The private dock is only set up from July - September.
The backyard and dock is a shared space with the home owners, but they highly respect their guests privacy. This also means people live upstairs.
This is a basement suite with 1 bedroom and a den. Bugs and dust get into the sunroom, it is not sealed. We are on a septic system, so be mindful of water use. The backyard is functional but not "perfect" it can be messy with leaves and such during different seasons. The side to get to the backyard can be icy in winter. Bring your own firewood if you wish to have a fire pit. There is 1 King bed, a sofa bed and a single mattress on the floor.
