There was one fork and no coffee pods.The shower did not drain, we had no toilet paper on the last day. The walkway to the entrance was covered in weeds and trees. It was hard to navigate. Welcome to our large family home by the lake. Inside, you'll find five bedrooms (two fitted with plush king-sized beds), 4.5 bathrooms, and two fully equipped kitchens and modern furnishings. Our home is sure to charm you. Bring the whole family to have some fun in a new community.
25 min drive from Downtown Calgary, Airport, 5-10min drive from shops and restaurants, golf course and just a short walk from play grounds and the Chestermere Lake.
Our guests stay on the main floor and second floor. The basement is tenanted and tenants have their own separate entrance. The living space is over 3000sq ft.
Two of the six bedrooms are masters suites. The third and fourth bedroom share a jack and jill bath room. The fifth bedroom is on the main floor and has its own bath rooms just outside the room. The den upstairs has a pull out couch for extra sleeping surface. We also have a crib just perfect for our mini guests.

The host is so responsive, the place so clean, well laid out and so organized. Details: Built for long stays if needed. Walk in closets both bedrooms, full size kitchen, washer/dryer all the soap, shampoo etc. Yes, ladies there is a hair dryer. One of my pet peeves wherever my wife and I travel is the lack of water pressure. I like solid strong stream. This place has the best water pressure of any place I have traveled or stayed over the last 30 years. Oh, and while it is about 30 minutes out from downtown it is a straight shot there. Believe me, you will enjoy the peaceful quiet rest you will get here before you travel about. I envy you fellow travelers, you get the opportunity to stay here it may be a while before we come back but if we do we know where to stay."

As you settle into this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, a BBQ grill, and air conditioning. Connect to the free WiFi, or get cozy in front of the Smart TV. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a bidet, and towels. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. And because there's a washer and dryer, you can go a bit lighter on your packing. Other amenities include bed sheets, an ironing board, heating, and a desk chair.

Despite several promises to provide one it never arrived considering hire was for 25 days and loss of total source of vital entertainment . This should have been made clear to us before arriving. Not acceptable as important part of facility was not provided but full price was charged. This in our view is inadequate facility provided, warranting partial refund of at least 20% considering staying in basement flat without view of outside world and without any form of entertainment."

👉BATHROOMS 1.5 (Private): The full bathroom is upstairs at level 2 (with 2 wash basins) and the 0.5 is next to your bedroom at level 1 with both bathrooms having Bidets.

👉We are working professionals and very friendly,quiet & easy going and live at Level 2.
👉 There is a beautiful lake with beaches and trails in our community!
👉Please maintain a gap of 10 mins between 2 people taking shower as the water tank takes time to reheat the water.
👉Please do not use the Washer/ Dryer between 10 PM to 5 AM.
👉If you need extra blankets please feel free to use the ones kept on sofa or ask us if you need another one.
👉Feel free to use the portable fan kept in front of the main door.

👉No Frills grocery store and Liqor store is at a walking distance of 6 mins.
