Relax on the patio or at the beach on Shuswap lake which is less than 10 minutes to walk to. Close to at least 5 world class golf course and numerous wineries. Suite is only 3 years old with stainless 3 year old appliances and furniture. We do live upstairs so this is not a whole house. The suite is at the height of the tree tops so the view from the patio is breath taking. We always stay in short term rentals when travelling so have used our experiences to try to create the best experience in our rental. It's located just outside of Salmon Arm, surrounded by nature. It is a 10min drive from Salmon Arm but feels like you're in the country. It's peaceful and on a quiet street. On-site owners lead a quiet lifestyle.

Lovely quiet 2 bedroom suite with great views. Enjoy a dip in the hot tub. Roast marshmallows around the beautiful fire pit. This suite is perfect for families, couples or a girls get away. There are great hiking trails and of course golf at your door step.

Luxury spa hot tub is currently undergoing repairs and is not useable. But it’s Relaxing! Hammocks. Happiness. 2 large bedrooms, one has a kind size bed with black out curtains for a perfect nights sleep. A third bedroom has a XL twin bed. Inside or outside dining. We also have a queen mattress and another twin mattress for floor. And for larger groups an additional Chalet that holds a queen size bed. Covered deck. A full bathroom with enclosed bath/shower and large vanity. You will enjoy an amazing sleep in these comfy queen beds, and feel at home with plenty of room for all your belongings. Windows surround you with views in every direction. All conveniences have been considered; full size appliances including a new stacked washer/dryer. Ideal for a couple but option for 1 guest.

One of the most enjoyable things about the property and area is that it is so peaceful, no light noise, and the nights can be so star filled, it’s breathtaking. You may get lucky and see a deer or raccoon walking by also. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
The suite is located on a beautiful ridge, which gives you the privacy from surrounding houses, however the guesthouse and main house share the same driveway, as well as a shared yard space.
The guesthouse has its own parking space, private entrance and keys.
Under the Carriage House, there is a garden storage that is also used for your garbage and recycling, this space is also used by the main house. Everything inside the suite is accessible to our guests only.
Please note:
-The main house on the property is often occupied by the homeowner or other guests, so please be considerate of other guests as they will be considerate of you.
-There are stairs to the suite as it is above the workshop, but don't worry there is a railing if you require assistance.

- "We booked this rental as a last minute vacation for our family as it was one of the only places available in the area. There was little to no description about the property on the listing. Initially communication was quick, but then nonexistent over the weekend prior to our arrival. Upon arrival, there was a large amount of paperwork to fill out (that was unexpected). Definitely not the streamlined process that we’ve had with all of the other VRBO properties we’ve stayed at. Once we climbed the almost 30 stairs to our unit (located over a restaurant), our initial thought that while it was a bit sparse and dated, it did seem clean. As we lived in the space, we found this was not the case. For example, there was a dirty towel hanging on the back of a door, a deflated balloon hanging from the curtain rod, clothes behind the washing machine, crumbs in the cracks of the couch cushions, frying pans crusted with food, dirty curtains, no screen on the kitchen window, fridge door handle was cracked, holes in the bedsheets, and an intermittently working light in the master. The air conditioning units are not enough to cool the whole space. I brought some of these concerns to the office on site and was met with an apathetic attitude and no apology. They did give us an extra frying pan since the ones provided were too small to do much with. We ended up leaving a day early and they wouldn’t refund our boat slip. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and we wouldn’t recommend it."

The North Shuswap is located on one of four arms of the Shuswap Lakes and offers up pristine water and excellent hiking trails with an abundance of beautiful waterfalls. During late September into October, the Pacific Sockeye salmon return to their spawning grounds in the nearby Adams River. Every four years, over a million salmon return to spawn displaying a truly spectacular sight. Fishing is always a highlight here as Rainbow trout, Lake trout and Kokanee salmon are abundant and available for fishing year round. During winter and well into spring, there is awesome snowmobiling at Crowsnest Mtn. and world class ski resorts at Sun Peaks in Kamloops or Silver Star in Vernon. You’ll also find many trails for snowshoeing or cross country at Larch Hills, located within an hour of the resort.

Relax on the patio or at the beach on Shuswap Lake. Close to at least 5 world class golf courses and numerous wineries. Suite is only 3 years old and It sits at the height of the tree tops so the view from the patio is breath taking.
We only stay in short term rentals so have tried to think of all the things we like to have available and make sure they are available in our rental. We have an outdoor sectional w/eating height table & also lounger for suntanning
