No vehicle ? No problem . The tiny on Ella is accessible by bus directly from down town Victoria via the #61 bus that drops you steps away from the Tiny On Ella .
The location of the Tiny is located at the cross roads of two main Roads . West coast road continues up the coast to Port Renfrew passing many popular beaches and camping grounds . Along with that , there are numerous surf breaks including Jordan River and Sombrio that have some of the best waves on the South Island .
The other road is Grant Rd which is a main artery of Sooke . From the tiny it is a 5 min drive or a 1/2 hr walk that takes you right downtown town Sooke . With Restaurants, shopping and a brewery at your fingertips .

The space
A vintage 22’ 1968 SilverStreak updated and outfitted with the best modernized features.
A surprisingly spactious kitchen equipped with a full 4 burner propane stovetop, convection oven/air fryer and fridge. An on demand water heater, free-standing shower, bathroom area and a double bed towards the back of the trailer.
This space is best for folks or a couple that do not mind cohabiting without walls or doors!
Guest access
Guests will have access to the yard in the back of the farm directly around the trailer. There is a patio space in the front of the trailer. Parking is free in the designated area in the front of the main house on the property.

At TGE-S, you will be secluded in the rural area of Shirley, just outside Sooke, on very quaint acreage with a large wooded area beside and around it, that you’ll be nosed right into the edge of it. The Coach is fully equipped with just about everything you will need. It accommodates up to 4 guests.
Lots of linens, dishes, utensils, appliances, pots and pans, a supply of basic spices and a new microwave, and fridge/freezer, with ice maker.
Cable TV, Netflix, Telus Channels with all the Outdoors, Documentary and Sports Channels, free Fibre 1G (940+ Mbps) Internet and WiFi, with ethernet connection outlets.
It has ample free parking. Is pet friendly, for dogs only. Do come and enjoy a stay at “The Great Escape - Shirley - with Secluded Hot Tub”.

Welcome to Oldschool BnB's latest creation: The Time Machine. This one of a kind retro retreat is an unforgettable experience. The whole space has been thoughtfully packed with nostalgia, surprises and fun activities. Dripping with details, its a feast for your senses. A space meticulously created for relaxation, exploration, connection and fun!
The trailer has been completely revamped using mostly reclaimed and recycled materials, every unique piece has a story.
Inside you will find a comfortable queen sized bed with plenty of pillows and blankets, reading lights and room darkening curtains - everything you need for a good nights sleep.
The Kitchenette includes a full size sink, apartment size fridge and 2 burner induction stovetop. The cupboards contain all of the kitchenware you will need. I supply organic fair trade coffee, teas, sugar, honey and spices to cook with. The fridge comes stocked with milk for your tea/ coffee, and even some fresh eggs from my chickens!
The dinette features a custom penny countertop and plenty of room to play scrabble.
The games cupboard is loaded up with your favourites. There is even a slide viewer and an old school slide collection.
Or you can sit back and marvel at the hits of the 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's with the best cassette collection in the west;)
The inside bathroom contains a sink, the cutest mini bathtub and shower and plenty of towels.
The outhouse located on the covered deck is fit for a queen (but not a princess!) It contains a composting toilet, and a custom vanity with hot water.
The spacious covered deck features a custom made one of a kind copper and marble railing, a disco ball and some very cushy theatre seats.
The yard is a private garden oasis featuring a propane firepit with comfy Adirondack chairs. There is a compact BBQ and side table. Everything you need AND a retro ride-on playground duck resurrected from his retirement at the scrap yard!
Prepare for an old school experience. The WIFI reception is minimal, but you'll be too busy having fun to care about the Kardashians. Cell reception is just dandy.
LGBTQ Folks are very welcome here.
Well behaved, small, hypoallergenic dogs will be considered- inquire ahead.
Guest access
There are 2 unique guest spaces located on the property: the old school bus, and the time machine. Each is private and separate from each other.
There is also an area at the top of the driveway labelled the locker room that is packed full of surprises for guests of both rentals to borrow and enjoy. There are bikes to explore the galloping goose and nearby beaches, a mini library, games, beach toys and so much more! Don't forget to bring your quarters for the gumball machine!
