NEW AND VERY CLEAN! This super comfortable and cozy totally private suite is fully equiped. Located extremely close to the ski hill and situated on a private 1 acre lot. This is an incredible place to relax with friends or loved ones while enjoying all that Revelstoke has to offer. The luxurious suite has a fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, in floor heating, air conditioning, slate flooring, 3pce bathroom with incredible glass and slate shower, a 32'"LCD TV with a PS3 and netflix, high speed internet with wifi connection, 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed, a comfortable double pull out couch in the living room, front loading washer/dryer and a large balcony with a mountain view. This large property has a fire pit and lots of parking ideal for sleders or those with trucks and tailers. The suite is located above a detatched garage, you do not share the building with anyone it is extremely quiet and private. - "The perfect place for us to stay. We made great use of the hot tub après-ski, slept well beds were comfortable. Host was responsive and left ice melter for a little ice buildup on the deck. It is decorated in a very tasteful modern casual, that is very comfortable not sterile. Full size washer and dryer make washing a family's worth of ski clothing very easy. Having the private full size hot tub with therapeutic jets that comfortably fits 4-5 adults, but probably could manage 6 or 7 if you're close, right on the deck is so great after a full day of skiing, hiking. It's very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, plenty of seating in the living/dining areas. Modern kitchen with all the appliances. Nice views and very quiet up on the 4th floor. The location is a quick easy 5 minute drive to the mountain, and only about 10 minutes into town. There is a neighborhood grocery market right in the building below that is very convenient. Larger grocery stores right up the road. We really appreciated that the garage has a clearance of 8'4", plenty for a winter-ready SUV with a rooftop ski box. It's so nice to park inside and not have to clear the car every morning. Revelstoke is a terrific mountain and town, you won't be disappointed. Host was very responsive and easy to contact, great communication."

Guest access
Access Aspen Adventure House via a private staircase leading to the second-floor suite. Access to the door code will be provided the day of check-in via the AirBnB arrival guide.

Ski Key ski and board locks and keys are provided onsite. Bike lock keys and access to tools are provided onsite.

PARKING: There are two off-street designated, stacked parking spaces along the left side of the driveway. We can accommodate two large vehicles, think ¾ ton pickup trucks with sled decks or one truck and trailer. It doesn’t get cold in Revy very often, but we’ve provided block heater extension cords, just in case.

Interaction with guests
Aspen Adventure House is managed by Latitude 51 Properties. Latitude 51 Properties staff, Cristin and Atli, are available to help with anything you need during your stay.

Scott, the homeowner, and his son Doug live in the main house and play in the mountains. Ask them about their favourite runs and trails if you see them.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.

2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.

4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.

5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.

6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.

7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.

8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.

9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.

10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.

11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.

12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.

13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.

14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.

15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.

16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renter’s damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.

Our kitchen is equipped with cookware, glassware, flatware, coffee maker, microwave and toaster. Dishcloths and dishtowels are provided, as are paper towels. Feel free to use anything in the cabinets or the fridge.

Families don't be shy – if you need a high chair or a pack and play, we can provide them! There’s no need to spend money to fly with them or pack them in your car.
There is no housekeeping service during your stay unless you are staying a month, then a mandatory once a week tidy up will be required.

NO SMOKING CIGARETTES, CIGARS, VAPING or CANNABIS on the deck/hot tub or in the condo. An automatic $1,000 fine will be added to your bill.

We can't accept reservations from people that have trailers, or snowmobiles as we just don't have enough parking.

Welcome to Revelstoke! Our brand new south facing penthouse will be the perfect spot for you to unwind and enjoy all of the beauty our town has to offer. A quick 3 minute drive to the resort and 6 minute drive into town.

The condo has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, each fitted with a King size bed, with the option of changing into two XL twin beds if that better suits your party. Unwind on our beautiful patio with a soak in the hot tub and grilling up some food on the BBQ.
