After a long day exploring all the Shuswap has to offer, you can take a tub or shower in our treed bathhouse, cook up a meal in the outdoor kitchen, enjoy the crackle of a fire, and relax under the stars. You will have a rested sleep in either our bunkie or cozy trailer, both with a/c for those warm summer nights.
During your stay you will have keyed private access to our community beach, including the use of docks, and boat launch.
We are a short 2 min drive to the beach, a 5 min drive to Celista Winery and very central to many hiking trails.

There is a BBQ and eating area outside. There are hiking, biking trails up the back of the property. There is a golf course, restaurant's grocery store and wineries, close by. Thursday nights there is live music and market just down the street. Saturday mornings there is a outdoor market in sorrento just a 5 minute drive. Our place is in the woods near the lake wildlife enjoy the lake life too and sometimes make a visit to our property or inside the unit . Please call us if there are any issuses. The rv sleeps 6 people max if you exceed this reservation it can be cancelled

Visit the Shuswap with a low-key trailer on our remote property. Surrounded by forest and a vineyard, and a handful of farm animals, you'll have your own private space to rest. Facilities are basic but clean, come here to get away and off the grid.

Have access to hiking trails around the property as far as Skimikin lake, space to bring your ATV. Depending on your timing, pick berries all over the place, hang out by the stream and maybe have a campfire.

Located just steps across the road from the private beach our RV is new, clean and fully stocked all you need to do is bring your own bedding and towels. A new comfortable queen size mattress in the master with double sized bunkbeds and a pull out couch gives you lots of room. The RV is equipped with Wifi, Disney+ and Netflix. You will have access to a deck to have group dinners with picnic table and a fire pit (restrictions permitting) and a BBQ to cook meals on. On the upper level we have provided a propane fire fire pit. The RV Resort has its own dock (pick up and drop off only) and swim dock. It comes with 4 Adirondack seating chairs. Beach chairs not provided as they have been taken or ruined by guests in the past. The site is just a 1 min walk to the playground and showers.

Please keep in mind you are still camping, so bring your own bedding, towels, tolietries chairs, beach toys ect with you.

We are offering a camping experience, but with all the ameniities of home, with our 30' RV. We Overlook beautiful Mara Lake, in the community of Swansea Point. The property is 6 km from downtown Sicamous and the public beach in Sicamous, 15 minutes from 2 golf courses and quad trails. We have ample parking for your boat or quad trailer.

Main bedroom has a queen size bed, pull out couch in living room is a double size, 2nd bedroom has bunkbeds, single on top and double on bottom. Fridge, stove/oven, microwave, barbecue, outdoor cooktop and cable Tv. Full bathroom, we request renters use the parks showers because we are not on sewer but have a service that will empty the tanks whenever needed. Bathing a small child is ok. The park has heated resort washrooms with showers, on-site laundry and Wi-Fi. Private beach on the lake with a pier and platform to swim from and play on. Located in Celista, BC, on the shores of Shuswap Lake. Safe, secure gated community. . New boat launch within 1/2 km. Our RV park requires that all guests sign a Rules and general information agreement, which has to be submitted before the rental.

The trailer is located in Lot #42 which is a very private lot keeping in mind you are in a resort setting with neighbours. Quiet time is 10:00pm (no music or loud talking). This RV Resort is a family orientated resort.
