The suite has a private entrance, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, and a dining room. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and comfortable bedding. Bedroom two has 2 single beds made up as day beds and 1 roll out trundle bed. There is also a pack & play available upon request. In the dinningroom/ kitchenett, you can find a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and popcorn maker, toaster, sandwich maker, donut maker, etc. The living room has 3 recliners, 1 rocking chair & 6 floor pillows.
The space
The space is one end of a very spacious house. The house has a 360 degree view. It is like living in a resort. We love to cook and provide our guest with a huge breakfast. We also provide home baked goods and home made icecream. Year round we have an 8 person hot tub. We have warm cozy robes for our guest and lots of beach towels for there use. There is an out door bbq grill and griddle for outdoor cooking. There is a fire pit and outdoor gas heaters to stay warm with for out door activities. Inside there is a fire insert and a wall heater if our temp of 70 degrees is not enough for you. We have a large movie selection with dvd players in bedrooms and living room. There is local tv reception and a Roku connection in the living room. Internet is available. We have a large assortment of games and jigsaw puzzles. There are also books and toys for all age levels. We want you to feel at home.
Guest access
Outdoor parking in the drive way in front of the garage doors. Private front door and private sliding back door. We are on 7 acres so not only is there local hiking available, you can hike on our property. We do live on site so we are availabe to our guest. We are willing to share our gourmet chefs kitchen with you if cooking is your thing, we love to cook so if you love to eat, get ready to enjoy yourself. We will provide breakfast for you, using local produce. We do serve German coffee in the morning but in your kitchenette you have a Kerrig with a large selection of coffees.
During your stay
We love people, and we love sharing our beautiful space. We serve a large full breakfast in our dinning room unless you would rather have breakfast in your own dinning room. If our guest would like to join us for dinner, they are more than welcome to, but to help offset our costs, we do ask for a $15.00 per person donation for each meal other than breakfast. We strive to provide meals based on your desires as well as accommodating any food allergies or dislikes. Please let us know ahead of time if there are any special diet requirements. Airbnb wants us to talk prior to check in thru them. At Check in you will be able to meet both of us, Gary and Rebecca Cameron. We will give you both of our cell phone numbers, feel free to call or text either of us any time during your stay.
Other things to note
You might choose not to leave our place and just enjoy what we have to offer, or you may like to venture out. Yakima has extensive hiking trails, fishing, hunting, orchards, and wineries, just to mention a few things that are here. The closest winery to us is 3 miles away, Wilrige Winnery. The closest grocery store is 6 miles away, Fred Meyers.

This home is the perfect stay for one or two adults indulging in any of the various aspects of Yakima's beautiful character. With its outside location tucked away from the edge of the street and its cozy feel inside the home, it perfectly captures the peaceful and quaint essence of the neighborhood it is located in.
The space
This home is located in the wonderful Franklin Park neighborhood. It is tucked away at the back of the property behind the main house. It is a small space with a full kitchen, bathroom, queen bed, and dining space. It is well set up to provide everything you need for a comfortable stay and includes a nice private outdoor space behind the house for your personal use.

You have access to the entire guesthouse, backyard, and rightmost parking space in front of the garage.

Great peaceful spot close to Cowiche Canyon Trail and NHV Tasting room and only 15 minutes into downtown and local hospitals. Great for 2-3 people. Short term and month to month is also available. For longer stays better suited for 1 person with an occasional guest. Adults only (over 21) , no pets.

Private chalet detached from the main home with its own deck, bathroom, kitchen, washer/dryer, and living area. Beautiful setting in the middle of an apple orchard that is peaceful and quiet with amazing views and sunsets. Great location in West Valley/Naches Heights. Safe enough that the owner doesn't even lock their own vehicle at night! Adults only (over 21), no pets.
Short term (month to month) living also available. Close to Cowiche Canyon, Naches Heights Vineyard, biking trails, Greenway, and only 8 miles to Downtown Yakima.
