There are 5 golf courses within a 15-minute drive. The world-famous Radium hot springs are only a 5-minute drive. If you want to recharge and relax look no further!

You won`t need a car in this part of town to get to stores and shops. If you enjoy going for walks then simply walk out the front door and you will fall in love with the area. If you want to go to the hot springs then a car is definitely recommended.

1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A noise monitor in the unit will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 4 people.

3. Sable Ridge is a smoke-free complex. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. If you are a smoker you are free to smoke just outside the parking lot. Any proof of smoking/vaping will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although one (1) pet under 40 lbs is permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation. Sorry, no cats allowed on this property.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please leave the underground parkade/pool/garage key(s) inside the unit where you found it. If not there will be a $150 replacement charge.

8. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A noise monitor in the unit will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 people.

3. Sable Ridge is a smoke-free complex. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. If you are a smoker you are free to smoke just outside the parking lot. Any proof of smoking/vaping will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. We do not allow pets of any kind in this property.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Please leave the underground parkade/pool/garage key(s) inside the unit where you found it. If not there will be a $100 replacement charge.

7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

The Hot Springs are a 6 minute drive away, and the valley has over 12 nearby golf courses to choose from! You are perfectly located near several ski hills, with Panorama being the closest, at only 30 minutes away. Windermere lake also has the longest skating trail in the world! In the summer, there are several beaches located on Lake Windermere for swimming with a fun waterpark for small children. Meanwhile the Columbia River is ideal for SUP and kayaking. This condo is located 2 minutes from the border to Kootenay National Park where you will find breathtaking trails for every level of hiker. There is one parking spot dedicated to this unit, and plenty of street side parking on Prospector Ave, which you can clearly see from the balcony. There are walking paths all the way to downtown, which takes about 10-15 minutes. Plenty of other areas to explore whether you’re walking or driving, including a walking trail down into the valley where you can enjoy a nice seat by the creek or a stroll through the trees! Welcome to Radium Hot Springs!
Gorgeous views with an electric fire place, makes for a cozy home. The condo is the entire top floor of the building with no one above you or next to you. It is a very large condo with a lot of space for your guests to find some quiet space if they wish. There are three short flights of stairs to the unit which give you great views from the top floor. You overlook the other buildings giving you a great view of the mountains.
The condo has 9' ceilings through out and a vaulted ceiling in the living space (approximately 16' ceiling height) it makes the condo feel even bigger. Very roomy as a two bedroom condo, you will not be disappointed.
We welcome you to enjoy your home away from home. We have new living room furniture (leather couches/chairs that are modern with wood accent tables).
There is a fridge with ice and water dispenser in the door. The village of Radium Hot Springs is a short 12 minute walk from the condo on a paved side walk. You will most likely pass big horned sheep along the way as they are regularly crossing right by the condo. Make sure to take your cameras!
You have the condo to yourself and will be given a building and door code which will allow you 24hrs access during your stay.
We will send you the access code to the condo so you can enter anytime and come and go as you please.
You will no doubt see big horn sheep walking around the condo and relaxing on the grass so get your cameras ready.
The condo is a short walk or drive to the main town shops, restaurants and bars. You are a short drive to the hot springs.
