- "Got there an hour early for check in and wanted to get a nap from the drive. Called Patrick and he let us go in early. Very nice layout, and everything was in order to just enjoy the room. I have zero complaints except that late in the evening, we did notice some ants in the bathroom, getting in from somwhere. I understand that that they can be a nuisance, but if checked and sprayed it can be controlled. Luckily we did not have any food loose that they could not get into. I would recommend this place if you want peace and quiet, and to be left alone. Patrick dropped off Breakfast around 8:30 am, and it was just enough to fill the belly before we left. Increase the check out time to 11am like hotels would be my only pet peeve."

Guest Access:
Park in the back and walk around to the front entrance. Your suite is the first door on the left upstairs, marked with a #3. Feel free to relax on the front porch, and utilize the main floor amenities. A bike rack is available in the back for your convenience.

Maple Suite, also known as Suite #4, is a private second-floor micro-suite in our beautifully restored 1900s Craftsman home, located just across the alley from the main Snowcreek Suites. Not just a bed and breakfast, the home has been thoughtfully remodeled so each suite includes a private ensuite bathroom. We've enhanced the space with plush beds, elegant décor, a coffee and wine bar, mini fridge, smart TV, strong WiFi, and a cozy seating area. A shared microwave is available at the end of the hallway. You'll also find plenty of off-alley parking behind the property. Just two blocks from downtown Leavenworth, you're steps from shops, dining, and scenic river trails.

Guest Access:
Park in the back and walk around to the front entrance. Your suite is the last door at the end of the hallway upstairs, marked with a #4. Feel free to relax on the front porch and utilize the main level amenities. A bike rack is available in the back for your convenience.

The Neighborhood:
Maple Suite is steps from Mana, one of Leavenworth’s top fine dining spots. The area is perfect for morning walks, with a scenic river access trail nearby. Blewett Brewing offers great pizza and craft beer, while Icicle Brewery is surrounded by charming wine shops, coffee spots, and excellent restaurants. For Italian, try Visconti’s, or enjoy a nourishing meal at Yodelin. Be sure to book ahead for popular activities like the Reindeer Farm, river rafting, and the Alpine Coaster.

Getting Around:
Walking is the best way to explore downtown. For longer trips, Leavenworth Taxi Service is a great option. We're just a 4-minute drive or a 25-minute walk from Icicle Train Station. Biking from the station is also a fantastic way to arrive.

We are not pet-friendly, and the property is not designed for small children. While each suite is private, this is a historic home, and some noise may carry. It’s ideal for individuals, couples, or friends. If your group rents the entire property, the main kitchen and dining area become available—check out our separate group rental listing.

We are on a dead-end road, so there is no traffic noise and no crowds. There is no light pollution, so you can actually see the Milky Way. The space
The Snow Creek guest room is downstairs in the main house, tucked into a nice private corner with its own private entrance. There is a large, private patio with a bistro table and cushioned chairs, and it’s surrounded with seasonal hanging flower baskets and over-sized flower pots that attract hummingbirds in the summer months. The floor to ceiling river rock fireplace in the corner is warm and welcoming, and the hand-carved mantle is adorned with locally crafted artwork and a Howard Miller mantle clock. The custom-built Mission-style furniture is warm and inviting, and the doors are knotty pine solid wood, as is the trim work. The bathroom cabinetry is solid wood, mahogany stained with oil-rubbed bronze fixtures and ceramic stone floor & tiling, and the countertop is granite.

Located a 15 minute walk from downtown Leavenworth, this small but thoughtfully designed guest house has what you need for a quiet stay just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown. There are lovely views of the mountains from large windows, the space feels open and comfortable. Stay in and cook with a basic kitchen, or walk to town. The space is in our backyard with a separate entrance through the garden, between the fruit trees.

The space
You might see us at the vegetable garden visible from the front door of the guest house but otherwise it is quite private, in a corner of the yard. There is a small kitchen with a two-burner stove and microwave for cooking. Beside the large windows are a small table and two comfy armchairs. Through a doorway are a bedroom with a queen bed, and a bathroom with a comfortable shower, not a tub. Above the bedroom and bathroom is a sleeping loft, about 4'-6" high in the middle and shorter at the sides, with two twin mattresses, good for kids old enough to climb the ladder and be aware of the edge (no railing). This is a space that our parents use for their frequent visits, so it is outfitted for their comfort as well as yours.

You have access to the guest house, which is visible from the street over a privacy fence, and the parking area outside the fence. While you are welcome to sit on the porch and enjoy the garden, for everyone's privacy we ask that you do not venture over to our back deck or the rest of the property around our house.

WINTER ROAD CONDITION ADVISORY: the carriage house is located about 1 mile up a private road including about 400’ of elevation from the public roadway. The road is paved and plowed regularly, but we typically have significant snow on the ground throughout winter. AWD/4WD with all terrain tires or chains are absolutely recommended and required as we have no way of towing you if you get stuck. Please note that you assume all responsibility and liability on your trip including the drive up the hill. One of the most beautiful aspects of the Carriage House are the views and the serenity of the natural surroundings. However, getting in to ‘nature’ safely requires some planning during the winter. We accept up to two dogs under 50 lbs. each. Out of necessity we've found we have to charge a $75 pet fee for the additional cleaning. We also ask that you please keep your pets off the furniture in respect of our other guests that may not have canine friends of their own. If there is damage or excessive hair on furniture, we may assess an extra cleaning or damage fee as necessary.

We meet all state requirements for health and safety. We have 3 private suites with 2 adults maximum per suite. We have a no contact simple self check if requested. Restaurants are doing take out and we have Safeway and Dan's market open for shopping.
