Units can be noisy, as wood floors and people not taking shoes off is annoying. During our 1st night there were some girls staying in 201 and guys above us. They were yelling and running up and down until almost 11. My wife finally told them to take it down a notch. Also, they wanted money to park. First email said X for indoor. Then I got the online form and it said 3.5 times as much. I don't pay that in Vancouver. Also, said a lot per day for a pet! Sorry, won't let me put prices. Front door of the building says,"No Pets". Good news was midweek, not many people in the building, so much quieter. You can park on the street but st. gets busy on weekends. Other building we considered had free indoor parking with EV chargers. "
