This little cabin is for those who know how to rough it. Dog friendly. Bring your own Sleeping bags and pillows. There is a sawdust toilet farm tent just outside the door. Also 100 feet away guests have access to house for a bathroom and showers. For those wanting farm visit, just passing through or base camp for day trips, exploring/hiking base camp. This is it. It's cozy. You can fix breakfast, come and go stay and milk a goat or pet a cow or horse. Barbecue and Fire pit and picnic table.

The space
The cabin is about 250 sq.ft. main area has two bunk beds, one bottom bunk is double bed and a cushion available for floor.
There is coffee pot, hot plate, microwave, Fridge, sink, hot and cold water, dishes, pots and pans, table and chairs. There is a sawdust farm toilet out house just outside the cabin. Shower is at the big house 100 feet away. We have 6 friendly dogs that may bark to greet you. (Dog friendly except for pitbulls. we have had trouble with them tearing up goats. Sorry )

Cabin is separate from our house . Shower bathroom is only 100 ft from cabin. It's in our house. Open 24 hours a day. Cabin has a handy sawdust farm toilet outhouse tent 3 feet outside of cabin.

Other things to note
If you are afraid of dogs and other animals this may not be the right place for you. We are Dog friendly. However Pitbulls have been a problem. There are leash oly areas in farm animal areas. The off Leash areas are 7 to 17 acres of run free areas by pond and streams. We have 6 friendly dogs of our own that bark to greet you.

Little Blue is a newly updated 400 square foot guest house. Located in the heart of Tumwater, It is a short drive to all our favorite eateries, coffee shops, breweries, and downtown Olympia. Enjoy your stay in Olympia at our minimalist artist's studio. This newly remodeled guesthouse is centrally located in Olympia's Westside neighborhood. Within walking distance to local grocery stores, restaurants, and parks, this is the perfect location. Olympia's beautiful waterfront downtown area is just 1.5 miles from our front door. Olympia is centrally located for day trips to Seattle, Portland, Mt. Rainier, or the Pacific Ocean.

The space
This rental is located in a guesthouse adjacent to the property owner’s house. It is a studio bedroom with a full bathroom. While there is no kitchen, we have provided coffee and tea supplies and wine glasses. There are extra linens for your use as well. The unit shares one wall with an artist’s studio, which is used sparingly between 8 am and 8 pm. There is no access to the property’s back yard or deck area. Parking is available in front of the house as shown in the listing photos.

Due to the size of the water tank, there is enough hot water for about 5-8 minute showers. Waiting about 5-10 minutes in between showers allows the water tank to heat up again.

We love to travel too! We purposely rent our guesthouse at an affordable price, make it available to people traveling with pets, and do not include fees for cleaning, extra guests, or pets. We have also removed other impediments to easy and spontaneous traveling (no 2 night minimum, specific check-times, etc, etc). Sweet, detached studio cottage located in the Capitol Campus neighborhood that's within walking distance to the capitol and downtown. Let yourself in with a keycode through the french doors to vaulted ceilings and an open, spacious, cozy feel. Basic kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker & mini-frig. The Icart Room is one of many guests favorite rooms, with a California king sized bed and two sitting chairs in the room in front of an electric fireplace that can augment heat or used without heat just for a nice atmosphere.
