A primary feature of this in-town property is the amply spaced parking. With upper and lower parking in the back of the lodge it fits up to twelve vehicles making transportation easy. Of course, this means there’s room to park a boat, trailers for snowmobiles or four-wheelers, and/or a camper trailer, for those who are coming out of the woods, off the river, or off the mountains with your gear, and need a couple days of continued relaxation with all the amenities that Wenatchee has to offer, before heading back to “the grind”.

The home is a 2500 square feet on the main level with all four bedrooms and 2.5 baths located on this floor. The basement is fully-conditioned space and partially finished with a 800 square foot bonus room that has exercise and yoga mats and a small selection of hand weights. There is a folding table, area rug, and movable fabric partitions to create an additional office or flex space. The remainder of the basement is 1700 square feet of storage - perfect for storing all of your personal items and gear if you're on the move or using this as a temporary home during your construction project.
