The trailer is close to town centre, convenient yet safe, private & quiet.
Located by our house, it has a dinette that sits four, that turns into a queen size bed with a new 5 inch thick memory foam mattress from Sleep Country on top of sofa cushions. All bed linens are of very good quality, aiming to provide comfort and relaxing sleep.
The water and power’re connected. But no sewage connection. Please use the bathroom and shower inside our guest suite. A password will be provided for entry.
The space
It’s located at our house.
Guest access
The whole camper can be used with private access.
Other things to note
One guest only. The trailer is stationary and will remain that way. It’s not rented to be towed around for travelling.

This RV-turned-Tiny House is on a fenced-in private lot with a tiled patio, covered deck & water views. Campfires allowed with free firewood! Fast Wi-Fi included. Pets allowed with prior approval ($50 fee). Sleeps 4 people in 2 queen beds. Only 3 mins from the Sandpiper Golf Resort, Kilby, & the Sasquatch Inn & Pub, and 15 mins from Agassiz/Harrison Hot Springs. Located within the Harrison River RV Resort & Campground.
The space
If you’re looking for a unique experience with a rustic charm, look no further. The property is just a stone's throw away from the Harrison River, where beautiful views of the mountains & the water await you. Whether you're here for golfing, eagle-watching, fishing, or for some R&R, welcome to our little oasis.
The living room is outfitted with two new couches, one of which is an Italian leather sofa (which pulls out into a queen bed upon request, with an additional mattress topper for comfort included). A large 42” Smart TV is located in the living room. We have free, high-speed Wi-Fi for your streaming and work calls.
The kitchen has a gas stove, convection toaster oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (sugar and coffee provided) and some basics (cooking oil, salt and pepper, some spices). The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, pots and pans, mugs, cups, and all the utensils you'll need for your stay. Off the kitchen is a dinette that seats two.
The bedroom has one queen bed. There is a sliding door that separates the bedroom from the rest of the RV. Adjacent to the bedroom is a water closet with a flushing toilet. The hot water shower has a Moen rainfall shower head. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.
A covered deck is attached to the RV where you'll find a small table and some chairs for your morning coffee. The patio has an outdoor dining table, chairs, and a firepit. Free kindling and wood provided.
Guest access
We offer self-check in so you will be free to arrive at a time convenient to you. You will have access to the entire private lot - including patio, covered deck, and RV. The waterfront, located about a 75 foot walk away, is shared and open to your use.
Other things to note
Pets allowed with prior approval (max 2). Please message me with the size and breed of your dog before booking as the RV park has restrictions. Out of respect for future guests, pets are not allowed on the furniture or bed. They must be crated or kept in a pen if left unattended.
The extra $50 pet fee goes directly to my cleaner for an extra hour of cleaning.
While we've succeeded in making this RV as "home-like" as possible, we are located within the confines of a rural RV park, and, as a result, might be at times subjected to rare power outages, low water pressure, or temporary water interruptions.
The bathroom will be tight if you’re tall and the hot water lasts long enough for one nice long hot shower or two shorter ones before getting hot again (takes about an hour).

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to live in a tiny house on wheels? Enjoy this lovely, luxury 36’ tiny house nestled in this romantic spot overlooking Kawkawa Lake and Ogilvie Peak, with the sun setting behind you on Mount Hope. Tucked off the main road, enjoy nature as the deer, bear, coyotes, marmots, chipmunks, frogs and other animals walk past the tiny house to the local pond. Perfect for a romantic getaway. All the amenities in a tiny package!
The space
The tiny house is located about a two minute drive (1km) from the Kawkawa Lake Provincial Park which has a public beach and dock access. In the other direction we are a six minute drive from the Othello Tunnels at the Coquihalla Canyon Provincial Park. And we are minutes away from the Kettle Valley Railway trail for cyclists and hikers. Hope has some of the most scenic hiking trails to waterfalls, rivers and lakes with spectacular mountain views.
In the winter Hope is at the crossroads of so many exciting winter sport activities. There is fantastic skiing, snowboarding, tubing and snowshoeing at a couple ski resorts - Manning Park is 45 min away in one direction and Sasquatch Mountain Resort is an hour in the other direction. For those snowmobilers there is the Coquihalla Summit Recreation Centre only 30 min away.

The space
Welcome to DockSide Retreat – Your Scenic Sanctuary on Harrison Lake located at the Ozarks Boathouse, Grill and Marina.
Step aboard and immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of Harrison Lake, where you'll be greeted by stunning sunrises and mesmerizing sunsets. Our DockSide Retreat is truly a gem, offering one of the most scenic views in the area.
Your Arrival and Stay:
Upon arrival, you'll have convenient marina parking for one vehicle per reservation. Please note that additional vehicles must be parked on the road, as the marina parking lot is reserved for other tenants. Once parked, a cart is available to help transport your belongings to the boat. The walk to the dock is short, and your houseboat is located on the most northern finger, closest to the breakwater.
Important Guidelines:
This is a private marina with long-term tenants, so we kindly ask you to respect other boaters, their boats, and the docks. Quiet time is strictly enforced from 10 PM onward to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
Your Floating Home:
Please be aware that this is not a typical hotel room or house. DockSide Retreat is a floating home, and you may experience some movement due to passing boats and weather conditions. The houseboat will remain docked for your entire stay, offering a unique experience close to nature.
Special Considerations:
- Not suitable for children under 6: The houseboat has features that may not be safe for young children.
- Not suitable for those with mobility issues: The houseboat has two steep ladders/stairs leading to the sun deck.
- Camping-like experience: Being on the water, you may encounter insects during your stay. We provide bug zappers, sprays, and brooms to help manage these encounters.
