From the spacious suite (approximately 1500 sq. ft.), your private entrance opens directly to a large yard for the delight of children and adults.
The yard is surrounded by tall cedars and shrubs and backs onto a cherry orchard which affords you total privacy as you relax and dine in the gazebo (seating for 10), relax in the sun in the papasan chairs or dine at the table under an umbrella with seating for 6. There is a barbecue exclusively for your use. You are invited to pick some cherries in season from the 1 remaining cherry tree (as 2 trees grew old and became unsafe) and to enjoy seasonal fresh vegetables from the garden.

Our home is brand new featuring this suite which offers complete lower level suite in our family home. We are about a 2km. north of Summerland just off Highway 97. Access to our place is via gravel road for about 2 minutes of driving with a paved driveway and genourous parking spot on your arrival. Our home is nestled within a family owned working vineyard with views in all directions that are almost reminiscent of a French countryside. This property offers 180⁰ views of Lake Okanagan with views of Peachland to the North and the Narramata Bench across the lake and to the South the delta of Summerland. Our property is larger than most suites offer almost 1500 ft of living space. Kitchen is upgraded and perfect for your entertaining tastes. We offer two large separate bedrooms with QUEEN size beds and separate access of each room. Both rooms offer stunning views of the lake. One bedroom is complete with its own separate bathroom containing large 6 foot shower and his and hers quartz vanity sinks. It also comes with a walk in closet with more than ample storage. The other bathroom has a tub and shower combination with quartz countertops. The open concept of the living, dining and kitchen area make for perfect entertaining while enjoying the beautiful views and summer breezes. This space comes complete with deperate laundry room containing full size washer and dryer. The patio runs the whole length of the suite and accommodates a bbq, patio table and chairs and a workout machine. Come in September! It's quieter, weather is fabulous, beaches are perfect!
