- "Excellent " - "Our room had a great view of the lake and the mountain. The walking trail around the lake was excellent. The only issue I had was the bathroom not available to be used, immediately after I checked out. I understand that only guests are allowed to use the bathrooms for security reasons. I was eventually able to use it by borrowing a card key from the front desk and the staff was very understanding and helpful. The person at the bell hop desk was not as friendly. The food was excellent at the 2 different restaurants - Louiza and Alpine and the staff was great. Other than the bathroom issue, our stay was great."

- "Friendy staff Location is excellent" - "This was a great place for us, our 3 kids and a puppy. We made our own breakfast in the morning, hit the ski hill for the day and one night came back to make dinner and and watch a movie. My only complaint is that the floor was really cold (must be concrete) and it was drafty around the windows. If the furnace wasn't running, it felt cold, especially when we were sleeping. Otherwise, it was great and we'd rent again."

- "Property is very close to Lake Louise. The unit was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the convenience and quality of the breakfast buffet. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, we are happy with our decision to stay at this property. The item that can be improved for the future is information shared via VRBO about shuttles. I was told that getting a shuttle shouldn’t be an issue. At check in found out that all shuttles were booked for days ahead. This forced us to plead and beg for some shuttle time, and we ended up settling for a time that wasn’t our first choice. Also, was told via VRBO that there are no toiletries provided, so I brought my own. But basic toiletries were provided - soap, shampoo, etc. Staff at the front desk seemed completely uninterested in these issues stating it isn’t their company who handles this communication."

- "We are a family of 8 and are stay was comfortable. Location is excellent. We will definitely stay here again when we come back." - "we had a great stay at lake louise inn in their loft unit. There was plenty of space for our family of five with one bedroom with a twin over full bunkbed, a queen size murphy bed in the living room and a king size bed in the loft. There were 2 full bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. There were also laundry facilities and our family used both the swimming pool/hot tub, and mini golf. It was close to the village that has a small market as well as restaurants and a 10 minute drive to the lake louise/lake morraine shuttle. Some of the rooms are not newly renovate at the inn, but this particular VRBO listing was! Our family had a great time!"

Our newly renovated Family Superior Two Bedroom Cabin features a fully refreshed custom log and reclaimed wood interior with a kitchen, and the living area features a river rock wood burning fireplace. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom downstairs and a locally crafted bunk bed in the second bedroom (queen bed on the bottom and twin on top), as well as a double pull out sofa for sleeping up to 6 people. A private deck with outdoor seating is also available for your perfect cabin life.
