We will rebook this property next time in Abbotsford." - "We chose the Mountain View VRBO because it had easy access to BC-11 for visiting Mission and to the TransCanada (Hwy 1) for visiting New Westminster, Langley, Coquitlam and Chilliwack. There was no highway noise. There is no mountain view from the windows of the apartment, but great views can be had by walking around the block. A portion of the Discovery Trail is within 2Km and allowed us to walk to the Willband Creek Park for exercise and to walk to the small market at the corner. The spacious ground floor apartment had everything we needed for our stay -- even a Keurig coffee machine and pods. The bed was firm and comfortable. We always take off our shoes when entering a home, but the area carpets had stains from other guests. We would rather have had no carpets. Other than the carpets, the apartment, furniture, appliances, bedding and towels were very clean."

A non-smoking regulation is strictly observed inside the unit and best of all, a cent to NO CLEANING FEE so we encourage our guests to do basic tidying (towel/sheets to ghe wash, garbage disposal etc.) upon leaving so we get things up and running for the next lucky guests on time if that is not too much to ask. otherwise, we may incur charges for housekeeper. We want to be fair for our future dwellers so they can enjoy the same convenience as the previous. - "We had 20 people, 6 families and 2 dogs. It made sense to have each family share a room with having multiple beds in each room. The beds were comfortable and clean. The single beds didnt mention not having extra linens so I would bring extra kids blankets or sleeping bag unless the house will start providing extra blankets. A few repairs are still needed around the house but for the most part we had everything we needed, close by grocery stores, the owners were the most accomodating people to work with. Couldn't have asked for a better set up either. Huge garage for all our bmx bikes, lot's of entertaining; theater room, hockey, pool, ping pong. Kids had a blast! Adults too! We will be back!"

This budget friendly private room is centrally located in Abbotsford close to trendy restaurants and a short walk to Exhibition Park.
We are using our almost 4 years of hosting on the Airbnb platform as a Superhost in Calgary to offer a clean and comfortable stay.

Very nice, clean space for 1 person centrally located in Central Abbotsford. This is a large unit with a sitting area and a smart TV (Amazon Firestick) with a brand new Queen Sealy mattress and upholstered frame. The bed is very comfortable, you won't be disappointed!

Guests stay in a private bedroom with a queen bed, desk, and large window with a beautiful view. A private bathroom is just outside the room, and you’ll have your own microwave, mini fridge, and coffee/tea station. The room is on the first floor, which shares the main entrance with the hosts. There’s a small outdoor sitting area right in front of the house where you can relax and enjoy the view. The driveway is steep—parking at the street parking and walking up is required. A code will be provided for easy self check-in.

You’ll likely see deer on the property—they’re comfortable around people, but please keep your distance and don’t feed them. Occasionally, bears may pass through the area, so it’s best to admire them from afar. You might also meet Simba, our friendly orange outdoor cat. He has his own cozy space at the back of the house—please don’t let him inside.

Restaurants, grocery stores and a seven eleven only a two minute drive away. You’re also only a 5 minute drive from our beautiful historic downtown, a great place for walks and window shopping. Speaking of walks, we have a gorgeous scenic trail only two minutes drive from the suite, and if you were to walk ten minutes.

Full king sized bed, large closet and a medium sized window to your right. Spacious and comfortable with a relaxing atmosphere.

Living room
Two medium sized couches and, a full sized tv which we provide amazon prime and youtube on. Were also providing a dvd player and a selection of children’s movies and shows on dvd. We do have a extra double bed in the livingarea. Extra linens and blanket in the bedroom closet.

Noise
We have small children, and no matter how hard we try we cant keep it completely quiet. You will more than likely hear some noise from upstairs and we apologize for this. Ear plugs provided on request.



Bathroom
Full bathroom with full shower. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. We also provide face and body towels for your use. Extra linens are kept in the closet. Place your used towels in the basket in the closet

Dining

No full kitchen available, but we provide a microwave, fridge, coffee maker,water cooler kettle,toaster and other essentials for your convenience.

We share the downstairs with you, and our daughter and dog play down there too :) We are unfortunately unable to host cats in our home due to allergies.Almost all other pets should not be an issue. The backyard is open for all and if you'd ever like to come up to the covered patio for a visit or your own meal that is doable too!
The bedroom and the bathroom are strictly for your personal use. We share the laundry room. You have your own bar size fridge and little kitchenette stocked for basic daily meals, drinks and snacks :)

we are happy to interact or offer you space, you may always say hello up the stairs or text or call! We're happy to chat anytime if we're free!

Other things to note
We like to be conscious of our environmental impact and avoid single use items whenever possible. We do have lots of cloths available for napkins and to replace "paper towels" etc. We have plenty of reusable bags for shopping, and containers for food or even reusable bottles for water/ or hot beverages if you just ask we'd love to share :) There is also a fantastic Berkey water filter available for you to refill your water as often as you like for fresh healthy hydration!
