Our condo complex has a gorgeous recreation center that has two outdoor hot tubs, swimming pool and indoor fitness center. In the off season the outdoor pool is closed but they do keep one of the hot tubs open all year. We are a two minute walk from James Chabot Provincial Park, 5 mins to Kinsmen Beach, 15 mins to Radium Hot Springs pool, 20 min drive to Panorama ski resort and 15 mins to Fairmont Hot Springs.

We are close to restaurants and town so if you wanted to spend the day walking through the many lovely shops in downtown Invermere, we are literally 2 mins away!

Panorama Transportation

The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.

There is a boat launch adjacent to the property. This property is self-contained, so there are no common hallways. New combed sand is added every spring for your children to play in. ( no pets are allowed on the beach). We provide High-speed internet and an Apple smart TV. Air conditioning was added in spring 2023. The kitchen was renovated in fall 2023. Bayshore condo is a lovely resort-like small complex in the established residential area of Invermere. There are tennis courts, and we supply rackets, floatation devices, and two bikes suitable for teens or small adults. Storage for your bike is available.

It is on the lake in gorgeous Invermere, in the Rockies, B.C. It is just a 3-hour pleasant drive from Calgary or about 1.5 hours from Banff. Lake Windermere Whiteway
Access to the Whiteway just steps from the cabin. The Whiteway is a 34 km (21 mile) groomed track that runs all the way around the lake and connects the towns of Invermere and Windermere. It is the World’s Longest Skating Path and has tracks for classic cross-country and skate skiing, and a cleared ice-skating track. Kinsmen Beach is one of the main starting points for the Whiteway. This spot also has a small skating rink with benches and a firepit. The other two entry points are at the Invermere Bay Condos and at Windermere Beach. • Winter Hot Tub: One of the hot tubs remains open during the winter months. Please note that the availability of the hot tubs and pool facilities may change due to seasonal variations and maintenance schedules.

James Chabot Provincial Park: You're already there! Just past Lake Windermere Pointe you will find the entrance t this great beach. This provincial park has a broad, sandy beach backed with open, grassy play areas offers pleasant surroundings for families who enjoy lakeshore recreation. Water sports rentals are found close by at Columbia River Paddle. Free parking on site.

Kingsmen Beach: Invermere's most popular beach is a 5 minute drive away. This beach is great for families, it has a small park, water park and waterslides on the lake. Canoes, kayaks, and SUPs rentals are available seasonally. There are public washrooms with change rooms and showers. There is a free parking lot onsite, however be prepared to park in the street during busy summer days. In the winter, Kingsmen beach is the main access to the Whiteway, which is the longest skating trail in the world.

The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.

The condo is equipped with AC to keep you cool during the day. The outside terrace has barbecue and a patio to enjoy the amazing mountain and lake view, complemented by sunrise to enjoy your morning coffee. Lake access and marina is just steps away. Hottub is open year around. Pool is usually open starting May long weekend.
