We are close to everything. You can make it to the west side in 5 minutes (if traffic is light), the new Agri Food Hub (exhibition park) is 3 minutes drive from the suite. There are a multitude of restaurants within a 10 minute drive, whether you want something to go or dine in, it is close by.
We are located in the neighborhood of Glendale which is a quiet and nice neighborhood to live in. The neighbors are friendly and you will see many going on morning or evening walks to Henderson Lake Park.
When your in the suite, you will enjoy a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 1 double bed. Want to relax? Enjoy the private patio with a 6 burner BBQ or cuddle up in front of the fireplace and enjoy a movie from Netflix, Prime or Tubi.
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed with a large window. Bedroom #2 has a double bed with a chair that you could read a book on. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed with a desk and lamp if you need to do some work.

The living room has an electric fireplace that can be turned on to produce heat if you want to watch a movie on the 55" TV. There are a variety of movies you can pick from, as we have Prime, Netflix and Tubi streaming services on the TV.

Relax and appreciate this lovely, bright and clean unit. Our home has a light open concept with huge windows in the living room. Located in a lovely, quiet, and sought-after west Lethbridge community. A park for the kids and green space to gather the family for some fun are just steps out the front door. Another park and green space is about a block distant on the other side of our property. Nestled between these two parks, there is plenty of space for an evening stroll.

When you open the door, you will be greeted by a cozy and open space environment where you will feel at ease. This is the place where comfort meets style. The main floor consists of an open concept living room and computer nook to on one side. The house can easily accommodate at least four people and is ideal for families or smaller parties. (If your group is more than four people, please contact the host for further alternatives.) The space features central air conditioning. The newer renovations adds to the elegant and stylish ecstatic's warmth. The living room offer space for 5 and the sofa will convert into a queen bed for two guest.

Upon booking and confirmation of the booking, guests will be provided an access code to the smart lock. Any information regarding the property will be provided in a binder for guest to refer to. Guest may also contact host for any questions or concerns. We want this getaway to be pleasant and want you to enjoy your home away from home.
