Our recently renovated condo in beautiful Lake Windermere Pointe includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps six. The unit is situated on the 3rd floor of the Armstrong building and is just under 1,200 square feet. The condo complex is in a perfect location just a block away from the James Chabot beach, and a short 15 minute drive to skiing in Panorama.

How do check-in and check-out work? We’ve made this completely seamless for you. Upon booking, you will receive our welcome email with all the information you’ll need for a contactless check-in and check-out. Once you’ve arrived and entered the condo, you will find a tablet with all the additional information you’ll need and be able to contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Is the pool open? We’re excited to report that the pool is completely open this summer without any restrictions. The hot tub is also open and operates all year round.
Is parking included? Yes. As mentioned above, there is a FREE underground parking space included with the rental of the condo. You will also have access to visitor parking as well as street parking if you have more than one car or guests visiting.

3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 of which have comfortable king size beds and smart tvs. The third is the ultimate bunkhouse for all the kids with a single over double bunk and daybed AND their own entertainment centre!
Enjoy the seasonal outdoor pool (open May Long to late September) fitness centre and year round hot tub.
Grill on the private deck overlooking the pool and beach, dine at one of the amazing local restaurants or order in.
Walking distance to shops and restaurants, across from Panorama shuttle.
Visit the nearby hot springs at Radium or Fairmont.
Unit is air-conditioned and well appointed with everything you need for a fantastic get away year round.
Cozy up with board games or a movie in front of the fire after a day on the slopes and soak in the hot tub Apres Ski in the winter.
Spend the day on the lake, go for a hike or have a golf weekend then lounge poolside in the summer.

Getting access to the suite was very easy as they use a code that means something to the guest. Upon entry, I was very happy with how clean and stocked the suite is - lots of helpful extras like a cold pop or pantry staples like oil or salt and pepper. I’m used to having hotel coffee, but even the quality of coffee provided was a step above what I’d expect. These little extras were very thoughtful and handy as we ate in for most meals and had forgotten things. The host even left us some extra goodies which we thankfully enjoyed. Moving on to the furnishings - it’s tastefully and comfortably appointed. Couches are clean and comfy and there was enough room for everyone. The king beds differed by room, there was one firm bed and one soft. It worked out well for us because I *love* a firm bed. The den/kids room was comfortable and the host went out of their way to provide books, colouring supplies and even a gaming system. These hosts understand families! There is a hot tub, pool (closed for winter) and games area for the building but we didn’t use it so I can’t comment on it. We did take several walks in the lakefront park just across the street, and it would be lovely to stay in the summer to enjoy the beach. There is a train within a km of the building, and though we heard it we did not find it intrusive. All in all, we were very happy with our stay! Would come again!"

A single underground parking space is included. Note that the space has lower-than-normal discharge piping above, so smaller vehicles are best suited for the space. There are visitor parking spaces available as well.
A car is needed to get here, but the unit is centrally located so many amenities are within walking distance. However, should you wish to explore the full Valley, a car will be necessary.

Upon booking, you will receive our welcome email with all the information you’ll need for a contactless check-in and check-out. Is the pool open? We’re excited to report that the pool is completely open this summer without any restrictions. The hot tub is also open and operates all year round.

- "Wonderful location and suite. Great communication and helpful property owners. Thank you for a wonderful vacation." - "A+. This place is amazing as it is clean tidy, large, airy, quiet, and very comfortable for our gang of 6, which included 2 rumbuctious kids who loved the oodles of space to play around in. Of course the pool and the hot tub were a huge hit as they took every opportunity to go for a dip. We were given great directions to the condo building as well as parking and entry instructions. The unit is fully equipped with all the homey comforts you'd need and more. The location is also perfect being walking distance to A&W, Dairy Queen, Subway, Sobey's and our favourite "Huckleberry's". A local recommended "Spice Hut" to us but we didn't get the chance to check it out. The beach and the adjoining playground are less than 5 minutes away. Of course we drove to Panorama (20 mins) and went on the newly opened Wild Rider Mountain Coaster ride which really lives up to its name. The fact that we will return is the best recommendation one can give. "

James Chabot Provincial Park: You're already there! Just past Lake Windermere Pointe you will find the entrance t this great beach. This provincial park has a broad, sandy beach backed with open, grassy play areas offers pleasant surroundings for families who enjoy lakeshore recreation. Water sports rentals are found close by at Columbia River Paddle. Free parking on site.
Kingsmen Beach: Invermere's most popular beach is a 5 minute drive away. This beach is great for families, it has a small park, water park and waterslides on the lake. Canoes, kayaks, and SUPs rentals are available seasonally. There are public washrooms with change rooms and showers. There is a free parking lot onsite, however be prepared to park in the street during busy summer days. In the winter, Kingsmen beach is the main access to the Whiteway, which is the longest skating trail in the world.

● Use of inflatables is limited to: Personal Floatation Devices (PFD’s) and/or float toys no larger than 24” in
diameter. Large inflatables (> 24”) are not permitted in the pool for safety reasons.
● No Styrofoam toys in swimming pool and hot tubs.
● No persons suffering from communicable diseases, open sores, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs are allowed in the pool or hot tub.

How do check-in and check-out work? We’ve made this completely seamless for you. Upon booking, you will receive our welcome email with all the information you’ll need for a contactless check-in and check-out. Once you’ve arrived and entered the condo, you will find a tablet with all the additional information you’ll need and be able to contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Is the pool open? We’re excited to report that the pool is completely open this summer without any restrictions. The hot tub is also open and operates all year round.
Is parking included? Yes. As mentioned above, there is a FREE underground parking space included with the rental of the condo. You will also have access to visitor parking as well as street parking if you have more than one car or guests visiting.

You will have access to the entire upper suite of this property. Please note that the lower suite is rented to incredibly lovely, long-term tenants and is not included in the rental.
