- "Great access to the Lake Louise area. shuttle bus pick up to Lake Moraine and Lake Louise. Awesome fire pit area right by cabins and Baker Creek. Very helpful staff." - "We loved our stay. We loved the location, loved That we felt like we were away from the busyness of lake Louis yet a short drive away. We loved sitting in the chairs by the river at night. We would stay there again." - "The property and the staff was wonderful. The only issue was we had reserved a cabin with the a loft and we ended up with a two bedroom cabin instead. Asked about being moved, but the cabin was booked. We never understood how we ended up in the cabin without the loft when that was what we had reserved. Other than that, we loved everything about Baker Creek was fabulous."

- "This was an excellent location to stay in the Lake Louise area. The food at the restaurant was great! The room we stayed in was very nice and clean - there were a few months, but they didn't bother us but may bother other guests. All in all it was a great experience!" - "The standard room with 2 beds was little small. But location is very convenient. breakfast is good" - "The location worked out great as there are not many choices in LL. Prices are very high everywhere. There is nothing special about this hotel, rooms are dark, pretty dated, not nice furnishings or linens. Most of the clientelle are families and tour bus people. But the location is divine. For food there are several spots just across the street with is very convenient."

- "Helpful service workers. Carry our luggage to our room." - "Going thru a 3rd party was not a smooth one. Took lots of talking and coordination at the last minute as hotel did not have our reservation when we called 2 confirm our arrival. Was very stressful." - "first time to Lake Louise, this is in a very good location, nice to have 2 restaurants in the property. The rooms are a bit dated, but just fine for the most part as most who come to this area are out and about all day hiking and sight seeing with only sleeping done in the room."

- "Quiet place to get away from it all. No TV, internet is spotty (which keeps you off of it) and trails to walk to the river and look for wildlife. We were there in March 2024 and the snow was melting, the temp was 15 degrees C and the sun was out. I would go again."
