- "Beautifully decorated suite with sweet decor and amazing attention to every detail, including fresh baked goods from Cobb's, cold drinks in the fridge, a stationery centre (I did use it to write a thank you note), and a fully stocked kitchen. It's large and comfortable. It's pretty conveniently located too - just a short walk to a Tim's location (in a gas station), a 5-minute drive from many shops and restaurants, and about 15 minutes to downtown. The on-street parking is plentiful and feels safe. There were a few glitches during the check in process, including an incorrect door code, incorrect wifi instructions, and a door key that didn't seem to work but I understand this is a newly listed property and I expect that the glitches will be worked out for the next guests. Everything was rectified quickly when brought to the host's attention. Overall, I highly recommend and would certainly stay again!"

You will walk in to an open concept apartment with kitchen, dining and living room flowing together. The 3 piece bathroom is off the main entrance and has a deep soaker tub and handheld shower.
The bedroom has a queen size bed with luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets. There’s a large closet with shelving to keep your clothes looking tidy during your stay.
Both the living room and bedroom have big screen tv’s.
The balcony has a patio table and two chairs with cushions. There’s also a hanging egg chair.
A common gathering room and roof top patio with a cute pool is available to you.
If you are looking to workout there’s a common gym that’s free for you to use as well.
One underground parking spot is included.
You’ll have full use of the whole apartment completely to yourselves.

If you like trains you'll enjoy the view from the deck as they go by once in a while. If trains aren't your thing, ear plugs are provided under the bathroom sink. Note: this place is in the heart of downtown so you'll hear some typical city noises like emergency vehicles and such. The building is framed in concrete so it is fairly soundproof.

This spacious corner apartment is located on the 15th floor of the `Colours by Battistella` building. It has a kitchen stocked with what you need for basic cooking. The open floor plan continues through the dining area into a big living room space and on to a workstation and yoga meditation area. The bathroom and bedroom are just off of the living room. The bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed with luxurious linens for a great nights sleep.
The most noticeable feature are the floor to ceiling windows that span for 60 feet along all the outside walls. If you come during Stampede (early July), you can watch the fireworks right from the suite!
You`ll have access to the common rooftop patio that features colourful, artistic `sunbrellas` and extensive raised gardens.

Clean, clean clean 2 bedroom 2 bathroom (1 ensuite) basement suite in Midnapore. Bus line 52 right out front takes you directly to superstore (grocery store) and c train station in less than 7 mins. You will enjoy having your own master ensuite with shower and tub. Second full bathroom has stand up shower and washer dryer. Full kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave and full-size fridge. Cable TV with Sports History, Local, DYI, HGTV, and many other channels! Owners upstairs to help or guide you with your stays in Calgary. Family friendly home. We can provide Port-o-Cot (Pack'N'Play), blackets, plastic/ rubber dishes/ cutlery for those cute toddlers and infants if you have any.
We do have a 3 year old toddler upstairs who is usually quiet and is away at daycare during business hours. Please keep in mind although quiet time is at 10pm - 6 am, sometimes there might be noise from the toddler outside of those hours. We have never had a complaint about it yet, and it happens very very rarely, but wanted to be up front about that. His bedroom, is not over any other bedroom in the house.

She laid out all the details for the door lock and the rooms. The rental was very clean and has everything except ta kitchen, (which is stated). If you have a pet with you, the yard is not fully fenced and there are 3 deer who will often be only a few feet out the door. This wasn't an issue for us as our dog is trained. Access to the area is easy and there are amenities within two blocks, 4min walk. The only issue and it was very easily fixed, was using the fireplace and the electric kettle or microwave concurrently. It popped the breaker. Taylor corrected that the next day. Overall, you'll be happy in this unit. I'll be staying again."

This property has a strict noise policy based on the City of Calgary and our building’s by-laws. Noise levels that are too high puts the owner at risk of fines and business license suspension. To ensure compliance, this property is equipped with a NOISE MONITOR. It does not record conversation, only noise.
➢ Noise must be kept BELOW 80 DECIBELS AT ALL TIME.
➢ Noise must be kept BELOW 50 DECIBELS FROM 10:00PM – 07:00AM.
An automatic SMS warning will be sent to the responsible guest when the property’s noise level is too high. Failure to decrease the noise level will lead to a CHARGE OF 500$ to the responsible guest.
3. PETS POLICY
The responsible guest will be liable for any chargebacks or fine levied by the corporation against the owner if:
➢ Their pet(s) causes damage to the private suite you are staying in;
➢ Their pet(s) causes damage to the common areas on the property;
➢ Their pet(s) causes too much noise resulting in a violation of the NOISE POLICY
➢ They or their guests are not picking up after their pet(s) relieve themselves on the common areas of the property;

4. TRESPASSING MITIGATION
The neighborhood in which our building is located has been dealing with homelessness these past few years. Unauthorized individuals have been trespassing and stealing on our property mainly due to the lack of vigilance of some residents. To mitigate this issue:
➢ When entering or leaving the parking garage, stop after crossing the door and wait for it to close. If you notice a potential trespasser, notify your host immediately.
➢ When entering or leaving the building, do not let strangers without fobs follow you in.
5. PARKING
➢ ONLY USE YOUR STALL – A parking map has been left in the apartment.
➢ PARKING LOW CLEARANCE 6.5 FT – The responsible guest must ensure the group’s vehicle will fit.
➢ DO NOT LET STRANGERS FOLLOW YOU – Stop after crossing the door and wait for it to close to mitigate trespassing.
6. CHECK IN/OUT
➢ IN no sooner than 04:00 PM / OUT no later than 11:00 AM (unless otherwise requested).
➢ For every hour passed the agreed departure time, 50$ will be charged due to housekeeping rescheduling.
7. THEFT, DAMAGES & CHARGEBACKS
➢ The property will be inspected by housekeeping after each departure. Staff will take photos of damaged items and ensure nothing is missing. Any missing or damaged items will be charged to the responsible guest.
➢ Any chargebacks or fine levied by the corporation against the owner as a result of guest(s) behavior or failure to comply with this rental agreement will be charged to the responsible guest.
8. NON-RTA TENANCY
By signing this agreement as the responsible guest, you understand that the nature of you stay is not giving you (or any members of your group) any tenant rights under the Residential Tenancies Act of Alberta at this property.
9. PARCELS & OTHER DELIVERIES
Guests cannot give the intercom number to the delivery person to have their parcels/packages left at the door.
➢ Food deliveries – Guests must meet the delivery person in the lobby.
➢ Parcels deliveries from major carriers delivered on your behalf (Amazon, Purolator, Fed-Ex, etc.) will be left in the mailroom area if not otherwise specified to the delivery service (see picture below). A door has now been installed – Access with your fob.
➢ The host is not responsible for parcels and packages being stolen or damaged while the guests are away.
➢ No access to the suite’s mailbox will be granted to guests since it contains my personal mail.
10. GARBAGE/RECYCLING DISPOSAL
➢ Large garbage bags/items go to the main floor (eg. pizza boxes).
➢ Small garbage bags/items go to garbage chute located at the end of the hallway.
➢ Recycling & Compost Organics go to the backyard.
11. BUILDING BY-LAWS
The responsible guest and all other members of the group must comply with the below by-laws during their stay to help maintain the common enjoyment of the building by all.
This building is a privately-owned residential condo building with no specific services or amenities for rental guests, and all residents and guests are required to observe our Bylaws and community standards. All guests will be required to acknowledge in writing that they will comply with applicable residential Bylaws and community standards at all times during their stay.
➢ As per City of Calgary Bylaws, no more than two guests per bedroom are allowed in your rental suite at any time. Inviting additional guests or visitors, or hosting parties or any other social gatherings, is prohibited at all times.
➢ Our building is professionally managed. They will dispatch maintenance staff in the event of any emergency building-related service issues such as flooding, however they will not provide any additional services related to your rental stay or your suite. Please contact your host or agency only for any suite-related issues you may have.
➢ In the event of an emergency (fire, medical, criminal) please contact 911. If there is an alarm condition in the building, please prepare to evacuate and listen to the intercom system for further instructions.
➢ If your suite has any building-related service issues such as lack of hot or cold running water, or lack of heat or air conditioning, these may be reported your host or agency.
➢ You are responsible to help maintain security of our building by safekeeping your keys at all times, and by not letting unknown people or vehicles follow you through doors into the building at any time.
➢ Waste disposal, recycling and compost bins are available behind the elevator lobby. All waste disposals must be in these areas, disposed of in well-tied, leak-proof bags or similar.
➢ No personal belongings or waste can be left in the common hallways outside your suite at any time.
➢ City Bylaws require observation of quiet time from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, and building Bylaws restrict excessive noise that may disturb other residents at any time of the day.
➢ No signs, banners, laundry or any other objects may be hung or displayed from windows or balconies at any time.
➢ No cigarette butts, waste material or any other objects may be disposed of or thrown from your balcony at any time, as they can cause extreme danger from heights. Violations can result in City of Calgary Bylaw fines of up to $10,000 and/or criminal prosecution.
➢ Smoking or vaping of tobacco or cannabis products is prohibited in all interior areas of the building including residential suites, hallways, elevators, parking areas, lobbies and all exterior areas at all times. Permission to smoke of tobacco products (and for clarity, not cannabis) on your balcony is at the discretion of your suite owner, provided they are following building bylaws. If you are unsure if smoking is permitted in your suite, please assume that it is not.
➢ Exterior windows and balcony doors must remain closed in extreme cold weather conditions to prevent freezing of water lines or other damage to the building
➢ You shall obey any rules made or posted by the Condominium Board regarding the use and care of the Building, and any parking lot, balconies or common areas.
➢ Use of units to hold parties is strictly prohibited.
➢ Use of units for activities which are illegal or that will be injurious to the reputation of the building are strictly prohibited.
➢ Violation of building Bylaws or rules can result in fines, reporting to appropriate authorities, or eviction.

The fully stocked kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious homecooked meal. The massive oversized island can comfortably seat 4, and the Galanz Toastwave (Microwave and Toaster Oven combo) and single burner induction cooktop make meal prep a breeze. Enjoy your meals while basking in the warm natural light streaming through the large windows.
After a day of exploring the city, retreat to the cozy bedroom that features a comfortable queen bed with brand new soft carpet.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to laundry facilities if required . Before you book in, if required we will issue a permit card for street parking. We will require a license plate number and will book it online for you!
We operate off of the August Smart Lock system, so if you did not receive an email with the app instructions when you booked, contact us immediately so we can manually set this up for you. We can also provide a physical key is requested.
Unfortunately the building is not wheelchair accessible.
The Neighbourhood

We are located in the beautiful, historic and safe innercity neighborhood of Ramsay (one of the original communities of Calgary) famous for our character houses and Scotsman Hill which is located just minutes up the street (see pictures) that overlooks the downtown core. We recommend checking this out, especially at night and during stampede as it's the best place in the city to watch the fireworks.

Red's Diner is located just a 10 minute walk and is very popular for their breakfast/brunch menu.
Also just a 10 minute walk away is historic neighboring community Inglewood where you will find ample shops and amazing restaurants. We are walking distance, so you don't need to drive. If you don't like to walk, you can catch the 302 bus right around the corner which will take you there in two minutes.
Calgary Stampede is what Calgary is most known and famous for "The greatest outdoor show on earth". Luckily for you, we are only a 10 to 15 minute walk directly to the stampede grounds!!! We anticipate booking quite fast for these dates, so make your reservation!
For night life, check out 17th avenue where you will find all the bars and some shopping too! Located about a 5 minute drive from building.
Getting around
As mentioned, around the corner we have a few bus systems. The #302 bus will take you through Inglewood and directly into the downtown core. If you want to take a different route closer to active 17th ave, take the 24 bus which is at the same stop.
Also, the Ramsay/Renfrew bus #17 is also right around the corner and will take you to the Erlton Ctrain station which you can also access by walking to (15 minute walk to ctrain station).
Street parking is provided with Permit, we will register your license plate number online. Additional vehicles will have to park across the street which does not require a permit
Calgary also has a service called "Car to Go" which is very handy if you want to rent a car but do not want the responsibility of keeping it. Calgary also has Uber and Lime bikes to get around.
If you require a ride from the airport, please let us know and we can possibly pick you up if scheduling allows, for a $50 fee.

You will stay with me :) I sleep in the living room. There can be another guest in the other bedroom. The apartment has a shared kitchen, balcony and washroom with a bathtub.
Hundreds of restaurants nearby and very good nightlife especially on the weekends. Park, gym, library and public transport are within walking distance.

This is a small room with one bed.
Guest access
Kitchen has all types of utensils, microwave, and blender. Stove cannot be used to cook food that has strong smell. Living room and balcony cant be accessed. Only dining area and kitchen are for guests.
