Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances including a fridge, built-in oven, electric stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and double toaster. We provide a Keurig coffee machine with K-Cups, an electric water kettle, and tea bags for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with all cooking essentials, spices, oil, and more. Cook to your heart's content with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery.

Relax in the living room with a Smart TV and Netflix, or engage in fun board games during your stay. The master bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and panoramic views of the valley and lake. During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire upper level of our home and the front yard. Entry to the house is conveniently provided through a keypad, and our driveway can accommodate up to two cars. If you plan to bring your beloved pets, kindly inform us at the time of booking.

Please note that the backyard is not included in this listing, as it is occupied by our tenant/caretaker residing in the garden basement suite.

Valley View Farm is a 7-bedroom house in Lake Country on an acreage. Two king bedrooms, 3 queen bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms with bunks (twin over double). It is perfect for large families or a group of friends. At this unique acreage, we are able to host various events like reunions, birthday parties, retreats, Christmas and retirement parties, golfing and skiing trips, plus smaller weddings, etc. Only two blocks to the beach and Beasley Park which has a playground, benches, large gazebo, & soccer fields. 3 blocks to tennis, pickle ball, and the Rail Trail. Close to restaurants, shops, marina, and YLW is only a 12 minute drive away! It is also wheelchair accessible.

This property was purchased in October 2024, and has been transformed with much renovating, new appliances, fresh paint, and many extras. There is plenty of room for everyone to gather, or have some quiet time too. The super large grassed area provides space to play games, and spread out. For larger events, we have a summer kitchen that is fully equipped and a bathroom with a shower in the garage that is accessible from backyard.

Our house has amazing natural light, with many windows having a great view of the valley. Gorgeous maple hardwood floors (recently refinished) large laundry room, and high ceilings on the main floor. The yard is completely fenced to keep the littles contained. Mature trees in the backyard provide beautiful, natural canopy for a great shaded area. Plenty of parking on site. Woodlake RV and campground is only 2 blocks away.

The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Very well equipped with many extras. Blender, Soda Stream, hand mixer, Magic Bullet, griddle, popcorn maker. Above range convection/microwave, 2 fridges, chest freezer, range has gas cook top/electric oven, & new Bosch DW, Large Broil King five burner BBQ with rotisserie. Kid safe dishes and drinking water is provided by our in-house reverse osmosis system.

You'll find our farmhouse very comfortable with high quality beds, linens, & plenty of towels & beach towels. Leather furniture in family room and formal living room plus both rooms have gas fireplaces. Formal dining room has seating for eight and the kitchen table seats 8 as well.

The property is surrounded by lilacs which bloom from May to June. A spectacular setting for a wedding or gathering with the multicoloured blooms and the incredible scent. There is outdoor furniture to enjoy the yard. As the huge trees in the back fill out in late spring, they provide a beautiful canopy to provide ambiance and shade. This area is perfect for a ceremony and reception. We can accommodate up to 80 people for an event comfortably and are happy to discuss events for 2026 and 2027.

Welcome to our newly decorated 2000 sqft condo on beautiful Wood Lake, in Lake Country, BC. Our family friendly condo boasts all NEW modern furnishings, including a large kitchen with granite counter tops, a Sub Zero fridge and Wolfe gas range, 3 large bedrooms, sleeping 10 total people, 2.5 bathrooms, a double garage, a sunny patio, a natural gas BBQ, a fireplace, central air conditioning and more. Our complex is centrally located in the Okanagan with Beasley Park to the west with a soccer field, small beach and playground. To the east of our complex are tennis courts and a fantastic running/walking/biking trail that goes around Wood Lake. Our condo has all the amenities of home, as well as a boat slip. Oyama is part of Lake Country, and centrally located between Kelowna, to the south, and Vernon, to the north. A twenty minute drive in either direction will have you on a champion golf course, or touring one of the Okanagan's world renowned wineries.

This beachfront unit at Emerald Beach Villas is an air conditioned, FOUR BEDROOM, ground floor, end unit and is a generous 2000 square feet, with a large patio opening up to the beach. The unit was completely remodeled to a very high standard in June 2012. The plan is bright and open.

The unit comfortably sleeps 8, and this is the MAXIMUM number of people permitted. The master bedroom has a pillow top king bed, full en-suite bathroom complete with shower/spa, door to patio, 27 inch TV and digital cable box in the armoire, and a full, breathtaking lake view. The second bedroom has a queen bed, door to patio, and full on lake view. The over-sized third bedroom has a lake view, two twin beds, 20' TV, VCR and DVD player to help keep the kids entertained. It also has an exercise bike and a set of chrome dumbbells. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds.

The unit has a gorgeous bleached white kitchen with island, granite counters, professional series appliances. The rustic dining room table comfortably seats 10. The living room has a 46 inch LCD HD TV, digital cable box with DVR, stereo with CD player and a DVD player with surround sound. There is also a built in two station desk with free access to a wired or wireless high-speed internet. The large patio has a seven piece patio set and a gas grill. There is also an en-suite washer and dryer, and all linens and towels are included.

There is a boat slip available with this unit for an additional $250/wk.

Emerald Beach Villas was finished in 2003 and sits directly on the shore of Wood Lake, with 350 feet of sandy beach and lots of grass area. There is a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room, recreation room with a pool table and an outdoor sport court. Wood Lake is six miles long, running from Lake Country to Oyama, and connects directly via canal to Lake Kalamalka, which is 14 miles long, stretching from Oyama to Vernon. We are also located beside a 20-acre park with a jogging track, and soccer and beach volleyball facilities.

Located only 200 meters from the newly completed Okanagan Rail Trail which runs from Kelowna to Vernon. Miles of walking, running and biking trails at your door step.

This unit is only available a few summer weeks per year as it is otherwise occupied by the owners, who have spent a great deal of time and effort furnishing and equipping this unit so that your vacation will be a memorable one. Most guests book year after year so booking well in advance is recommended.

- "Our stay was 2 weeks in total. The property was bright, open, extremely clean and organized. Wonderfully located on the lake and very private, despite being in a multi-family complex. Everything we could have needed was there. 3 minute drive to grocery store and all provisions (you must try the Winfield Bakery!!), or you could rent bikes and ride there. Walk to fabulous community tennis courts as well. Enjoyed meals both inside and BBQs outside. The bedrooms are extremely large, which was a nice surprise! Larry and his assistant were very timely in their responses to any questions we had. Thank you again and we hope to stay here again!"
