The Fireside neighborhood is quaint and just a five minute drive to downtown Cochrane. We are quite literally a stones throw from walking paths and biking trails, with some leading you to our miniature lake, our baseball and soccer fields, and a playground nearby. Should you be more adventurous, the paths can take you down into downtown Cochrane where they enter even more accessible nature and follow along the Bow River. For the kids, we have a high concentration of Pokemon Stops and Pokemon Gyms for Pokemon Go! There are also as some "leave a book, take a book" boxes throughout our community.
Our newly renovated living space comes with multiple seating options for plenty of room to start your morning in the way you like! The plush leather couches allow you to relax with a book, laptop, or newspaper while you enjoy the wall mounted SmartTV, Fireplace or both. The town of Cochrane is really a small town, with a charming main street that has local shops and multiple food options but there are also the bigger stores to accommodate all your grocery needs. While Uber exists, it's a bit more rare and the Taxi companies are always happy to help. They also have a bus service that can pick up on demand.

Parking is on the street and plentiful! A vehicle is recommended to get to and from the mountains but options exists for those without such as shuttle services.
