The apartment is a tastefully decorated newly converted medical clinic in downtown kimberley with a view of the ski hill from all the front windows.It boasts the largest patio in kimberley and also has private parking with 2 parking spaces. Despite it being on the second floor the entrance is level with the parking lot at the back with only one step.The foyer is large and has room for skis or golf clubs and any gear. 3 equally sized bedrooms with queen sized beds a closet in each room. Each bed has high end linens, extra pillows and blankets.. 2 full bathrooms. Bathroom #1 has a very large tub ventless washer/dryer and a view of the ski hill. Bathroom #2 has a rain shower. Open concept kitchen dinning and living room with an amazing view. Kitchen has a Kureig, french press, pots pans, sub zero fridge freezer, induction stove/ oven, dishwasher, dinner setting for 8, salt and pepper. The 1,200 square foot patio seats 10 comfortably at the table many lounge chairs and a fire table. Everything is new in this perfectly located apartment.

We have these rules not to penalize guests. We have these rules to ensure that all guests staying at the building have a positive experience.
1. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down in order to comply with the local noise bylaws. Noise violation fines range from $50 to $200 depending on the severity of the complaint. This will be charged to the guest if a noise violation report is received.
2. SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed in the condo. There is a fine of $250 if the property managers find evidence of smoking inside the condo.
3. CHECK-OUT TIME: We have a strict check-out time at 11AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will result to a charge of 100% of the nightly rate.
4. CHECK-IN TIME: We have a strict check-in time at 4PM. Unauthorized early check-ins will result in a charge of 100% of the nightly rate.
5. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: You are allowed to have extra guests. Please make sure to add the total number of guests on the reservation. An accurate price will be automatically calculated based on the number of guests. Unauthorized guests not added on the reservation will result in a charge of $50 per guest per night.
6. PETS: This unit is NONE pet-friendly.
7. We want your stay to go as smoothly as possible. We do not advise mailing items to the unit as we do not have access to a mailbox. However, you may take advantage of Canada Post's FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered. You may also rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages there if you are staying for a longer period.

★ Some daily living noise from the lock out apartment downstairs can be heard on occasion. Faint music from the basement studio can possibly be heard in the living room on occasion, but only between the hours of 10:00 am - 9:00 pm.
★ SELF-CATERED APARTMENT -During your stay, you are responsible for your own cleaning, cooking, laundry, and/or any additional supplies.
We will provide essentials to get you started, but do not provide supplies for a long term stay. As such, you should take a look at the supplied essentials when you arrive and make plans to acquire more, if required.
There is no maid or laundry service. For bookings longer than 6 days, an interim cleaning is required once every 7 days, for an additional $35 to be paid immediately after booking and prior to check in.

- "Stayed 6 minutes from great place to ski, hosts were very accommodating as I had problems getting in, just did not know how to use lock Clean with nice hot water ,comfortable bed and everything a ski bum needed , newly remodeled and very affordable, on main road with great grocery store kitty corner , surprisingly quiet and comfortably warm , basic accommodations but perfect for me , the few condiments really helped out so I didn’t need to purchase everything , I need to stress the warmth thing as it got very cold while I was out there , stayed in a tiny house last year and froze my butt off so this was great !"

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.
4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.
5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.
6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.
7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 7 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.
8. NO PETS allowed.
*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).
9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post's FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.
