Spacious camp site with multiple areas to put up your tents, trailers, campers, motor homes etc. Electricity and water are available. Quiet serine river front with local views, easy access and a deck space for you to enjoy. Lake limerick, golfing, kayaking, etc. is within walking distance.

Magnificent wooded property. Tents, blankets anything you have will be great. Totally pet friendly.
Beautiful, quiet, private setting. Golfing, fishing, swimming, canoeing, boating and more are available within walking distance on lake limerick. Hiking opportunities lead off from the rear of the site.
Apology note: This is simply a tent site. There is no bathroom or other amenities onsite. You will have to use the woods or bring it with you. Please respect your neighbors and keep the place clean for others.

The space
Our double-lot parcel is great for spreading out and relaxing. Our circular drive allows for easy maneuvering and positioning of campers/RV's. There is a quasi-private tent camping area that is shielded from view by the shrubbery surrounding the site (must bring at least 1 RV with restroom facilities).
Guest access
You'll have access to the whole property during your stay - it is not a shared property. However, there is a shed and a small cabin on the property that won't be accessible during your stay (& no one else will be using them during your stay). Feel free to use the sheltered kitchen area, the camper/RV hookups, and the rock fire pit (when no burn ban in place).
Other things to note
This is an RV site rental. You must bring an RV/Camper with restroom facilities, according to our HOA rental rules. If you have an RV/Camper with restroom facilities, you may also tent camp, but what restroom facilities you bring must be for your whole group as we don't have a restroom available.

Come stay in “Isabel”…a retro one of a kind Ford RV, surrounded by majestic cedars in a serene setting. She has original wood paneling, with upgraded heater/AC unit to give you a cozy experience any time of year. She is parked on our extra large lot aside our shared front gardens/patio with a smokeless fire pit/grill to enjoy outdoor cooking or campfires. Her tiny bathroom has a sink and toilet and there is an outdoor insta-hot shower tent alongside a 8x14 ft swim spa/hot tub!

There is a 3/4 size bed comfortable for 2 cozy adults, and the dinette folds down into a single bed.

You are welcome to use the fenced yard/patio and fire pit shared with my family and other upstairs airbnb guests.
There is a shared trail to the beach a few blocks away!

Located on Puget Sound in Olympia, WA, you will enjoy panoramic water and mountain views, a quiet neighborhood, a clean and enjoyable space, and plenty to do. Our trailer is a 2022 Jayco JayFeather 25RB. Fully covered with large pop out for the table and recliners. A comfy Queen bed, full hookups, functioning kitchen, free wifi, and utilities. Bathroom includes a sizable shower, and counter space where you can actually stand up and move.
Two person only, one sleep area, no children please.
The space
Aside from your private trailer, the yard, deck, and fire pit areas are all shared space, open access during your stay. (the fire pit is weather-depending in case of extreme wind or burn bans in the summer).
Important note-- We do have 1 (one) motion activated flood light/ camera attached to the home for security purposes. This is aimed only towards the street, driveway and parking area across the street. We also have 3 (three) cameras inside of our home, active if we are away. None of them are aimed towards the deck or outside areas, only our inside space to monitor who comes in or out. You will always have 100% privacy during your stay.

Important notes:
1. Pets- We have two indoor/ outdoor cats. While they don’t access the RV, they do roam around our property. If you have allergies please take note before you book. They are very friendly and will not bother you. Please keep at least the screen door closed at all times on the front entry to the RV.
2. Cooking- We prefer the oven to not be used in the trailer due to the lighting procedure of it.
3. Security Camera on driveway aimed towards street (details listed above).
4. Deck and BBQ- please feel free to use the grill and deck space. We are happy to give you privacy also.

The space
This 2018 RV has been modified into an awesome hangout space with a water view from the deck, hot tub and living space! The water access is just across the parking area!
We just finished a little kitchen remodel! The photos haven't been updated just yet, but you'll enjoy a much larger kitchen work space and updated counters, a 2 burner gas stovetop, a deep, single basin, stainless sink, more storage for small suitcases or backpacks. Your cooking amenities are a gas stovetop, microwave, BBQ and large toaster oven that accommodates pizza as well! (The standard oven was always problematic so it has been removed.)
**There are some "barn" kitties that roam the property. They will lead you to believe they are starving, but I promise they are not! If they pester you, please spray them with a spray bottle and they'll run for cover elsewhere! Of course I would prefer they not be in the AirBnb, but if you really need a snuggle, I totally understand!
**There are kayaks, paddle boards, a canoe, pedal boat (and life jackets) on site for guest use. Guests will need to sign an acknowledgement of low tide and a waiver of liability. **At low tide the bay is a birdwatcher's paradise and water toy use may be limited to higher tide waters!**
**We provide firewood for your private firepit.
**While we love kiddos, this is property is not a good fit for them, due to the proximity to the waterfront. All guests need to be 18+.
**There are other AirBnb guests in additional homes/RVs but there is plenty of privacy!
The kitchen has all the cooking essentials as well as vinegar, oil and some spices, bar tools, glassware and electric kettle. We also provide coffee, tea, chai, cream and sugar.
Privacy screens are in place to allow for the view . You may see another guest or neighbor upon arrival, or if you are using the boat launch to engage in water activities. The hot tub is tucked behind the deck, next to the woods, and is quite private.
TV is connected to WiFi and has capability to stream all the apps via Roku.
Some items are only available seasonally. Generally, we put away the hammocks, SUPs, ping pong table, yard games and outdoor patio furniture for the winter.
