Our spacious suite was purposefully designed for short term stays. This is a spacious, bright suite with large windows. You will enjoy a touch of luxury in the suite including: exotic "leathered" granite countertops, two separate bathroom vanities and new, ultra comfortable memory foam mattresses. Our suite is thoughtfully appointed and includes a full kitchen, washer, dryer and independent (guest controlled) heat and hot water! Off street parking is provided and you will enjoy complete privacy via your separate entrance. Sixmile is a quiet development with a great park just steps from the suite. A newly renovated, bright 2 bedroom private suite on the full lower level of the home. Separate secure entrance with self check in and off street parking for one vehicle. Kitchen is fully equipped for your holiday needs, and the suite is complete with wifi, cable, Netflix and a gas fireplace to help you unwind . There is a shared laundry and access to a huge backyard backing onto a park and playground for the little ones. We are close to all amenities such as the University of Lethbridge, Nicholas Sheran Park, Paradise Canyon Golf Resort as well as plenty of restaurants and shopping areas. The house is in a quiet and safe west side neighbourhood with a beautiful backyard for you to enjoy.
Please note: The house also has a guest suite in the upstairs of the house. The house is quiet but not soundproof. There will be some noise transfer if the upstairs is occupied during your stay.

We live in the best part of Lethbridge, the SOUTH! Streets lined with big beautiful trees, and close to... well everything! The best bakery only a few blocks away (hello donuts!), as well as a beautiful golf course + park down the road. We're a couple blocks from the hospital, great for family or friends visiting a loved one, or a 'mother in law' suite for a new baby, and minutes away from the downtown shops and coulees with walking paths along the river. Or chose to stay in, cause it's lovely here!
The Space: There is a hot tub in the backyard for shared use if you need a good hot soak. Our cat Bean roams the neighbourhood and will lay down for a pet if you’re interested in connecting. We are your upstairs neighbours, so we will be near whenever you need us.... for real, we are just a text away and want to make sure your stay is perfect!
Getting around: We are walking distance to the golf course, Henderson Lake Park, Bakery, Pubs, Corner store, Ice cream, and a beautiful scenic walk along the coulees. Bus stops available near by. Easy driving access... you could go anywhere in this city in under 10 minutes from this location.
Other things to note: We do live upstairs so you will hear us and our two boys from time to time. We also require light cleaning upon check out; dishes to be clean and put away, garbages taken out, and personal food items removed from the space.

The cabin is on our acreage about 100ft from the main house. You will have access to your own private patio and deck and have a dedicated parking spot on our large driveway. There are bikes available if you wish to bike our quiet country roads.

1. Sunshine House has a tenant upstairs the back patio and stairs is their space. Please respect them with noise levels and privacy.
No Parties and Events
1. No parties or events are allowed.
2. Any small gathering is restricted to six people in total and must comply with the rules regarding noise.
Extra Guests and Visitors
1. A maximum of four visitors is allowed during the day.
2. Any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee as set out in our rates.
3. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that any visitor also complies with our House Rules.
Neighborhood and Noise Levels
1. The majority of our neighbors live here full time. Please minimize noise between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. to ensure our neighbors can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep.
2. While our neighbor’s dog is friendly, please don’t pet or feed him.
3. If you encounter any issues with our neighbors, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.
4. If any neighbors report excessive noise, your vacation rental agreement could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the rental amount.
Pets
1. Guests will be responsible for cleaning up after their pet.
2. Please don’t allow your pet onto any furniture.
3. Have your pet on a leash while sitting outside.
4. Please ensure that your pet is inside the house during nighttime.
No Smoking
1. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside or outside the property.
Garbage & Recycling Disposal
1. We ask that our guests be so kind as to dispose of food in the available garbage bin.
2. Any paper waste should be placed in the blue recycling bin.
3. Please do not try to flush any sanitary products or baby wipes down the toilet. We have provided grey trash cans for this in the bathroom.

If you need to do some laundry during your stay a washer and dryer are located in the basement out the white stable doors in the kitchen.

Welcome to our bright and spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath basement suite! Conveniently located in the mature and quiet neighborhood of Ridgewood Heights, this suite is only minutes away from the University of Lethbridge, access to beautiful coulee trails, bus stop, and other amenities such as grocery stores, fast food locations and restaurants. This space is perfectly suited for both short-term and long-term stays.
The suite includes a Queen sized bed, Double bed, Twin bed, large walk-in closet, laundry and dryer, a full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, 2 Smart TV's, Disney+, Netflix, a fireplace, guest controlled heat and A/ C, a desk, and much more!
Please be aware that this is our home and we live upstairs with our three young children. We are very conscious of noise, but you may hear our children from time to time.
The basement suite is completely private and self-contained with its own entrance to the right side of the home with keyless entry. Parking is available for guests on the right side of the driveway.

The Puzzle House! This quaint upstairs 2 bedroom suite is located close to all amenities. Large back yard and a fire pit. BBQ for your spring and summer enjoyment. We thoroughly clean & disinfect the place after each stay.
The kitchen is supplied with a Keurig coffee machine, complete set of pots, pans and dishes. Bathroom towels and extra blankets, pillows are there for your convenience.
For your convenience there is a shared laundry with the tenant downstairs and in the summer a private fenced back yard with fire pit and 4 seat patio set.
The house is situated at the end of a street where traffic is minimal making for a quiet stay. Henderson lake and the Japanese garden are close by for a visit, walks or a run. 711, Papa John's pizza and a liquor store are all within walking distance. Close to all main highway access to get around the city.
Lots of friendly neighbors and quiet street. Bowling is around the corner as well as many fine restaurants including Firestone and Moxies.
Puzzles are left to complete while you stay and if you complete the puzzle before you leave, sign it in the bottom right corner and we will glue it together and put it up following your stay. Next time you come to visit, you will see your handy work!

Fresh off a major renovation this basement suite in the heart of Lethbridge is sure to keep you comfortable. Every part of this basement doesn't feel like a basement. It's bright. Its spacious. It's kitchen is stunning. It's living room is chill. It's bedrooms are bright when they want to be, and dark when they want to be. Best of both worlds.

Relax and appreciate this lovely, bright and clean unit. Our home has a light open concept with huge windows in the living room. Located in a lovely, quiet, and sought-after west Lethbridge community. A park for the kids and green space to gather the family for some fun are just steps out the front door. Another park and green space is about a block distant on the other side of our property. Nestled between these two parks, there is plenty of space for an evening stroll.
When you open the door, you will be greeted by a cozy and open space environment where you will feel at ease. This is the place where comfort meets style. The main floor consists of an open concept living room and computer nook to on one side. The house can easily accommodate at least four people and is ideal for families or smaller parties. (If your group is more than four people, please contact the host for further alternatives.) The space features central air conditioning. The newer renovations adds to the elegant and stylish ecstatic's warmth. The living room offer space for 5 and the sofa will convert into a queen bed for two guest.

Within a 5 minute walk is Lethbridges largest park, and many restaurants. Within a 5 minute drive is everything you'll need. Costco, exhibition Park, watersides, the college, enmax centre, its literally all there.
This home is not pet friendly.

The owners of this property treat it with care and expect all guests to do the same.

Most people use the king bed if they only need one bedroom. That's the room to the right when you come into the suite. The mattress is really comfortable and we've tried to provide great quality linens.
The kitchen has a full complement of cooking supplies, pots & pans, and utensils. Do a little exploring in the drawers and cabinets. If you don't find something you need, please ask.
We have regular and decaf pods for the Keurig machine but there is also a french press and coffee grinder with beans.
The fireplace can also be used as a supplementary heating appliance.

Our executive home has an open floor plan with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements feature 2 king-size beds and 2 queen beds. The couch is not a pull-out but could easily sleep another 1 or 2 people as it has very deep seat cushions. The THEATRE room has an additional 2 very large couches, with a fantastic surround sound system in a black-out room.
You will have full access to the home and yard except for the garage.

For the ultimate in privacy and freedom this dome in an urban backyard has no equal. The Gnome Dome has (almost) all the features of a hotel room with none of the noise. The bed is suitable for one person only (1 meter wide) The backyard is an oasis where you can enjoy a morning coffee or a quiet evening drink. The space
This dome won the "people's choice award" in a microhome competition and was cited as "the most resolved and most well considered design and realization". The competition requirements were basic; create a 100 sq ft domicile that is self-contained. The "TinyHomeDome" was my response to the challenge. This dome is over 10' high inside, giving it a feeling of spaciousness. The 10 sided structure holds a tiny kitchen, a hot water kettle, a fridge, a microwave, counter top as well as a folding table, a tiny sink, a 39" wide bed, shelving and four windows to view every direction. There is also an ecologically sustainable toilet. The toilet is a type of composting toilet and is simple to use. The dome is insulated and could be used through the winter. This microhome is the ultimate in space efficiency, simplicity and privacy.

This private room is located with a separate entrance at the rear side of the house which is different from the main floor entrance. Very clean renovated 60's bungalow home. Very peaceful with easy access to the city and the industrial areas. 1/2 block from multiple bus stops or free street parking out front.
