- "Beautiful log cabin. Nicely equipped with the essentials. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Quite location 1.5 miles north of Leavenworth. Hot tub was amazing. Sucker has some power in the pump department. The doors have an old-style locking mechanism, so they do not remain unlocked after opening with the keys. You need to push a button on the lock faceplate for it to remain unlocked. Lesson learned. Only mention is the gas fireplace described as having a fickle starting procedure, after 20 attempts to ignite failed I would say its broken and the party lights around the back deck did not work. Minor things overall. Very nice place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mike."

Left behinds: Trout cabin is not responsible for items left and because of multiple guests we do not know who it may belong to. If you call within 24 hours after your stay we will do our best to get the item to you. After 7 days items go to charity. Shipping charges are your responsibility. You will be charged a $10 service fee in addition to the actual postage required. So PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK FOR YOUR ITEMS!

Smoking – Candles: No smoking or candles in cabins. Your credit card will be charged $150.00 for violation. Sand pots on decks are
for cigarette butts. Do not throw elsewhere due to litter and fire danger.

Damage: Trout cabin does not charge a damage deposit. Damage beyond normal wear, determined by the manager, will be
charged to the reservation holder.

Pet: By advance permission only. Rules and fee to apply. Pets are not to be left in the Lodge un-attended please bring a kennel or crate for your dog. Please keep pets off of furniture and beds.

Firepits: Located directly in the front of the cabin, certain times of the year outside firepits are available. During most summer months however the area is under a strict burn ban and fires will not be allowed. IF you are curious if the firepit will be available please check with your host or wait for your "particularities email" to arrive and we will let you know in that. If you are able to use the firepit PLEASE make sure the fire is COMPLETELY OUT before leaving the property.

Motorized Vehicles: Snowmobiles and trail bikes are not allowed to be used on or around the
Dancing Bear complex. They must remain on trailers and taken to trails.

Noise: As a courtesy to neighbors, music is not to be played outside and night quiet time (10 p.m.) is to be respected. Sound travels in the woods and across the river. You will get one call to quiet down. If another complaint is received the sheriff will be called and you and your group will be escorted off the property with no refund.
Hot Tubs: Rules are posted by tubs. State health rules do not allow use by children under six years to use the hot tub. We maintain hot tubs welly If you get there and the hot tub appears to have not been cleaned, please contact "sparkling spas", the phone number will be on their sign. Please put lids on tubs after use as this keeps them clean and hot.

Clean up: When leaving please turn back put your towels in bathroom please wash up and used dishes. If you used the barbeque during your stay, please make sure the barbeque is cleaned. Upon leaving, close cabin door and lock it the lock and place the keys back in the key box.

Private property: Private property surrounding the Trout Cabin complex is off limits.
Bretz Road: Speed limit is 25 mph. Please be courteous to others and abide by this.

Parking: All vehicles must be parked in cabin driveways and not on Bretz Rd. If there are more than 1 vehicles, please make prior arrangements with management. Do not park in front of the garbage can please or block the driveway.

While our snow removal team does their very best to keep the driveway navigable in the winter, rapidly changing conditions can make access both to and from the home challenging. This driveway has a significant slope. When snow and ice are on the ground, vehicles with high clearance and AWD/4WD are necessary. Guests are strongly recommended to have snow chains/cables and know how to install them.

If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancelation policy.

A Cozy Riverside Cabin on the bank of the Wenatchee River. The Osprey Nest is a rustic cedar sided cabin -- inside it has an airy open plan with high ceilings and a wall of windows and glass doors that open onto a deck with hot tub overlooking the beautiful Wenatchee River.
The cabin is accessible in all seasons, it’s beautiful in the snow and we have the driveway professionally plowed regularly.

The cabin has two open loft bedrooms accessed by a 'ladder' stairway that can be lifted out of the way when not needed. Dogs and small children or anyone not comfortable navigating a 'ladder' stairway are not recommended/able to go up the stairs at this cabin. Please see photos as there are several photos of the stairway included.

The river side loft has a Queen bed -- the woods side loft has a Queen bed and a sitting area.
*Please note the open lofts have privacy curtains but not walls and doors, this makes the cabin best for smaller groups or a single family stay. (4 people maximum, best for 2 or a single family)

In winter enjoy cross country skiing, downhill skiing, take a sleigh ride or head out into the high country on a snowmobile excursion. There are plenty of board games and movies to keep you busy in addition to helpful hiking guides and books. The internet worked fine for us (emails and light browsing), but don't expect to use any heavy streaming services. I will definitely be renting this unit again in the future!"

Welcome to your get away cabin in Plain, WA! The cabin is situated on .37 acres in the Ponderosa community (there are other homes and cabins nearby). The rear deck and hot tub, look out on evergreens. Depending on the direction you face, you can see other homes. The cabin is about a 20-30 minute drive from downtown Leavenworth.

Chelan County Short Term Rental code has capped occupancy of the cabin at 4 people. The septic system is designed for a 2 bedroom dwelling. There is a Ring doorbell which I can use to ensure guests comply with this limit. Guests found exceeding this limit without prior coordination will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.

The cabin is easy to get to, yet a world away. Should you realize you forgot something essential or just need a gallon of milk for the kids (or a bottle of wine for the adults), Plain Grocery is 1.5 miles down the road.
The cabin has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a Cal king bed and one queen bed. Both bathrooms are on the ground floor. Book for 7 nights, only pay for 6 - this is built into our weekly rate.
The well appointed kitchen will allow you to cook meals for friends and family if you wish. And the deck with propane grill is great for outdoor entertainment during the summer months.
The open floor plan blends the kitchen, dining and entertainment areas so you’re always in touch with your friend and family.

This is a serene, relaxing space to unwind and call home base while you explore the surround areas. Nearby property management is on call to assist you should you need immediate assistance during your stay.

**PETS**
1) Two pets are welcome for an additional fee of $50 paid in advance.
2) All dog poop must be bagged and placed in the garbage can outside in the shed and not in the house.
3) Do not allow the dog to poop or pee on the either the concrete porch out front nor the wooden deck out back. It's hard to wash out pet waste smells.
4) Please clean up after your pet or you may incur additional cleaning fees.
5) Dog may never be left unattended at the cabin.
6) Dog must always be leashed while in the Ponderosa community.
7) The Ring doorbell cam is used to support compliance of this policy.

The Pines now has WiFi via fiber from LocalTel. Google speed test shows 67Mbps download with 9 Mbps upload which is considered very fast.

The Pines does not have cable nor regular TV service. That said, the large flat screen smart TV enables you to connect to your streaming content providers (Netflix, Hulu, etc). There's also a good selection of DVDs for you to choose from. If you’re worried about people being about to reach you, currently both ATT & Verizon have strong signal strength.

Winterhaus is a cozy, not-so-big cabin that has all you need for an active or relaxing stay in the forest. On the sunny flanks of Dirty Face Mtn, enjoy outdoor activities year-round: hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, rafting, climbing, golfing, fishing, cycling, or drop in to Leavenworth for some fun. Winterhaus is the perfect stay for nearby weddings. Come back, curl up and find everything you need, including fiber internet, for a peaceful stay (or a remote working spot you've dreamt about).

The space
The cabin is a spacious studio with a bedroom area that closes off with a full-surround curtain. It's packed with close-at-hand features with space for dining and relaxing comfortably. The kitchen(ette) has a microwave, deluxe toaster oven, induction burners and a crock pot for lots of cooking options. There is a gas grill on the deck. Many of the wooden features (the table, lofts, beams, entry bench) were milled from trees off the property. Climb up the ladder to the loft for more lounging options with four bean bags.

There's plenty of parking in the driveway, and the deck stays cool and shady even on hot days. Look up to a view of the summit of Dirty Face mountain 4000' above you. Watch for the local flock of wild turkeys and other wildlife that may wander through.

PLEASE NOTE:

This cabin has a gravel entrance path and stairs up to the deck that may be a challenge for those with mobility issues.

The loft is accessed by a ladder and is only for people not in need of supervision.

We love the outside deck. It has a heater and lights. Sit and read, watch the snow fall and the birds drink from the fountain. The kitchen is fully appointed and there is a BBQ. The cabin is positioned so you can't see neighbors on either side.

We do allow dogs on approval, please inquire. There is an extra charge.

The top bunks can not be used without permissions, there is an extra fee that my housekeeper charges extra to make them. The futon can not be opened into a bed.

We can provide wood for the wood stove, for a fee. Please inquire. If you want to have a fire in the fire pit, please provider you own wood, or purchase from the Plain store.

We have WiFI. 2 Smart TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room.

There is the possibility to have housekeeping, please inquire.

Please obey speed limits in the neighborhood. The HOA has started imposing speeding fines. Roads and driveway plowed in the winter.

We have a locking trash can for landfill waste. PLEASE make sure to relock it after opening. It's to keep the animals out. The HOA can impose up to $1000.00 fine for dumped trash cans. That fee will be charged to guest. We've has the system for 2 years and no animals have been able to penetrate it, so it works. Monday is trash pick up. The can will need to be rolled to the end of the driveway. DO NOT unlock it, Waste Management will unlock it when they empty the can.

We will provide 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.

The fully stocked kitchen is ideal for home-cooked meals. Envision yourself on the deck snuggled into one of the cozy sofas with a tasty beverage and bowl of popcorn, with a couple of friends. Let the good times roll. The BBQ shed if right off the deck, so the chef can be part of the festivities.

Easy to access, yet highly accessible Coles Corner Cabin is the perfect resting place for the adventure to explore one of Washingtons most beautiful wilderness areas.

The space
Now with A/C. Maximum of 4 adults. Our space is quaint and cozy. The main room has an open kitchen, dining, and living room area. There is a separate bathroom/utility room and a separate master bedroom. The master bedroom has a comfy queen size bed and twin bunk beds (the bottom is trundle style, pulls out). The leather couch in the living room has a queen size memory foam bed. The property itself is expansive, sitting on 2.5 acres of forestland with hardly a neighbor near.

We are a pet friendly cabin, but we do require a $10 dollar per pet per day fee). Additionally pets weighing over 75lbs need to be approved before booking.

Pet cleaning fee is due before checking in.

Additionally pets must stay off the furniture and cannot be left unattended in the cabin.

Choosing a name for our little paradise took a lot of thought. The name Trobele was chosen after the Lithuanian farmhouse/hut from the 16th century. Our family is very excited to share our quaint "Trobele" with you and yours.

The space
Step into the tranquility of Trobele (Permit #000085), named after a Lithuanian farmhouse/hut from the 16th century, offering a delightful escape for you and your loved ones. This charming two-level mountain chalet is designed for a serene getaway, featuring a peek-a-boo view of Fish Lake and convenient access to a private community dock. Please note Fish Lake is an excellent lake for fishing, kayaking, and canoeing...we do not recommend swimming in it, but the stunning alpine fed Lake Wenatchee State Park is just a short drive away for SUP'ing, swimming, kayaking etc....Plus, the snowmobile trails right from the driveway add an extra layer of seasonal excitement. There is also a Tesla supercharger 11 minutes away.

As you enter the Trobele you are greeted with a true “cabin” feel. The main floor living area is super cozy with a flat screen TV for streaming, woodstove to warm up those autumn nights, and great windows to showcase the outdoors.

Off the living area is a full kitchen which includes a dishwasher and table with seating for 4. We know coffee is a prerequisite to start the day, so we offer a Keurig for our guests and other necessary amenities to cook that favorite meal for your guests, including a crock pot. You will also have access though the glass doors off the kitchen to enjoy our uncovered deck space with an outdoor dining table (seasonal), propane grill, and a propane fire pit under the glow of the Edison lights and starry nights.

We have 3 bedrooms in the Trobele, and each of them invite you to enjoy privacy as they are spaced in their own “wings’ of the home. The first of the two main floor bedrooms is right off the living area and has a queen bed, the second bedroom is on the opposite side of the cabin and offers a queen bed and en suite private bathroom with a vanity, toilet, and shower. The third bedroom is on the upper level of the cabin and has 2 twin beds in it. Across the hallway from the twin room is a great kid’s space with oversize bean bag couch, reading table, chalkboard, games, and other activities for the littles to partake in.

The main floor bathroom sports a full-size bathtub/shower combination and a full-size washer and dryer for your use.

Our Trobele is the perfect “home away from home” for our guests to enjoy year-round relaxation and activities and to make memories that will last a lifetime.

This cozy cabin is bright and spacious with high vaulted ceilings and an efficient layout. On the main floor you will find two private bedrooms one with a queen and the other with a full along with a full bathroom. Upstairs you will find an open loft with 3/4 bath upstairs, log queen bed and desk with chair.

The space
The cabin's finer features include tongue and groove ceilings, locally milled ponderosa pine trim, hardwood maple floors, granite counters, and custom cabinetry in the kitchen giving this mini-lodge a timeless mountain feel. The great outdoor space offers propane firepit, a concrete patio and large front deck for lounging and dining out of doors, along with a brand new private hot tub.

Conveniently located in the quiet and peaceful community of Ponderosa Estates in the heart of Plain. Near enough to Wenatchee River access, hiking/snowshoeing trails and any plethora of year-round recreational activities including river rafting, rock climbing, skiing, snowmobiling etc.

This home is equipped with all the modern conveniences: WIFI, Air Conditioning, Washer and Dryer, microwave, and dishwasher.
