Other things to note
The property is very safe, gated at the dead end of the road, surrounded by hills and orchards. It feels very far out, but is only 20 minutes to downtown Yakima. Far enough away from the city streets and noises of town - gives you an option, 45 minutes to the ski resort, hiking, fishing and floating the river, or into town for fine dining. A great place to unwind. The hot tub is amazing, very private with only birds and an occasional rabbit. Your only neighbor is the owner's home on the other side of the property, which is also for rent when they are gone in the winter.

Other things to note
We have been an established Airbnb for over two years with Super Host Status. The property feels like far away and secluded, many birds chirping and rabbits and owls. It is removed from the city streets and busy neighborhood of Yakima, but the city is very easily accessible, 20 minutes to the heart of Yakima. And a pizza place will deliver. We are also only 45 minutes to the top of White Pass for skiing, hiking and snowmobiling with plenty of room to turn your trailers around on our place.
