There are very few places as nice as this estate house. you will have an amazing living room area and kitchen which opens out to a beautiful patio and lawn, surrounded by flower gardens and vineyards. It is a 2000 sq. ft. private ground floor suite. Again with 3 private entrances and lots of parking. A small walk through the flower gardens brings you to a lovely gas fire pit then onto a very private 50' heated swimming pool. The views are breathtaking. One of the best views in the Okanagan.

Our seven acre vineyard is located on the peaceful, sunny side of Lake Okanagan in the heart of wine country. We are a short walk to five wineries, a brewery, cidery, beekeeper/honey and several restaurants. The Kettle Valley Bike/Walking Trail (KVR) is literally at your doorstep. We are a short bike ride to several additional wineries as well as the city of Penticton. We are a 5 minute drive to the beach at 3 mile road which is a nice swimming beach.

Whether you visit us for the spring blossoms, the warm summer days, the Peach Festival, Wine-Fest or Autumn Harvest you are sure to fall in love with our magical little corner of the world! The Naramata Bench has recently been named the number one wine region in the world by the "Huffington Post". "Wine Enthusiast Magazine" listed it as one of the 10 best wine travel destinations and "USA Today" ranked it the second best wine region to visit. This is our primary house, which is located at the end of a no thru road and is very private on a 1.3 acre lot. The available ground level suite is a spacious 1500 sq. ft. of the Adobe Style House and has it's own separate driveway. We have room on our upper level parking area for an RV or boat if needed. It has spectacular views over looking Okanagan Lake from above the highway of Penticton's Lake Shore Drive to Naramata. Iconic Munson Mountain with the Hollywood looking "PENTICTON" letters is directly across the lake. Open layout main area includes Kitchen with Stainless Steel Fridge, Stainless Steel Range, a Microwave and super quiet Bosch Dishwasher. Dining Room has a rectangular antique oak table & chairs. Living Room includes a 50 inch flat screen TV. with 5 DVD Stereo System, 2 full size Leather Couch's . Cork and Hardwood floors throughout. Large entrance room has plenty of space for bikes, golf clubs etc. Air conditioning. Fresh drinking water is supplied via a bottled water dispenser as the Sage Mesa area tap water is not recommended for drinking. A sliding door out of the living room leads you out onto a large 14' x 23' deck facing the beaches, city and the marina. The deck contains a barbeque, patio table with 6 chairs and various deck furniture with a 10 x12 foot hard top gazebo.
