The space:
This home can comfortably sleep 4 people. There are two bedrooms each with a queen bed, plus an additional hideabed couch in the living room. Enjoy a beautiful view of the lake while you work from the desk in the front living room. One bathroom with tub shower and a designated laundry room with front load washer and dryer. This cabin also includes a designated room with workout equipment including a Peloton, rowing machine, and free weights. Enjoy star gazing from the porch at night. There is an extra large doggy door off the laundry room with a gated area in the back for your furry friends.

There are hiking and biking trails nearby. Two kayaks are available for use during the fall, spring and summer. In the winter, enjoy cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, or ice skating when the lake freezes (skis, snowshoes, and skates in various sizes available). If you love skiing or snowboarding, there are 5 ski resorts within a 1.5 hour drive.

Guest access:
You will have access to the cabin and front yard, as well as the beach, dock, trampoline, and firepit. There are also two kayaks that you may use. Swimming and any watersports are all done at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty at any time.

During the winter you will have access to snow shoes, cross country skis, and ice skates.

Day Visitors: You are limited to two (2) day-time guests to visit the property during the day. This is due to the septic system and noise concerns. If you plan to have day visitors, please let us know at time of booking. Thank you.

There is a large outdoor storage section behind the house that is gated. This area is off-limits.

A quaint lake cabin nestled in the trees of Loon Lake, walking distance through the meadow to the community beach complete with a dock and fire pit. The cabin features a large bedroom with a queen bed and double bed, french doors out onto the patio, a living room with a fireplace and futon that folds out into a queen bed, a bathroom with a clawfoot tub and shower surround, and a fully stocked kitchen with a woodstove. The cozy lake front cabin property is located on the pristine Chain Lake, an 80-acre lake in Elk, WA. You can kayak to the water fall on the other side of the lake or fish for rainbow trout, Kokanee, largemouth bass or perch, hike, walk, run, read or nap on the hammock, listen to music, or watch the plentiful deer, turkey or occasional moose swimming across the lake.

Our cozy lakefront cabin can comfortably host 8 adults. It stays cool during the summer and cozy warm in the winter with a multi-zone Mitsubishi Ductless Heat Pump system for year-round comfort. No need to worry about power outages as we have a Generac standby generator for uninterrupted power during your stay. If you prefer the warmth and ambiance of a fire, we will have the wood ready for you to enjoy a cozy evening. Radiant patio heaters have been installed on the front and back porches for those chilly mornings or evenings. Our cabin has every amenity available as it is also our family cabin, and we want you to be as comfortable during your stay as we have been.

Our property is in Enchantment Valley where there are 6 other families who own separate properties.

Your whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. 8 guests (10 if you use the bunkhouse), 3 bedrooms, loft, and bunkhouse (Queen, 2 Full beds, 5 twin beds), living room, kitchen, laundry and 2 baths. Access to lake shore to launch your boat (motorless), or swim (lake is deep).

Interesting local history: The Great Northern railroad line ran through our valley from 1891 for 100 years. In 1906 the train derailed at the exit of the tunnel into the lake and 12 people died. The train was pulled out of the lake and a new train tunnel was built.

Near & Deer’s cozy spaces and rustic artwork adorn this tastefully decorated three bedroom, two bath waterfront cabin.

Sleeping arrangements:
Master bedroom with queen sized bed and flat panel TV is downstairs, overlooking the water. The two upstairs bedrooms feature a queen bed and a full size bed and also have an unobstructed view of the lake. There’s also a click-clack (basically just a fancy name for a futon) in the downstairs family room and a small loft area upstairs with a couch and flat panel TV. Technically, VRBO considers this a 4th bedroom, but we don’t have it listed that way on purpose as we want you to know that there’s no privacy to the open den area. The cabin is most comfortable for 6 guests and can accommodate up to 8 in beds.

Linens:
Your beds will bed freshly made just prior to your arrival, including two pillows for each guest. Freshly laundered bath towels, hand towels, face towels and kitchen towels will also be provided.

Kitchen:
The fully-stocked gourmet kitchen features natural finish cabinetry and granite counters. Included are pots, pans, toaster, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, blender and instant-pot, cooking utensils and some seasonings. We will leave you a dozen of our favorite K-cups, but feel free to bring your own stash of coffee and seasonings as well!

Dining:
There are two indoor dining spaces. One is the corner nook that technically sleeps up to 6, but we think that’s awfully snug and we recommend 4. The other area doubles as the butcher block island with 4 stools.

Family room:
Sectional reclining sofa with fireplace, flat panel smart TV and views of the lake. In the space that’s adjacent the sectional is the click-clack mentioned above.

BBQ:
The BBQ is a Traeger Pellet Grill which has 6-in-1 ability to grill, smoke, bake, roast, braise, and bbq. We’ll leave you a fully stocked hopper as well as an extra container of pellets, just in case you like to BBQ as often as we do and in case you’re not familiar with these awesome grills

The Deck:
Enjoy your morning coffee and relax on the deck, which cantilevers over the water with panoramic views of Deer Lake. There’s a propane fire pit on the deck and we’ll make sure that you have a full tank of propane waiting for you. Next to the deck on the concrete area, there’s also a natural wood burning fire pit. If you want to use that one, you should bring as much firewood with you as you’d like to use, which you can usually pick up in Deer Park on the way to the cabin.

The Dock:
The private resin dock is a great place to spend the day relaxing, jumping and swimming.

Watercraft:
If you want to bring motorized watercraft, message us prior to booking so we can talk about the size of your boat, number of skis, moorage, and trailer parking. Guests are expected to adhere to boating safety laws and lake etiquette, including observing the no-wake zone. Extra fees will apply. If you’re bringing watercraft, message us BEFORE YOU BOOK for approval.

Dogs:
If you want to bring your dog(s) with you, message us prior to booking with the size of your dog(s) and their level of training. Guest are expected to keep their dog(s) on a leash when outside the property lines and to pick up after them. No more than 2 dogs are permitted. If you’re bringing pets, message us BEFORE YOU BOOK for approval.

Parking:
Parking is tight at Deer Lake and this property is no exception. Two spaces are included. JUST TWO. There’s no overflow parking, no remote partaking lot, no asking the neighbors for favors. If you arrive with extra vehicles, you’ll be “up a creek”, as they say.

Smoking:
This is a NON-SMOKING rental, this includes both inside and outside

Quiet Time:
Outside quiet time starts @ 10 pm. Outside quiet time starts @ 10 pm. If you want to enjoy the deck or dock late at night, just be considerate of our neighbors.

This updated cabin features waterfront dining & lounging deck cantilevered over the deep waters of Terrapin Bay at Deer Lake with 2+ bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main floor master bedroom with on-suite bathroom has a Sleep-Number queen-sized bed. In the loft bedroom, you'll enjoy a queen-sized Sleep Number bed and an in-wall air conditioner. There are also two twin beds located in one of the cozy loft semi-private rooms.

Sun on the EZ dock most of the day, (which reaches approximately 60ft off shore to over 20ft water depth), makes this the perfect sun bathing and swimming spot, or enjoy the shade of the ½ covered lounging deck with a good book and a great view. Launch your boat at the public launch and dock it at your own private composite dock near the best fishing on the lake in the no-wake “Narrows” on the north-east end of the lake. We only have room for one parking spot on our property, so plan accordingly.

Arrive to a fenced yard with low-step main floor entry into a home with vinyl plank laminate floors throughout the great room featuring luxury granite counters, white beadboard cabinets, stainless appliances and knotty pine & cedar wrapped ceiling beams & walls. The view throughout the home of the deck & water beyond, even from the kitchen, is breathtaking!

Activities on and around Deer Lake are in abundant supply. There are literally hundreds of miles of hiking trails, lots of great fishing spots, fantastic water-sports & activities and even a nearby riding stable within 20 minutes.

Known for its deep water, swimming, fishing and boating Deer Lake was recently featured on HGTV’s Lake Front Bargain Hunt as one of the premier Inland Northwest Lakes. Only 10 minutes from a great Pizza & Ice Cream parlor, 20 minutes to a fantastic fresh market & 30 minutes to the Wandermere Movie Theater, Starbucks & McDonalds means you’ll never run out of great things to do.

- "We were overwhelming happy with this home and all it had to offer. The owners were very communicative and helpful and the view was stunning. We spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking the lake and could never get enough of it. We accessed the lake for a day of boating at Granites Point Resort and that was pricy but ultimately worth it. We enjoyed the short ride into town from the house for last minute groceries and huge ice cream cones at the local pizza and ice cream restaurant. The beds were extra soft and squishy for some but comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. The kids enjoyed the many toys st the house to play with too. We would definitely stay here again."

The Cabin or berm house (partially underground - acts as A/C) is on our 60-acre magical park like setting property on Chain Lake, an 80-acre lake. You can paddle to the water fall on the other side of the lake or fish for rainbow trout, largemouth bass and perch, hike, walk, run, read or nap under a tree, listen to music, meditate, birdwatch…and if you like to road bike up hilly roads - I am happy to share my favorite routes. We also like to go to Newport or Deer Park to golf.

We are 30 minutes to Priest River (for dinner) 20 minutes to Newport (to shop for groceries, farmers market and one of my favorite clothes store-Shanty) and about 50 minutes to the South Hill in Spokane.

The cabin is a berm house that can comfortably host 4 adults. It stays cool during the summer and cozy warm in the winter. We enjoyed many weekends, summer vacations and holidays in the berm house when our kids were young. Eventually we built a place next door so now we can have company and can share our special place with others.

- "The berm house is cool, literally and figuratively. It is totally worth the short walk to see the railroad tunnels!!! We caught some baby perch fishing from shore. Since the temperatures were hovering around 90F there was some concerns about there not being AC. Totally unfounded! It was noticeably cooler inside even in the heat of the day. Berm really is cool!! Although the helpful hosts, Renee and Jeff, made us aware of many things to do we just wanted to sit around and relax. We did take time out to watch the deer and geese play, use the handy BBQ to cook, and go sit by the lake and enjoy the stunning views. They have two small dogs that came to say hi a couple of times a day but were quiet and well behaved, not bothering us one bit. Jeff even walked me around the property showing me the fruit tress he's growing and let sample the fruit fresh off the trees. We supplied our food and beverage, everything else was available for us. A great, relaxing holiday is what we wanted and that's exactly what we got. Again, many thanks Renee and Jeff."

This tiny home is a beautiful , all wood tongue and groove walls with a fridge, stove, microwave. It is 160 sq. ft. open floor plan, open to 2 queen beds and a private bathroom. Brand new queen size Purple mattress with warm, cozy bedding. The upper loft has a queen 5 inch memory foam, with sleeping bags that can be zipped together for couples. The loft is best suited for children. Max weight is 600lbs.

This tiny home is located in Cheney, WA . On a dead end road. Very Quiet. A rural living area, This lot is 10 acres. Country living yet close to city. The tiny home has locks on all windows, a lockbox with access code provided day of arrival, access road is lined with solar powered lamps for night time lighting and safe late arrivals.
Nearby is Hunting, fishing, hiking and biking, and lake activities. Take a walk in the neighborhood or drive a short distance and enjoy Fish lake, and the paved Fish Lake Trail that connects to Centennial trail system in Spokane for biking and hiking. The perfect getaway without having to travel hours, or if you are in Spokane area for an event this is where you will want to call home. 15 minutes from downtown. 15 minutes from Spokane International airport.

You will need to drive to location. Access road is gravel. Then once here you can ride bikes, hike, whatever suites your desire.

Disconnect from your phones, truly relax. Listen to the wildlife that is in area. Wild Turkeys, Elk, coyotes and Trains ( lol) The trains are 1.5 miles away and can be heard at random times, but not as much as the turkey.

This may get you out of your normal comfort zone! Which is something we fully encourage; to seek discomfort and challenge the status quo. Now that being said, going tiny doesn’t mean sacrificing on any amenities and luxuries of home. Wandeerlust:

We call this well decorated lake house “Wandeerlust”. Located on beautiful Deer Lake which, is 40 minutes north of Spokane, WA. Enjoy the stunning sunsets and sunrises with panoramic views of the water and mountains.

Sleeping arrangements:
Master bedroom features a queen sized bed and flat panel TV. Upstairs loft features two beds (a double and a twin, side by side) and a large shared closet. Technically, VRBO considers this a 3rd bedroom, but we don’t have it listed that way on purpose, as we want to make sure you know that there’s no privacy between the two beds. The cabin is most comfortable for 5 guests but can accommodate up to 6 in beds.

Linens:
Your beds will bed freshly made just prior to your arrival, including two pillows for each guest. Freshly laundered bath towels, hand towel, face towel and kitchen towel will also be provided.

Kitchen:
The fully-stocked gourmet kitchen features white cabinetry and includes pots, pans, toaster, microwave, Instant Pot, Keurig coffee maker and blender, cooking utensils and some seasonings. We will leave you a dozen of our favorite K-cups, but feel free to bring your own stash of coffee and seasonings as well!

Dining:
There are two indoor dining spaces. One is the corner nook that technically sleeps up to 6, but we think that’s awfully snug and we recommend 4. The other area doubles as the butcher block island with 4 stools.

Family room:
Sectional reclining sofa with fireplace, flat panel smart TV and views of the lake. In the space that’s adjacent the sectional is the click-clack mentioned above.

BBQ:
The BBQ is a Traeger Pellet Grill which has 6-in-1 ability to grill, smoke, bake, roast, braise, and bbq. We’ll leave you a fully stocked hopper as well as an extra container of pellets, just in case you like to BBQ as often as we do and in case you’re not familiar with these awesome grills

The Deck:
Enjoy your morning coffee and relax on the deck with panoramic views of Deer Lake. There’s a propane fire pit on the deck and we’ll make sure that you have a full tank of propane waiting for you. At the water’s edge, there’s also a natural wood burning fire pit. If you want to use that one, you should bring as much firewood with you as you’d like to use, which you can usually pick up in Deer Park on the way to the cabin.

The Dock:
The private wooden dock is a great place to spend the day relaxing, jumping and swimming.

Watercraft:
If you want to bring motorized watercraft, message us prior to booking so we can talk about the size of your boat, number of skis, moorage, and trailer parking. Guests are expected to adhere to boating safety laws and lake etiquette, including observing the no-wake zone. Extra fees will apply.

Dogs:
If you want to bring your dog with you, message us prior to booking with the size of your dog and their level of training. Guest are expected to keep their dog on a leash when outside the property lines and to pick up after them. Extra fees will apply.

Parking:
Parking is tight at Deer Lake and this property is no exception. Two spaces are included. JUST TWO. There’s no overflow parking, no remote partaking lot, no asking the neighbors for favors. If you arrive with extra vehicles, you’ll be “up a creek”, as they say.

Quiet Time:

- "We all love the layout of this house and having the cabins so people could have some space if they wanted it. The private dock was nice but be prepared for the hike back up from the lake! One thing I would highlight though is the host does not want you to use their towels for any lake activities. It would have been very helpful to have this highlighted in the description when renting so we could have made sure everyone brought their own towel. Other than that it was great!"

Beautiful newly built tiny home located on boutique horse property . Great view, easy access. Layover for horses also available. The tiny house features a luxurious bathroom with claw foot bath tub ,and utility sink. The living space includes a breakfast bar, small kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen sink. The loft is roomy and cozy with a full bed . Below is a Queen bed . There is parking space at the front of the cabin. 15 min from Coeur d’ Alene or Downtown Spokane.

- "My wife and I had an amazing stay at this lovely "bunk house". We were very excited about the claw foot tub and being near horses, but we assumed the rest of the experience would be pretty basic. We were wrong, everything was way above our expectations! The attention to detail that the hosts have put into this place is the most I have ever seen. Everything you may need has been provided, with more hidden away in cupboards just in case. We got a lovely tour of the farm from the cutest, and sweetest little girls who told us about each horse and whether or not we were allowed to pet it, we also visited with their corgis who were also very sweet. At the end of our tour we were told that because it was the end of the season we could grab some rose petals for the tub, which made that experience even more magical. Don't let the bunk bed scare you they have a very nice mattress (at least on the lower bunk, didn't check the upper bunk). The place was nicely heated with two electrical fireplaces, one in the bedroom, one in the bathroom. They had candles lit for us and mood lighting already on when we got there ❤️. My only word of warning is that it is near the train tracks, so bring earplugs. We didn't have ear plugs and were woken up a couple times by the train honking, but fell right back asleep. In case you can't tell my wife and I would 100% stay there again."

The space
Set amidst the cedars in a lakeside homeowners association- this little cabin has the distinction of being the closest original 1939 structure to the lake. It has no neighbor on the south side and is adjacent to a large triangular field with a fire pit. Walk 100 steps and you’re at the water. A sandy beach and dock await you as well as a playfeild, swingset, volleyball court and covered boat house.
Miles of hiking and biking trails are right outside your door and proximity to the Idaho border means you can see another state with only a 20 minute commitment.
It’s an outdoor enthusiast playground with 50 lakes within 50 miles.

One bedroom cabin nestled in the trees at Loon Lake offers privacy while just being a short walk through the meadow to the community beach. The beach has a swimming area, fire pit, dock and plenty of seating.

Knotty pine walls and ceiling give the cabin a rustic feel. The cabin sleeps five comfortably...a queen bed and a double bed in the bedroom, plus a full size futon in the living room.

Fully equipped kitchen and a patio off the bedroom. Guests are welcome to use anything in the cabin. The beach is a community beach shared with the other cabins in the meadow. Beach access is limited to registered guests only. Extra guests coming out to use the beach is not permitted. Bear Creek Cabin is one of a kind cabin on Mt Spokane. It sits nestled in the forest on a creek. This cozy retreat sleeps 7. We are family and pet friendly to pets under 35 lbs (with a fee). You will have the luxury of a full kitchen, comfortable beds close to snowmobiling, skiiing, huckleberry picking, hiking. Close to Mitchum Barn Venue and Greenbluff. The cabin has two queen murphy beds. One in living room and second in nook in kitchen. The bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed.

The space
Queen Muprhy Bed #1 is located in the living room and you will be able to easily slide the couch out of the way to extend. Queen Murphy Bed #2 is located in a nook in Kitchen with lots of storage cabinets around it. The bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed. The dedicated work station in living room has lots of plug ins and USB ports for charging devices. We are a dog friendly property with pre Approval and a fee. We sit on a creek and you will potentially see wildlife. You are just a few miles from the State park and Mount Spokane Ski/Board Park. You must be able to traverse stairs and a boardwalk over the creek to access property. The circle drive can easily accomodate 4 cars. It also has parking for two snowmobile trailers.

The guests will have the entire cabin to themselves. We live nearby and prefer to communicate in the messenger in the Airbnb App. This cabin is able to accomodate pets less than 35 pounds.

You must be able to traverse stairs and a boardwalk to enter the property. You will see pictures in photo gallery. The home sits on a creek in the woods. We provide drinking water. The tap water is suitable for doing dishes and brushing teeth. We have wildlife including bears, cougars, moose, deer, raccoons, porcipines. Please do not leave food or trash out. The space
This luxury 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home features an open layout showcasing gorgeous lake views from almost every room. The expansive living areas include both a wood stove and fireplace, large eat-in kitchen with high-end Bertazonni appliances, spacious dining room, wet bar, and indoor/outdoor living with expansive outdoor decks showcasing sunsets over the lake. Sleeping accommodations include 3 Queen-size bedrooms and one full-size sleeper sofa in the designated office space. The expansive primary suite has its own fireplace, large walk in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.

Though close to town, this retreat is nestled in nature. Come decompress near water and earth, aquatic life and Ponderosa pine.

NOTE: A 2B/1B lower unit may or may not be in use during your stay. Outdoor spaces may be shared. Ask if you are interested in blocking the lower unit, if not already reserved, for an additional $100/night.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced: 11 PM to 6 AM. Because of the potential proximity of other potential guests, this is not the ideal place for a large group or a loud party.
