on preventing the immune storm that follows illness. This need to be used according to time, the stage after infected. Hunger, iron deficiency, high zinc (and other slightly toxicity including drunkenness) are similar.
People with cancer, diabetes, have acidic body feature, the virus is more likely to infect these people. They would have a high rate of severe symptoms after infected.
Sniffing vinegar in the absence of infection can lower respiratory pH, seems to reduce the cell membrane potential change induced by cold shock, but it can make the virus more positively charged. Therefore it is not advocated.

About 5 mins walking distance to bus station/LRT century Park staion, bank and grocery, also there are many restaurants nearby. The room is on the top floor of a 2300 sqft two storey house. The location is centralized and perfect for people traveling. Bus 747 runs from Edmonton International Airport to Century Park LRT/ bus station. It is convenient to anywhere in the city.
Recent LRT extension project is on, noise during daytime May be heard.

The whole house, the both front and back yards are accessible by guests. The front entrance area has a surveillance camera and video recording will be activated when there is people coming in or out.
The towels and extra bedding stuff are in the closets in the hallway.
The shower handle in the shared washroom needs to be pulled out for use. The shared bathroom door can be locked by pushing the handle switch inside.

Keep quiet during the sleeping time from 11pm to 7 am. If you checkout earlier before 7am or check in later than 10pm, try your best to be quiet. Please don't book if you cannot keep quiet during the quiet hours.

The bedding flat sheet, pillow covers and mattress cover will be replaced each time guest checked out. The comforter will not be changed each time. Please use the flat sheet under the comforter when sleeping.
Please don’t eat in bed for your safety and cleanness.
The check out time is 11am. The host some times hires cleaners to get the place cleaned. Late checkout fee applies at $20 for the first hour, $30 will be charged for additional hour. Precautions are still required to keep you and beloved healthy after you checked in.
In regard to Covid-19 prevention, host would like to share a story with you. If you have any interest in it you can go through the following. Otherwise just stop here.
TJ, saw a video before on using onion to treat flu. He didn’t believe at the beginning. After the pandemic broke out he checked the chemicals in onion smell and realized it has something that worth to pay attention to. The chemicals in the smell are sulphur containing substances. They are easy to be oxidized and become anion ions. They can neutralize the positively charged viruses and reduce the infection. Our cells in the upper respiratory tract would have more negative potential when expose to cold shock. The positive charged viruses are easy to get in. This is the first precaution step in the prevention of virus diseases. When we smell chopped onion we feel “hot” in nose. That means it also changes the cell status. If the sulphur containing substances enter cell with hydrogen ion, the respiratory tract would alkalize, making the virus less positively charged, it would further reduce the infection risk.
Wearing a mask is not just for holding the viruses by filtration. It helps reduce the temperature variation and let our respiratory system have a bit longer time to adjust to the cold shock.
One day TJ got running nose and sour eyes midnight. He tried to smell the chopped onion. He held the chopped onion in hand and use another hand to make a cylinder shape. He smelled with nose and then with mouth. He held the breathe for about 20 seconds. Repeated for a couple of times. He went to bed and fell into sleep. To his surprise he didn’t have any symptoms next morning he got up.
Viruses are different. The running nose and sour eyes can be symptoms of cold, flu or Covid-19. But if it helps control symptoms it may cure the disease related to the symptoms.
This is not a public approved treatment procedure. But it is an economical way to treat and prevent cold and may be the Covid-19.
Another way to beware of is reducing the temperature variation as previously discussed. Sudden change in temperature is called cold shock or heat shock. When you come out from a warm room to minus temperature outside you experience a 20 to 50 degree difference in temperature within a second. Such a big cold shock will dramatically induce a more negative cell membrane potential. The positively charged viruses are easy to get in. Wearing a mask with a scarf surrounding the mask helps reduce the temperature change. Face mask is even better.
TJ is a research scientist. He wants to share this with you. Follow these procedures may help save lives.
He has successfully predicted what would happen to the pandemic and the difference in death rate between men and women. He optimistically predicted it would have be controlled by mid June in 2020. It did not, but we got lowest reported new cases in middle June in Canada.
New update on August 2, 2021: The addition of several basic amino acids makes the isoelectric point of the mutant virus increase, the positive charges of the virus in the respiratory tract fluid will be more, making it easier to bind to the receptor cells. Small temperature differences can intensify the virus invasion. Women may be more susceptible to infection, but women are more resistant and have lower mortality rates. Wearing mask that effectively reduces temperature variation, block particles in the air, is still the best way to prevent the spread of the virus. When come home from outside smell chopped onion can neutralize positive charge carried by the virus help reduce the infection. Sniffing alcohol may also work.
Do not have cold drinks (ice cream, iced drinks), don't go outside when the temperature is low in the morning and evening. Wear a mask if possible, do not be too tired, and so on, can reduce the risk of infection. Eating reducing agent-rich foods exacerbates infection risk, but it has an effect on preventing the immune storm that follows illness. This need to be used according to time, the stage after infected. Hunger, iron deficiency, high zinc (and other slightly toxicity including drunkenness) are similar.
People with cancer, diabetes, have acidic body feature, the virus is more likely to infect these people. They would have a high rate of severe symptoms after infected.
Sniffing vinegar in the absence of infection can lower respiratory pH, seems to reduce the cell membrane potential change induced by cold shock, but it can make the virus more positively charged. Therefore it is not advocated.
