We are a 5 min drive to Lake Country city centre which has access to many shops including 2 grocery stores.

Welcome to our pet-friendly AirBnB in wine country! Experience the charm of a beautiful private 2-bedroom plus den upper floor of our house just moments away from lovely Wood Lake. Our home is suited and occupied in the basement.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances including a fridge, built-in oven, electric stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and double toaster. We provide a Keurig coffee machine with K-Cups, an electric water kettle, and tea bags for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with all cooking essentials, spices, oil, and more. Cook to your heart's content with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery.

Relax in the living room with a Smart TV and Netflix, or engage in fun board games during your stay. The master bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and panoramic views of the valley and lake. During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire upper level of our home and the front yard. Entry to the house is conveniently provided through a keypad, and our driveway can accommodate up to two cars. If you plan to bring your beloved pets, kindly inform us at the time of booking.

Please note that the backyard is not included in this listing, as it is occupied by our tenant/caretaker residing in the garden basement suite.

Valley View Farm is a 7-bedroom house in Lake Country on an acreage. Two king bedrooms, 3 queen bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms with bunks (twin over double). It is perfect for large families or a group of friends. At this unique acreage, we are able to host various events like reunions, birthday parties, retreats, Christmas and retirement parties, golfing and skiing trips, plus smaller weddings, etc. Only two blocks to the beach and Beasley Park which has a playground, benches, large gazebo, & soccer fields. 3 blocks to tennis, pickle ball, and the Rail Trail. Close to restaurants, shops, marina, and YLW is only a 12 minute drive away! It is also wheelchair accessible.

This property was purchased in October 2024, and has been transformed with much renovating, new appliances, fresh paint, and many extras. There is plenty of room for everyone to gather, or have some quiet time too. The super large grassed area provides space to play games, and spread out. For larger events, we have a summer kitchen that is fully equipped and a bathroom with a shower in the garage that is accessible from backyard.

Our house has amazing natural light, with many windows having a great view of the valley. Gorgeous maple hardwood floors (recently refinished) large laundry room, and high ceilings on the main floor. The yard is completely fenced to keep the littles contained. Mature trees in the backyard provide beautiful, natural canopy for a great shaded area. Plenty of parking on site. Woodlake RV and campground is only 2 blocks away.

The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Very well equipped with many extras. Blender, Soda Stream, hand mixer, Magic Bullet, griddle, popcorn maker. Above range convection/microwave, 2 fridges, chest freezer, range has gas cook top/electric oven, & new Bosch DW, Large Broil King five burner BBQ with rotisserie. Kid safe dishes and drinking water is provided by our in-house reverse osmosis system.

You'll find our farmhouse very comfortable with high quality beds, linens, & plenty of towels & beach towels. Leather furniture in family room and formal living room plus both rooms have gas fireplaces. Formal dining room has seating for eight and the kitchen table seats 8 as well.

The property is surrounded by lilacs which bloom from May to June. A spectacular setting for a wedding or gathering with the multicoloured blooms and the incredible scent. There is outdoor furniture to enjoy the yard. As the huge trees in the back fill out in late spring, they provide a beautiful canopy to provide ambiance and shade. This area is perfect for a ceremony and reception. We can accommodate up to 80 people for an event comfortably and are happy to discuss events for 2026 and 2027.

This space is open-concept and functional. The kitchen has ample counter space, an eating bar, and is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to have the comforts of home.

The living room sofa easily converts into a very cozy bed (full XL mattress size) for lounging by the TV, playing board games, or sleeping and includes a mattress topper for added comfort. We have provided you with an additional room darkening curtain, a white noise machine, and a fan if desired.

The tastefully decorated bedroom has a comfortable memory foam queen bed, nightstands with touch-lamp nightlights, a desk, dresser, and walk-in closet.

The Suite is stocked with three sets of incredibly soft 680 thread count Pima cotton sheets, an extra duvet and cover, extra pillows, blankets, throws, many towels, and more.

In the living room sideboard, you’ll find games, puzzles, tourism guides, plenty of children’s toys and books, and more.

Under your covered pergola, you can put your feet up and relax with a beverage while listening to music on our Wonderboom 3 and enjoying the gorgeous views across the valley. Hummingbirds love our feeder that’s hanging nearby, and you’re welcome to use any herbs from the herb garden outside your entrance door.

The space
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Beautifully styled and comfortable living spaces. This home is surrounded by wineries, orchards, golf courses, and other amenities. Only 5 min away from the airport, 15+ minutes from Kelowna restaurants and pubs and 30 min from artsy Vernon nooks. Grocery shopping is only 2 minutes away.

Private outdoor living and dining area. Deck dining area with mountain views. Wood trails, beaches and artsy cafés nearby. Ready for the Summer season!

Guest access
You'll have access to an open-concept living area with a kitchen, living room, and dining room, as well as a deck with dining and smoking areas. You'll also find three bedrooms, an outdoor living space with additional dining and a fire pit, and another smoking area. Two parking stalls are available, but parking for boats, RVs, or trailers is not permitted.

Guests can enjoy all areas except the downstairs basement, garage, and backyard. The backyard has a grassy area but is not accessible to guests. Please avoid the suite area.

Other things to note
There is keyless entry to the home, and a code will be provided to you a day prior to your arrival.

Please remember that you're staying in my home, not a hotel. Treat my place with respect. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP.

Smoking is permitted OUTDOORS ONLY in clearly designated areas.
