We left our bikes on the car as there were no security concerns but there was covered storage as well. Only short distance up to Ruth station to get on kettle valley rail trail. Our room was bird. It had a pretty long ladder to the loft bed so people not comfortable with a steep climb should pick a different room. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place. "

This charming and cozy two bedroom, one bath with kitchen access , dining and living room is a quiet, welcome retreat for the single, couple or family who require temporary accommodation while they vacation, complete business or require hospital access in our beautiful city. It is in an ideal location in the Lower Mission with easy vehicle travel to wineries, restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, golf courses, and skiing. The hospital is less than 6 km away. We are also within a ten minute walk to the CNC, H2O Aquatic Center, Sarson's Beach and the Michaelbrook Golf Course. A seasonal organic farm market is also enroute!

La Petite is tastefully furnished with full access to a laundry and BBQ area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, cutlery, utensils, cookware and bakeware that you would require to feel at home.The Master bedroom features a large closet, fresh linens, a desk and one comfy queen size bed. The second bedroom, also with a large closet, is fitted with fresh linens and two comfortable twin beds that readily convert to a king size should you need. There is a comfortable king size bed with quality linens that awaits after a day of hiking or wine tasting for a relaxing night’s sleep. The bathroom features a walk in curb-less shower with high end fixtures. The open plan living/dining area has a queen size hide-a-bed for extra guests, TV, Bose sound bar and comfortable chairs for lounging. Our hot tub is just steps away, with a great view of the valley and is ideal for star gazing at night. You have your own balcony with BBQ, plus another patio with a hammock just outside the entrance. The Loft was designed to give you privacy from the main house, but you may see an occasional deer out your bedroom window. We have added a horseshoe pit/bocce area up the hill behind the house for your entertainment. There are also two strategically placed chairs up near the top of our property for a quiet glass of wine and an expansive view of the valley. If you hike up to the top of our property, you will find a wonderful quiet trail along the hillside with great views and wildlife. There are of course many other hiking/biking trails to explore all close by.
If you want to get out and see the local sites, you don't have to go far, as we are situated midway between Kelowna and Penticton, right in the middle of the Okanagan. For golfers there are many options, from 9 hole Par 3's to world class courses all nearby. If wine tasting is your thing, you're in wine country! We have world renowned vineyards all around us. One within walking distance.With the lake just minutes away, there are many opportunities for water sports or just relaxing on our local beaches.
 If you don't feel like cooking and eating in, you can visit one of the local restaurants, many popular ones right here in Peachland.
Do not rule out coming in the off or shoulder season. Our rates are cheaper, the beaches are not crowded and some of our best weather is in the spring and fall. We are a good month ahead of weather in the prairies, so if you want an early taste of spring the Loft is where you’ll want to be.

The house is located in peaceful McKinley Landing neighborhood of Kelowna, just 2 streets away from Okanagan Lake. The area is very quiet and is only 5 minutes walking distance to a beautiful neighborhood beach.
Our place is a two storey house, with the rental unit on lower level. It includes kitchen with dining area and living room, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and 1 and 1/2 bathroom. It comfortably accommodates 4 adults. It also has optional sleeping on the living room sofa bed. The place has been completely renovated inside and there is a walk out to a covered patio area with a Lake and Mountain View. There are also lots of parking spots!!
McKinley Landing is located in north Kelowna, a quick drive from the Kelowna International Airport. The area has quiet seclusion with spectacular sunsets, bald eagles, deer and the scent of Ponderosa Pine trees. McKinley Landing is also an ideal location to enjoy winter attractions with Silver Star Ski Resort and Big White Ski Resort less than an hour’s drive away, with some of the best champagne powder that Canada has to offer. Our vacation rental unit provides a great base to relax in after a day out.

We are 'Grapewood Guesthouse'. A very peaceful setting overlooking Wood and Kalamalka lakes.
We are in the middle of vineyard and orchard country; cherry, apple, peach . On site are a Black walnut grove and vineyard . We will gladly take our guests on a guided tour of our grove and vineyard.
Quail and Deer are often seen wandering nearby. Osprey fly overhead with their 'catch of the day'.

I call my home Lake House. It comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Covered deck next to the furnished patio/garden with a gas BBQ. From there you walk into your spacious open concept fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances - fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave & many small appliances. In the family room a stone fireplace with a gas insert and a flat screen smart TV, all overlooking the unobstructed panoramic breathtaking view of Lake Okanagan and the surrounding mountains.
The spacious master bedroom has a queen size bed and a large walk in closet. The second bedroom, has a queen bed with a full size closet. The bathroom has a shower, water closet and 2 sinks. The laundry room has stacking full size washer and dryer. There is an office with a desk and chair and comes with lots of storage and wifi.
At Lake House you are a short 10 walk (950m) to the lake, were you will find boutiques, shops, cafe/bakery and rentals with paddle boards, kayaks canoes and bikes and on the water you will find Wibit, it's an on the water Play Park for ages 5 and up & they supply life jackets. It's a15 min walk (1.2km) from Lake House to Peachland Mall for groceries, restaurants, gas, banking, pharmacy, post office, liquor store and more. Also across from the Mall you will find tennis and pickle ball courts and a skate park.
Once at the beach you can meander along the pathway next to the lake which takes you to the Village of Peachland. Along the way you will pass Swim Bay the only life guard patrolled beach/swimming area in the Okanagan, it has a rope swim, diving board and zip line over the water. You will also pass the Art Gallery, indoor artisan store and Bat Ecology Centre. The guest house is on the second level with a beautiful view of Lake Okanagan during the day and with the night lights of Peachland Town Centre reflecting on the water after dark.

The Guest House is air-conditioned, has new laundry appliances, wi-fi and a flat screen Smart TV including Netflix. It is like new and immaculately clean. This is a no children/ no smoking/no pets accommodation. We have been operating our vacation rental since 2017, and the majority of our bookings are now returning guests. Unbeatable price for this type of space and retreat experience! A comfy futon is provided along with a candlelit bar counter (off-grid = sans electricity) and seating area. You will want to bring as much camp gear to suit your level of comfort; sleeping gear, towels etc. Bedding linens (includes a blanket) are available for $20 with advance request.☺

Full toilet, washroom and shower facilities building located adjacent to the cottage bungalows. As we are off-grid the water temp is the air temp and water conservation is stressed.

Other things to note
Although we are off-grid things are still pretty comfy; heat / cooking is by woodstove and campfire (We have split prepared firewood for sale for a reasonable $10 per milk crate if ordered prior to 10am the day of arrival ($12.50 after at the Mainhouse), or there is usually plenty of free u-pick dead fall. If you bring your own wood it must be clean seasoned firewood, no construction Lumber or debris and no power saws allowed. No drones or flying therof are permitted for the area.
Prepared foods work best and although our water is mountain fresh you will need to bring your own drinking water. With the dry Okanagan weather bugs usually aren't too much of a problem but if it is cooler & wet bug repellant will come in handy if ur sensitive to them!
Bring as much camp / gear for your comfort level; cookware, lantern lights, bedding, towels etc. Bedding linens (includes a blanket) can be provided on advance request for $20. If you forget or need any items we can usually help out but the maid and butler usually ask for a modest donation ☺

Dogs are not allowed in Sarsons Beach.If you are out, the owner can provide a dog sister service for a fee.
