When we arrived at the Prestige Harbourfront Alfred at the front desk was amazing he greeted us and gave us information about the area and assisted me with the Prestige Rewards program which I was not aware of as I have stayed many times at prestige hotels and had no idea about it. The hotel is very clean and in a beautiful setting. Alfred was very helpful during our stay. Our cozy cabin backs onto crown land so there is plenty of walking and hiking trails to be found, yet only a quick 6 minute drive to the town centre. Our beautiful and modern log home overlooks Shuswap Lake and Crowfoot mountain. We're very pet friendly so please bring your fur baby with you! The cabin has a brand new, cozy, log burning fireplace, an antique soaker tub, flat screen tv with Netflix, outdoor BBQ, outdoor smoker, a large fire pit with seating, games, extra blankets for those chilli nights, and of course a fully stocked kitchen!
We will email you with check in instructions after booking. If you're accessing our property in the winter time please be aware that it's quite a steep driveway and a truck or car with good winter tires is needed.
Just a short walk or drive down to a small, private beach, with kayaks to enjoy a paddle on the lake. *please note* This is a shared beach with other guests. During high water (usually from mid June to mid July) there is most likely no beach (unfortunately many beaches in the Shuswap disappear during this time as well)

Located at Shuswap Lake in Blind Bay. This custom built cabin offers peace and tranquility, nestled up in a cedar forest. Sit on the front porch and listen to the sounds of a creek running past. The wrap around deck offers a view of the lake, BBQ & patio dining. Step inside and feel the rustic, warmth of the interior, with cedar plank walls, custom barn wood trim and kitchen cabinets. Vaulted ceilings with fir rafters and a loft for extra sleeping space. The bathroom is a private oasis with a custom vintage bathtub that sits in front of a large picture window out to the forest. There is a 5 minute walk up & down a steep hill to the entrance of our property. Walk across Eagle Bay Road for trail access to our private beach. Please NOTE: cabin is not Air Conditioned, there are 2 large ceiling fans & the forest shade which maintain a comfortable interior temperature. PLEASE NOTE: This is a legal short term renters with owners living on site.
- "Visited with friends and we really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean, private, and modern with rustic touches. There’s a few good amenities nearby for grocery shopping, dining out, and renting water toys or e-bikes. I was surprised to realize that the cabin wasn’t right on the water; the listing photos make it seem like it is. Instead, you have to walk down the rather steep driveway, through another front yard, and across a busy road to get to the water. The driveway is very steep; we are all able-bodied and in decent shape but struggled to walk up it every single time we wanted to walk somewhere and back. The entry for the private beach also isn’t clearly marked, and it took a bit for us to figure out where we were supposed to go. I have never been to the shuswaps before, so I didn’t know there were so few homes directly on the beach. Once we had it all figured out, we were quite happy, but there was a bit of initial disappointment. Regardless, I would most likely return here again or possibly try to rent the other cabin on the property at the bottom of the hill. Thank you for hosting us for a much needed relaxing vacation!"

The Shuswap Lake Resort is well loved and known for its family oriented and friendly atmosphere. The communal pool is a big hit for kids which has some nice lounging chairs set up around the pool for adults to relax. There is also a communal Hot Tub next to it! This Resort is waterfront which means it has a huge sandy beach with an amazing view of Copper Island. You will find a good sized shared dock off of the beach and 20 Buoy's for guest use, which are on a first come-first serve basis. The complex has its own locked, gated area for garbage disposal and trailer parking if you're coming with a boat or ATV's.
LOCAL AREA AMENITIES:
Central to many amenities and things to do in the area! Beaches are everyone's must-have and lucky for you, this property is situated right along a sandy beachfront! Bring your bikes! ....many of our guests love to take a tour into town, just a couple km's to the townsite. You may also explore the bike paths next door at the Shuswap Lake Provincial Park, or rent some kayaks from the Campground. Captains Village Marina is just a couple kilometers down the road as well, where they offer a store, boat moorage, boat launch and and a variety of watercraft rentals and supplies. The local Scotch Creek Provincial Park also has a boat launch for Public use. There is a great Pub close by - The Scotch Creek Hub, that serves amazing food, Ice cream shack, great service and holds live entertainment events on the weekends in high season. Just next to The Hub is the Family Fun Centre!! Mini Golf, Bowling, Arcade Games, Bikes, Carnival Food/ drinks and lots of fun promised here! SLEDDING - Crowfoot Mountain is one of BCs best kept Sledding destinations! Beautiful 20sq kilometers of back country riding with amazing views of the Shuswap Valley. Vast riding area with alpine and subalpine regions offering riding for all skill levels, intermediate to expert. 28km of marked, groomed and un-groomed trails with 3 day-use chalets. Elevation ranges from 1200m-2250m with an average snowfall of 14ft. This Vacation Rental is about 10 minutes to the Crowfoot Staging area.

White Lake House is a tranquil and quiet retreat. Although this property is not on the water, it has beautiful views of White Lake's turquoise water. Sit on the porch and watch all of the lake activity, cozy in and read a book or, via various lake accesses, swim, paddle board, kayak, or boat. In addition to water activities, the area also has hiking, biking, golf, or small communities to explore. Sorrento and Shuswap Lake are a 10 min drive while Salmon Arm and Adams Lake/River are 20 mins. Perhaps even a stop at a winery or restaurant.
White Lake House is a cozy 1100 square foot space with a quaint full kitchen, two spacious and nicely appointed bedrooms (1 being a loft), 2 full bathrooms (1 with a tub), a comfortable living room with a fireplace, dining area, and a large porch overlooking the lake. The gardens are calming, and the property is private enough to have an outside shower! We also have a clothesline to easily dry all of your wet clothes and towels.
Although we don't have lake access, it is only a 5 minute drive to three public accesses that we outline in our property book.
In addition to the house and outside shower, there are beautiful gardens and a grass space to play bocce or badminton. When fires are allowed, there is a fire pit to enjoy. There is a lovely rose garden, and depending on the season, many other flowers blooming or fruit trees budding. There are other buildings on the property where we stay when we are on property that fit into the decor, and both spaces are private from each other.
The driveway is steep, in the summer it is accessible by most vehicles but in the winter AWD or 4WD would be a requirement. If you bring your boat, we have a parking spot at the bottom where you could store it.
This property is ideal for a family of 3-5; one or two couples: two couples with 1 child. You might come to White Lake for amazing fishing or to visit family/friends in the area but wanting your own space. Whoever you are, we are excited to host you and have you experience a bit of White Lake magic!
The main house has three beds: a queen in the loft and a bunk bed (single up top and double on the bottom) on the main floor. Technically the single bunk shouldn't have anyone who weighs more than 100 lbs. To accommodate additional guests or a more roomy configuration, we have a double bed in an out building available upon request for an additional cost, please enquire at the time of booking.

This charming 350 sq.ft open concept tiny cabin in Eagle Bay is the perfect home base for your trip. With cozy heating, A/C, WiFi, king size bed, full kitchen, dishwasher, filtered water, barbecue, washer and dryer this nice retreat has everything you need. The bathroom features a 3 piece bath with shower, towels, shampoo, soap and a hair dryer for your convenience. Nestled in a secluded park like setting you can kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Eagle Bay and our cabin has to offer. If a morning walk is your style step out the door and enjoy a beautiful stroll on Rocky Martinson trail. Spend the afternoon playing in/on Shuswap Lake bring your paddleboard, kayak, swim goggles and sunscreen Shannon Beach is a 6 minute drive. Need a break from the sun go across the street from Shannon beach and enter 4.5 km of wooded forest hiking/mountain biking trails. In the evening relax outside under the covered gazebo by the propane fireplace or under the stars by wood burning fire pit (when fire regulations allows) A lit fenced yard can accommodate your small to medium sized dog. This is a quiet neighborhood for guests who want to get away from city noise to read and relax.

About this space
Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Located in the Shuswap Lake RV Resort that has 400' of private beach with a swim dock steps away. Our 2021 RV has everything you need to enjoy camping with friends or family. There is a boat launch 2 mins away for your water toy while staying at our full service resort. Wifi, Netflix and Disney+ included. Our site is a 3 min walk to the beach and a 1 min walk to the playground and showers. With 3 beds and a pull out couch that sleeps 6.
The space
Located just steps across the road from the private beach our RV is new, clean and fully stocked all you need to do is bring your own bedding and towels. A new comfortable queen size mattress in the master with double sized bunkbeds and a pull out couch gives you lots of room. The RV is equipped with Wifi, Disney+ and Netflix. You will have access to a deck to have group dinners with picnic table and a fire pit (restrictions permitting) and a BBQ to cook meals on. On the upper level we have provided a propane fire fire pit. The RV Resort has its own dock (pick up and drop off only) and swim dock. It comes stocked with camping chairs as well. The site is just a 1 min walk to the playground and showers.

An upper unit, 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom Townhouse that sleeps up to 7 comfortably. On the main floor you will find the gorgeous open concept kitchen/dining/living area to enjoy with loved ones. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to cook a nice meal and A/C is installed for those hot summer days!! The second Bedroom on the main level is set up with a queen bunk bed with a single bed overhead. You will also find on the main level, the main Bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a balcony equipped with a BBQ. The top floor has a lovely king sized bed with its own 4 pc. ensuite Bathroom with a shower and luxurious soaker tub! The Shuswap Lake Resort is well loved and known for its family oriented and friendly atmosphere. The communal pool is a big hit for kids which has some nice lounging chairs set up around the pool for adults to relax. There is also a communal Hot Tub next to it! This Resort is waterfront which means it has a huge sandy beach with an amazing view of Copper Island. You will find a good sized shared dock off of the beach and 20 Buoy's for guest use, which are on a first come-first serve basis. The complex has its own locked, gated area for garbage disposal and trailer parking if you're coming with a boat or ATV's.
LOCAL AREA AMENITIES:
Central to many amenities and things to do in the area! Beaches are everyone's must-have and lucky for you, this property is situated right along a sandy beachfront! Bring your bikes! ....many of our guests love to take a tour into town, just a couple km's to the townsite. You may also explore the bike paths next door at the Shuswap Lake Provincial Park, or rent some kayaks from the Campground. Captains Village Marina is just a couple kilometers down the road as well, where they offer a store, boat moorage, boat launch and and a variety of watercraft rentals and supplies. The local Scotch Creek Provincial Park also has a boat launch for Public use. There is a great Pub close by - The Scotch Creek Hub, that serves amazing food, Ice cream shack, great service and holds live entertainment events on the weekends in high season. Just next to The Hub is the Family Fun Centre!! Mini Golf, Bowling, Arcade Games, Bikes, Carnival Food/ drinks and lots of fun promised here! You will find a big Grocery store, Hardware store, Drug Store, local Library, Paradise Pizza, Food truck, shops and more! Luxury spa hot tub is currently undergoing repairs and is not useable. But it’s Relaxing! Hammocks. Happiness. 2 large bedrooms, one has a kind size bed with black out curtains for a perfect nights sleep. A third bedroom has a XL twin bed. Inside or outside dining. We also have a queen mattress and another twin mattress for floor. And for larger groups an additional Chalet that holds a queen size bed. Covered deck. All amenities of home with a washer/ dryer combo. Pet friendly! Pet deposit needed. Fully fenced yard that is private. Easy parking. Stunning lake views and Northern Lights.

I loved how there was no road infront of the property which made it so accessible to the beach. We had a boat, and everything was there for us. The space
This sweet retreat is well equipped with all the kitchen supplies you'll need for the BBQ with side burner. The side burner is the stove (single) for pots and pans plus we have a flat grilling surface you can place on the BBQ for frying as well. There's even a mini dishwasher!! We supply the pots, pans, grilling surface, coffee, coffee cream, oatmeal breakfast, basic spices and oil... it's all in the pictures so that you're not guessing what to bring!
Groceries and drinks can be purchased from the Blind Bay Village Grocer or our little Eagle Bay store. We're only 25 minutes from Hwy 1, so there's plenty of cell coverage.
Our section of beach is just across the road from the Lakehouse and is shared with our family. The boat launch is located on Whitehead Rd, 3 minutes further down the street!

Eagle Bay Road is paved and cleared of snow all the way to our driveway. We live here all year round and keep the driveway clear of snow.
Turn into the property and hang a right to go up the driveway to park at the top level parking lot. The private entrance to your sweet retreat is to the left of the Lakehouse main entrance.
The walk to the beach is 100m downhill and can be hard to navigate for those with mobility challenges. Take a look at the pictures and written captions to get a good sense of the path. There is a very accessible beach only a 1 minute drive from our property called Shannon Beach, and is a great place to go for all ages and abilities. Shannon Beach also has a lovely hiking trail to explore.
Other things to note
There is sound dampening between the private suite and the upstairs living space of the Lakehouse. In addition, we will make every effort to keep morning noise to a minimum before 8am, it is possible you may hear our kids if you are a light sleeper.

This mini "Solor Cabin" is perfect for a couples retreat into the woods!!! The cabin has all you will need for your stay. Amazing Mara lake near by and many attractions with hiking and vineyards within half an hour.

This space will give you the feeling of being alone in the woods. With a BBQ and side burner you can cook and our mini kitchen allows for prepping and dish washing. If our Garden is in full swing when you arrive we'd be happy to pull some vegetables to add to your meals. The space
Check-in time is negotiable: usually can be earlier than 3. It is a self-check-in so it's up to you if you meet us or not. This self-contained suite is located in a log home featured in several magazines. The neighbourhood is quiet and a very short drive to the downtown. The bed has cotton 400 thread count sheets, a feather duvet and feather pillows (non-feather bedding is in the closet). Duvet is washed every visit, not once every three weeks as is hotel practice. Fluffy bath sheets, towels and dressing gowns are provided.
Coffee (drip, Bodum, individual bag ) , tea, and hot chocolate. Coffee-mate. Milk on request.
Please note that this is one of those basement suites with a thin floor. We tiptoe around from 9 pm until 630 am but you can hear us. If you are a light sleeper you may not want to book and if you do let us know so we are extra quiet. We cannot hear you though. If you want to sleep past nine message us the night before and we'll tip-toe til your wake-up time.
Please note there is no door in the bedroom so you may not get the privacy you are used to if the couch is used as a bed. We do not charge for children, unless they use the hide a bed, in which case book for three guests. Let us know children are coming and we will put toys out. . Directions for the hide a bed are in the binder.
The bathroom has a shower and is stocked with shampoo, soap, toothbrush and paste, combs, and other toiletries.
The front porch is your space as we enter another way.
No smokers or pets, please. We do have an ashtray on the porch though and are ok with smoking of any kind outside.

The RV offers you all the comforts you need while camping. We have it settled in next to our creek in one of the most popular sites in the park. The RV does not have a TV.

The valley campground is separated by a locked gate. Your keys are included at check in. You are welcome to enjoy all of the campground. While kids are not invited to stay in the domes we do have a wonderful playground on site. The creek is a hot spot in the summer for those who want to soak their toes. We have coin operated laundry and showers on the upper level. We also have a large community fire pit for everyone to gather at if you like to join in.

We have a mixed use property where guests stay short and long term. Due to this, we would like to host guests who are looking for relaxation and a bit of fun.
