The suite is a brand new 560 sf unit with stainless steel appliances, laminate/tile flooring, all kitchenware, full bathroom, HE w/d in suite, full HD cable + wifi incl. Parking in driveway or on very quiet safe street. EV charging (L2) available

We also have a fairly large yard (1/2 acre) that is fenced.
The unit that is for rent is a fully self contained, legal, 1 bedroom suite. It is located in the basement but is a full walk out with 2 very large windows in the living area for light, and a fairly large window in the bedroom. There is lots of natural light in the rental. The suite comes fully outfitted with linens, towels, kitchenware, HD cable and wifi...everything you need to just show up.
The suite fronts onto a large portion of our yard but this is unfenced. Guests are welcome to use this area. The neighbourhood is also great for walking pets, with easy access to nature trails within a short 1/2 block walk away.
This is a very quiet semi rural neighbourhood, with new houses being on either 1 acre or 1/2 acre lots. There are still plenty of 5-10 acre lots around.
We are walking distance to Cliff Falls Park and Kanaka Creek Regional Park, plus some beautiful hiking trails that offer fantastic views of the valley to the north. We are a short drive to Whonnock Lake where weddings are held and there are opportunities for some outdoor recreation(canoes, kayaks, paddle boards).
Pets are permitted on approval; please contact us prior to booking as we do charge a $50 pet cleaning fee and a $200 damage deposit.

It is a 3 floors house, the suite is in the ground Level floor , very bright, cozy, lot of sunshine ! The house is located in the cul de Sac very quiet and beautiful residential area , you are just walking distance to downtown Maple ridge ! I won’t be far if you need something’s I live upstairs with my Family if you need something, access to back yard is granted ; enjoy the sun and have a barbecue, high speed internet up to 1.5 gigabytes, one free parking spot in my property and free street parking, you can bring your pet with you !

It was very clean with excellent bathroom and the kitchen is equipped to make a reasonable meal if eating at property like we did to save food expenses. You will enjoy all close-by restaurant and shopping areas. Hiking and off-roading trails are all over Maple Ridge to enjoy scenic mountain views and the wonderful nature. Sky guest house will provide stay for up to 2 individuals, which is quiet and peaceful. The guest house provides a mini fridge for your food and full shower to recharge yourself.

• Heating is controlled remotely by us, and it’s set to ensure guest comfort. However, we know preferences vary, so please let us know if you’d like a different setting. For added comfort, there are also oil heaters and fans available in the suite.
• Washer and dryer access is shared with us upstairs, so feel free to use them as needed. You do not need to reserve a time.
• To make your stay even more enjoyable, we include one complimentary frozen breakfast burrito for each registered guest for your stay. Please note prior to booking, there are children living upstairs which might cause some noise during non quiet hours. Tolerance for medium level of noise is expected from the guest.
The living room is perfect place to relax and unwind. It has fire tv for entertainment. The Sofa can be turned to a sofa bed for extra comfort.
The full kitchen includes microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker as well as a complete set of pots, pans and all kitchenware to make a delicious meal. Snacks and Coffee Pods are provided with various selections.

1. Check-In and Check-Out:
a. Check-in time is after 4 p.m., and check-out time is before 11 a.m. Please adhere to these timings to allow for a smooth transition between guests.
b. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.
2. Damages and Security:
a. Any damages or breakages caused during your stay must be reported immediately. Guests will be held responsible for any incurred costs.
b. Ensure that all windows and doors are locked when leaving the suite to maintain security.
3. No Smoking:
a. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the suite. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
b. No candles or open flames: For your safety and the protection of our property, we do not allow any candles or open flames in the unit. This includes incense, matches, lighters, and fireworks. If you need to light a candle for religious or ceremonial purposes, please let us know in advance and we will provide you with a safe alternative. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine and possible eviction without a refund.
c. Violation of these rules will result in a penalty, and you may be asked to leave without a refund.
4. Pets:
a. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the suite due to potential allergies and damage to the property. Please make alternate arrangements for your furry friends.
5. Cleanliness and Care:
a. We take pride in maintaining a clean and tidy space. Please treat the suite with care and respect, keeping it clean during your stay.
b. Kindly remove your shoes upon entering to help keep the floors clean. We will charge the guests accordingly if they don’t follow the rules and enter the unit/bed with shoes on.
c. Kindly put your glass/bottles in the designated container beneath the stove (there is a drawer you can pull for your convenience)
d. Please put your garbage (excluding recycles) into designated garbage bin under the countertop (you can use the drawer to pull it out). If bin is full, please tie the bag and use a new bag for the garbage bin. Follow the “e” for disposing the filled bag.
e. If staying for longer, or need to dispose of your garbage, please don’t put it outside. This can lead to city’s penalty as this can cause bears to show up in night or day. Our garbage removal day is Wednesday at 7 a.m. if it is hard for you to wake up early and put that outside please ask us the night before we will be happy to keep your garbage inside the garage and put it up for pickup early in the next morning. Again, please do not put any garbage outside.
f. Extra clean towels can always be found in the bathroom.
6. Noise and Consideration:
a. Respect the privacy and comfort of other residents in the building. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (usually between 10 p.m. – 9 a.m.).
b. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed in the suite. Any disturbance caused may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
7. Maximum Occupancy:
a. The suite is suitable for a maximum of 3 guests. We accommodate everything based on the Guest number entered during reservation, exceeding that number is a violation of our housing rules and we may ask additional or all guests eviction without any refund.
b. No additional overnight guests are allowed without prior approval. If you plan to have visitors, kindly inform us in advance.
8. Amenities and Appliances:
a. Please use all amenities and appliances provided with care and follow any instructions provided.
b. Ensure that all lights, and appliances are turned off when not in use or when leaving the suite.
c. If cooking, please ensure you are using the kitchen hood fan, otherwise, the smell will travel up through vents and pipes.
9. Parking:
a. We don’t offer parking with our home but there are a bunch of street parking, our neighborhood is pretty safe and feel free to park your vehicle in the street (sorry no parking in the driveway is allowed)

If you need use of the washer, dryer and/or iron you're welcome to use it on occasion for regular clothing. Sports equipment and heavily soiled work clothes would need to be taken to the laundry mat. There is a small charge of $5 per load. If you have booked a long term stay of 2 or more weeks we would wave the fee for laundry.
Other things to note
We back on to a forest and a river. There are wild animals in the forest and on occasion we see them. We have seen black bears, coyotes, deer and a bobcat. These are rare sightings. Generally they are just passing by and not interacting with us.

Welcome to the Main Stone Creek at Albion in Maple Ridge!
Our home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with a plenty of parking. We are offering a spacious 1100 square feet guest suite with one large living/dining room, one bedroom and a private mini gym. It is a basement suite attached to the house in a quiet neighbourhood close to Golden Ears Provincial Park, Alouette lake, walking distance to the Bruce’s farm market, Coffee shop, Albion pizza place and many more.
Fan fact about our house : it is a bit famous and was filmed by Disney in the show Gabby Duran & the Unsittables. Our house was Gabby’s house for the whole 2 seasons!
We are family of 3 living above the guest suite and we do our best to be respectful for noise but
we do have a 6 years old child, so occasional loud sounds, running, laughing etc will be present :)

The suite is a newer 560 sf unit with s/s appliances, all utensils, full bathroom, HE w/d in suite, full HD cable + wifi incl. The suite has 1 queen bed. A futon mattress or air mattress can be provided on request.
Pets are permitted on approval; please contact us prior to booking as we do charge a $50 pet cleaning fee.
The space

The unit that is for rent is a fully self contained, legal, 1 bedroom suite. It is located in the basement but is a full walk out with 2 very large windows in the living area for light, and a fairly large window in the bedroom. There is lots of natural light in the rental. The suite comes fully outfitted with linens, towels, kitchenware, HD cable and wifi...everything you need to just show up. We do not supply shampoo, shower soap or toothpaste.
The suite fronts onto a large portion of our yard that is unfenced. Guests are welcome to use this area. Our 2 dogs are people and can be dog friendly. The neighbourhood is also great for walking pets with very easy access to off leash walking/hiking trails.
Other things to note
We are a pet friendly suite. If you are looking to stay and bring a pet, please contact us first as we have to adjust settings to place a $50 clean fee and $200 refundable deposit on the booking. This can be negotiated on longer stays.
We have 2 dogs that are people and pet friendly.

The suite does not have a bathtub. It only has a shower. It is similar in size to a hotel one bedroom suite with a kitchenette. The kitchen is fully functional with everything you’d need to cook including a full size fridge with a freezer, a countertop stove, and a multi-functional countertop oven. There is also a dishwasher and a washer and dryer in the suite.
