This is a great value no frills, very cozy yet spacious apartment.It faces south so gets great light in the daytime. It is close to shopping and grocery stores and other amenities. The friendly resident manager is very helpful should you need anything through out your stay.

This main level 1205 sq ft suite comes fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen.

At the rear of the suite, you’ll find a living room that leads to a shaded ground level space with a sitting area and BBQ.

The suite has 3 bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1 has one double bed

• Bedroom 2 has two single XL beds and TV/game centre.

• Bedroom 3 is our master bedroom with one queen bed and dedicated working station.

We have been told by multiple sources that the beds are extremely comfortable, which is important to us!

Also in the suite is a full bathroom with tub.

On the lower level, you will find your own private laundry room with washer and dryer.

Guests will gain access through a shared common entrance door using a provided door code.
Once inside, there is a short staircase (5 steps) leading up to the entrance door of suite 3 where guests will enter their self contained suite using their provided door code.
