Poised 900 feet above the Columbia River, this lake home is surrounded by estate vineyards, SageCliffe Resort and Spa and CaveB winery.

Views and Architecture:

The 1280 sq ft home on a 0.2 acre lot has expansive views from the living room and opens to a private beach. Powered by sustainable energy (hydro, wind), the home is edited down to the basics: steel, concrete and wood with a vision for Net Zero living in the future. The steel exterior is left to weather with the elements and also applied as a refined accent wall inside the living area blending with the fire place. The bold structural steel frame and the concrete floors are left raw, allowed to age naturally to show the passage of time.

We have a 6 seater VIP Box (season ticket package) to the concerts at the Gorge Amphitheater. Enquire with us for tickets.

Living + Bedrooms:

A vast living room opening to the lake. The home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with 4 unique climate zones controlled by sensors and heated floors. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom, a decent sized wardrobe with views of the lake. The guest bedroom is quite spacious as well with a detached bathroom with a tub/shower and a washer-dryer tucked in. Both the bedrooms have their own temperate controls and TVs.

Kitchen:

The modern kitchen has new energy efficient appliances plus a wine cooler, toaster, microwave oven, coffee grinder with beans, kettle and is ideal for short trips or extended stays. Includes all kitchen utensils, pots and pans, children's plates/cups and comes with a Keurig Coffee maker and Coffee pods, variety of Teas, Hot Chocolate, Coffee Beans, Pasta and Pasta sauce, Olive and cooking oil, pepper, hot sauces, Ketchup, mayo, spices, condiments etc.

Hot Tub, FirePit, Gas Outdoor Grill:

The patio has an high efficiency firepit with time controls, a 7 seater hot tub, 8 Adirondack chairs, a gas grill and wine barrel set-up.

Internet:

The home is wired for extremely high speed internet provided by iFibre (both upload + download speeds clock at 1 Gig) and ideal for remote work and school.

CaveB Winery:

You can walk to the tasting room. They are open daily from 11am to 6pm and host live music in the summer, food trucks, pizza etc

The Tendrils restaurant at the SageCliffe resort has an extended breakfast, lunch, dinner, new bar and a wood fired pizzeria. Highly recommend to call ahead for reservations to the restaurant and for massages at the spa. Check out the newly opened Pizzeria.

Enjoy our vast collection of books, a wide variety of vinyl records and local art. Upon request, we may be able to share our private collection of Grunge records and early Pink Floyd (Syd Barrett!) - "This property is in the center of a small community of similar units overlooking the Columbia Gorge. The back of the property looks out onto a serene man made lake and the whole area is surrounded by vineyards. Its only a minute away from the Winery, resort and also next door to the Amphitheater. Weather was amazing and so many stars to see. Close to all the fun. We rented a boat at Crescent Bar nearby for some river fun. The owner was so helpful and assisted us to have acces to the Sagecliff resort pool for a day. We had an unforgettable experience and watched the perseid meteor shower at night. Bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit allowed for privacy in the home. Excellent accommodations and already thinking of when we could return for another relaxing long weekend."

This unit is part of a 47 unit resort and cabins are offered in a lodge setting but still offer privacy and relaxation.
